The store itself is fairly clean and there's a variety of products. When visiting this store I typically have a positive experience. I often purchase food, toys, and treats for my dog.
For the first time, I needed to exchange an item. Upon walking up to the cashier, I was greeted with the rudest, "No, I won't help you with that." by the elderly cashier, Karen. I asked if a manager could please assist us since I found it odd how she was kind to the gentleman and his son ahead of me, but once it was my turn to be assisted (after waiting nearly five minutes for them to finish their conversation) she angrily snarled at me as though I didn't belong in the store. A woman also walked in and she warmly greeted her. The woman kindly asked me if I was in line since I was standing at the check out. Before I could answer, Karen exclaimed, "NO, I'm not helping her!" Thankfully manager, Autumn was able to assist me with the simple exchange. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. I hope future customers won't have to put up with such odd behavior. read more
