    While in the area for a car show I noticed the Petco store and since I was already going to Petco I stopped at this one, what a great day to do everything in one area including lunch for a change. The store was well stocked and at least three people asked to help me while in the store so service was great but I already new what I was getting. After countless hours of confusing research I felt that the Blue Buffalo company cat food would be a high quality option vs what I was feeding my cat and at $8 off on my bag was nice. She has been on BB for a couple years now and her coat is noticeably nicer with the change so maybe it works. The Feline pine litter is so nice because of the nice pine smell, no more urine smell from litter box and no messy tracking the clay litter all over by kitty. I just seem to gravitate to Petco for my pet needs which always delivers.

    I've been buying fish from the Delafield, Wi store for some time now and never had any issues until yesterday. On August 24th I purchased an albino cory cat and 6 other fish. The cory was acclimated to a tank with my betta. (The tank is properly set up and cycled. I have 4 tanks) By August 28th the albino cory cat was dead. Went to the store with the dead fish in an old betta cup and receipt for a refund. The cashier asked if I had a separate water sample. I said I was not aware I needed to bring in a water sample. She said the staff always tells customers they need to bring one in if a fish dies. I told her I have never been told this when I purchased fish there in the past. She argued and said they always tell customers this. I told her there must have been something wrong with this fish. I told her i put this fish in the tank my betta and now he is sick. She said well Im not sure what to do without a water sample. Another staff member walked up to the register who was informed on the situation and she said they require a water sample. I told her I've never been told that before. She said it's on the back of the receipt. I told her it is not on the back of the receipt ( see attached photo of the back of the receipt). She said well its on the front of the receipt. It is not on the front of the receipt either. She said well it's on the bag. I didn't have the bag since it was disposed of once the fish was acclimated. I didn't know I needed to keep every bag once a fish was put into a tank. She then told me that I could not buy another fish without a water sample. I said I just wanted a refund not another fish and had no intentionon buying another fish. They didn't even know what they were doing during the refund. I brought the fish back in an old betta cup because I didn't have the bag it was brought home in. They scanned the cup and I was told again I needed a water sample and I can't get another fish. I held up the cup and said its a cory cat not a betta I wanted a refund for. If they actually looked at the receipt they would have seen this. After all the bs I was refunded for the fish. From the second I walked up to the register for a refund on the dead fish, the staff was nothing but rude and confrontational. They must think they are the only people that know anything about fish and that customers don't know a damn thing. After I left the store I decided to look up their return policy online. It states on their website that a water sample is RECOMMENDED not required like the staff stated multiple times. Not like this company cares but I will never purchase anything from this store again! Your staff needs an attitude adjustment, more training on how to treat their customers, read the back & front of their receipts on what the policy actually says on it and not assumed customers know nothing about fish! As I'm writing this my poor betta that I've had for over 6 months who was with this fish has died!!

    Rude, and the groomers purposely will push you to the side even if you had an appointment to let friends and walk in's go before you.

    I really like the dog grooming here. The girls do a great job and getting an appointment that's convenient is super easy.

I learned about Furry Land on a fb neighborhood group. We have used their services for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are easy to make online and communication via text messages are convenient. The mobile salon van arrives on time and the groomers are all so nice, professional and caring. This time Grace traveled to us in the frigid Temps (when all the schools are closed type of cold) and greeted us with a smile. She took time to talk to me about Sonny and the plan for the grooming service. She listened and gave Sonny pets and attention before taking him to the van. With Sonny right out front in the van I had less anxiety too and no time traveling to drop him off or pick him up as he was right there. I went about my weekend chores while Sonny got washed and trimmed. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes Sonny and Grace returned and He was still anxious and excited but no car ride to extend his anxiety, I was able to comfort him immediately. While we talking about how the service went and finishing up, Sonny had a little bleeding from his front nail and Grace noticed it and went into action. She examined his paw then ran out to bring in the quick clot and apply. The bleeding stopped right away. Grace reassured us that the bleeding was likely increased due to his anxiety and pressure being up, it would heal and it did. Sonny looked like himself again! No more Grinch Paws and his fur was shiny and soft. Our fluff ball was back. The full service costs about $25-30 more than our previous groomer but it is well worth it for us. Honestly without this option I don't know what we will do so I hope they continue this awesome service for all the pets like our Sonny. Besides all the convenience, I have to say how thankful we are for the great staff! These people are truly all incredible with such sweet personalities that make us feel very comfortable- big big Thank you Grace and team.

Both Melissa and Nick have done phenomenal jobs on her and I am most impressed by how the management communicates! We had to reschedule her appt based on the holidays and they did everything they could to accommodate. They made it happen! I am VERY particular about the quality of care for every member of my family and do not compromise. Furryland Land exceeds all of my expectations.

    I don't know how well they really groom because my first few impressions were not great…read moreunfortunately. I called and left two messages (which is the ONLY way you can schedule appointments or get much information other than walking in) and neither call was returned. Stuff happens, messages get lost, so I decided to walk in and did not get a warm reception at all. I'm assuming it was the owner in the middle of grooming and she asked what she could do for me in what seems to be a clearly irritated tone. I explained I had left two messages and hadn't heard back (to which you would think you might get an apology or explanation but got nothing except a further irritated expression.). I asked pricing, availability and how best to schedule appointments. She answered $75, which is around double nearly anyone else I've ever talked to or gone to. I asked if she does much grooming on many doodles (as I have had several groomers 'poodle' my doodle, which is why I am so particular about groomers and will pay more for one who knows the true 'doodle' cut .) I think she actually rolled her eyes and said yes, she has been doing lots of mixed breeds for years. The demeanor, way she answered and less than warm first impression turned me off very much. We are new to town and have owned small businesses in small towns and word of mouth can be your best friend or your worst enemy, and while we all have off days I was less than impressed from this interaction...especially compared to all the other local businesses we have been fortunate enough to interact with who are warm, friendly and eager to help. Also, we choose to give our business to companies who adapt to changing times and busy lives. I go to a groomer because I am too busy to groom my own dogs, work full time and can not call during business hours during the work week to schedule appointments. We look for businesses that have scheduling online or even via email or Facebook. This business does not nor did they return a call from my two phone calls and messages I left. Needless to say, we will NOT be bringing our dogs there nor recommending this business based on this.

Care is taken to find out just what you are wanting done at drop off so there are no surprises. Dogs are happy and squeaky clean when you pick them up. And prices are low for grooming and nail trims compared to the big name stores. It is so nice to have the Silver Leash and worth the half hour drive for me to have my guys groomed so well. Plus there are fun dog treats and chewies and toys in the shop for a post grooming treat.

    Had a horrible experience at Bentley's today. I went in asking if they had a specific dog food. I…read moreexplained that I will be picking up a puppy on Friday and needed this food as that is what the breeder currently uses. I got a discussion on how terrible the food in discussion is, that it's cheap and a way breeders cheat. It became almost a political Discussion about pet food. I tried to explain that this is a short term food for my puppy . I was furious and walked out. I will not walk back in. A simply sorry we don't carry that food would have been sufficient, not a lecture on breeders or how they use cheap foods to make more money. I was a Bentleys customer, I am an experienced,caring pet parent. This was a short time solution ( she is too young and small to suddenly change food). No salesclerk should have a customer shaking and upset.

    We love Bentley's!…read more Our shepherd was having some rather interesting skin issues and itching like mad. After talking to our vet, it was recommended that we look into new food options. We were having a difficult time finding a food that would meet the new guides we were given until we went to bentleys. They were SO incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. While we all know that some dog foods can be terribly expensive, our associate was entirely mindful of our budget and goals. They provided several options along with thorough descriptions of the pros and possible cons of each food. I walked out feeling entirely relieved and that I had the tools needed to best help our dog. We have been back several times for both the dog and cat, and will continue to be a client as long as we have our furry friends.
