The amount refunded from my order was less than what I "thought" it should be/what I paid for them, so I assumed it was because of the kohl cash I received for my order was factored in. I had no idea, until I went to use my Kohls cash today, that it was invalid. The associate in Johnson creek that handled my returned did not mention my Kohls cash was no longer valid. This is very poor customer service and I feel like I was totally "ripped off".

I explained that I didn't wear them during the winter and didn't feel that I got the value I hoped to get for the cost. I had owned them for two months more than the warranty lasted. He told me he likes to take care of his customers and gave me a new pair of boots. I was shocked that he did that. I will try to buy foot wear from his store as much as I can. He truly means that he wants my business to come back.
