If I could give them a zero I would. We have been bringing rescue dogs here for vaccinations for years. Today we had an appointment for 2 vaccines for one dog. It was an uncontrolled dog park in the building. Never will we go here again. What a joke. read more

Oh my Lanta, the smell! They need to clean deodorize open windows some thing! I had to hold my breath until I left

I was so tired of the conventional litter that everyone has used for ever that tracks all over and sticks to my cat so I thought that I would see what today has to offer litter box wise, technology must have a better option in 2019. To my surprise I found this pellet and absorbent mat litter box system that uses no conventional cat litter and I thought great for $60 if I can never use litter again. I was a little worried that my cat will not take to the new box but it comes with instructions to get the cat to make the change over a short time, I hope it works. The young woman helping me said that she has a friend that uses this litter box and has nothing but good things about this litter box in general. If my cat can't make the change it's ok I was told because as long as I have the receipt it's returnable in with in 30 days even if it's soiled. I even got $15 off for a price match to the Petco web site. read more

I went to Petco today to get some supplies to set up a quarantine tank for a saltwater fish. I asked for help from the fish department and I had really great customer service. It was a busy place, I had to wait about 10 mins to talk to her, however it was worth the wait. I told her my situation and the supplies I needed. She suggested some of the items/brands and she also told me why she recommended them. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and everything she said made sense. I have been going to this Petco since it opened and will continue to go here. read more

Variety: ***** Location: ***** Value: **** Variety of services: **** Customer Service: **** For chain pet stores, it's exactly that. A pet store that caters to just about all pets. Supplies for cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, other mammals and birds to name a few. So you can't compare to stores such as Petlicious or End of the Leash in which I often go to for my dogs. Besides supplies they also provide grooming, classes and dog training. Large nation wide chain enables them to buy in bulk and have somewhat better prices. What sets them apart from the local independent stores is the pure variety and full service offerings. So you decide if you want to support the independents which sometimes you may pay just a tad more. Since I recently changed our dogs diet to 95% raw meats and fresh probiotic I supplement their meals with Fromm from the local independents but will come here for a few other things or for supplies for other pets. I won't get into the politics of where these pets come from or where they are bred. If you want a pet that isn't a dog or cat, you can't beat a store such as Petco. Want to learn more about any of these pets and the staff is there to answer questions followed up with brochures packed with information. They do offer a large variety of foods, snacks, toys and other supplies. I have not used their grooming services but have heard for small fee you can drop your dog off for a shampoo and nail trim. Service has always been very good. Always someone there to answer questions and they do seem to know their stuff. Never much of a wait at the checkout counter. read more

Petco does a bait and switch with pricing, I looked online for Zymox because my dog had ear issues, was 22.49. I went to petco, they had it behind the counter, no price marked. When she checked me out, she charged 29.99...she said they do this all the time..."keeps people out of the store"...? Well it worked, I wont shop in this sh*t stain of a store ever again. No wonder people steal from them, they steal from people. You reap what you sew. read more

Products are a little high in price, but the employees know what they are talking about. They spent about an hour walking us through the store to help us pick everything out for our new puppy. Highly recommend the nail clipping services and asking all the important questions. read more

Very patient with my older dog. Gave recommendations on tarter control for my dog. Great grooming experience.

Cooper just loves to go to Petco for his groom. He has been going there for a year, to include his first ever groom. Lucy is so kind and gentle with Cooper and I love how she smiles when she sees him. I can see how much she cares for animals and I always know he is in good hands with her. I find all the employees to be very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Lucy for taking amazing care of my Cooper!!! read more

We have been taking a basic training puppy class at Petco, Waukesha. I and my 3 month old boxer have enjoyed the training sessions. The trainer, Ronnie, does really well with families and their sweet pups. My Toby just loves her. I can only speak for the sessions with Ronnie. You will not be disappointed. The rest of the staff that I have met while in this location is super friendly and helpful. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. We brought our puppy in after a vacation of hiking to clean her up good. They told me she would be there about 2 hours I got a phone call about an hour an 15 minutes later to pick her up when I got my golden retriever out to the car I noticed knots in her fur on her legs (which were not there before) and there was still a bunch of dirt all over her stomach! I came back in and as soon as the groomer saw me she said if I wanted a refund I could just go to the counter like she was expecting me to come back in. It basically looked like the dunked her in water and then dried her no soap no brushing. It took about 15 minute for them to process the refund. I would not recommend them at all! read more

Lucy was wonderful! Went above and beyond what I paid for because the dog needed to have some matting taken care of.

The pet co in Waukesha, WI is amazing. My dog, Zeus loves going their. He is a dog full of a lot of energy (German Shepard, American Eskimo) and so I was initially worried he wouldn't do well. He always comes out of his appointments nice and fluffy, and smelling so good. Also, employees are very helpful and pleasant. read more

We got our dog, Todd, groomed at petco and it was amazing. The groomer took extra special care of him at no charge and took extra time to educate us on how he should be groomed. I could tell she really loved and cared about animals and that made me feel happy. Todd looks absolutely stunning with his new do. I highly recommend you visit petco on sunset! read more
