When she brought him out SHE BUZZED CUT HIM. I contacted Laurie, the owner, she blew it off, took the side of groomer Leah, and told me some people like a teddy bear look. I didn't ask or pay for that. In subsequent conversations she never offered to make ammends or refund my money or even the tip. Aussies are double coated not to be shaved. Dr Jeff will always keep it real and not try and rack up a huge bill. At the same time he will suggest options to help your pet be healthy and heal. We've had to bring them in for all kinds of reasons and they have always been so kind and explained everything really well, including our options. They listen carefully and don't rush through the appointments. In the past 1-1/2 years we have had to euthanize three of our elderly pets. Several weeks ago we had to take my special little dog in to be euthanized. The entire staff was so compassionate. Their hugs and kind words meant so much to me. We've tried different vet clinics before them but they are by far the best we have found. I highly recommend them.

First three weeks of obedience training were ok. Training with too many treats. The next two, no training due to the trainer was "sick ". If I were running a business, I would have a backup plan, not have the customer wait. This interrupted the training not only for the dog but for the owner of the dog as well. Finally the third week I was able to go back and the owner decided to step in to do the training with no explanation of why the other trainer was still gone. Why couldn't they step in right away? My dog got screwed on the training as far as I'm concerned. Never going back to this place.
