Conveniently located right next to the movie theater at Northgate, my boyfriend and I decided to get a few drinks before our movie. The drink list was very extensive and the prices were reasonable! Out of the 15+ beers on tap I tried two local IPA's which were both delicious. Really wish I could give a half star because the only reason I didn't give this 5-stars was because the pizza slices were grabbed before the movie weren't great. Overall though they were still yummy and did the trick. Would definitely go back anytime I'm in the Northgate area! read more

Watershed has been one of my favorite spots for years. I am never disappointed, the food and the people are always enjoyable. I especially love the rotating beer menu as I am an avid beer drinker. Thank you guys! read more

I like this place! Their pizza slices after midnight are the best . When we used to live at Thornton place this was our go to spot when hungry after a night out . Plenty o beers on tap, service is always great and their salads are also very good. read more

The Watershed has become our neighbor pub and for good reason. The pizza is excellent, the hot sandwiches are buttery, steaming goodness but for me it is the Tomato Soup. The soup is made with San Marzano's and I love the brightness of the flavors. Beer, yes please! They only get in one keg of each beer and as soon as one is finished a new beer gets added to the list. The good news is that there is always something new to try. The bad news is that if you find a beer you love you will never see it again. The place can get a bit busy and noisy at times but that adds to the experience. When the sun is out you will find outdoor seating and they are dog tolerate which is a huge plus for us and The Puppy! read more

Visited here for dinner and a Puzzled Pint event on a Tuesday evening. The location is nice, right behind Northgate mall with a conveniently located parking lot just across the road. The pub was full of fellow puzzlers so we had a 15 minute wait - outside as there isn't much room to wait inside. Once seated, the waitress immediately took our drink orders and served them really promptly as well. I recommend the Cappucino Imperial Stout - it is rich, dark and subtly coffee flavoured, unusually delicious! Unlike most beers, this has a 12% alcohol content so don't plan on driving after a couple of these. Unfortunately, we soon realised that Watershed is just not prepared for the crowd that the event had dragged in. First off, we noticed that our table hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous person, possibly due to the rush. Then, the single pizza we ordered took close to an hour to be served (thank god for the puzzles that distracted us!). I will say this for the pizza, it is giant (3 of us couldn't finish it) and quite delicious (speaking for the Pesto Giardano). On the other hand, I was a little disappointed that a joint like this had a primarily pizza based menu - I was hoping for some of the signature snacks that bars are usually known for. Watershed is pretty far away from where I live so I don't see myself going back here too soon, particularly after the lukewarm experience. read more

Watershed Pub & Kitchen - Cappucino Imperial Stout - pure awesomeness! - Pubs Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Delicious grilled cheese and tomatoes soup. Super good. Happy hour deal. Nice spot, an outside eating area when it's nice, couple TV's at the bar and they seem to have a number of scheduled events. read more

Great selection of drinks, bomb food, and the staff is amazing! Because of this awesome combination, Watershed is our go-to bar... we love it there read more

Friendly bartender and waitresses. Excellent selection of beers , wines and meals. If you like Mac & Cheese, try their Bacon Mamas. Their Greek fries, very good also. But I prefer actual fries to wedges. My group also had the Meat Head pizza. Excellent. The pub has a very good vibe. Live music. But none the night I was there. Definitely will make a return visit. read more

I ordered a pizza fold....it was barely warm, looked like it had been microwaved and not baked. I've eaten here twice and both times food has come out cold to barely warm...it's so confusing, pizza Hut is capable of serving hot food, why can't the watershed get it? The salad served on the side was wilted and layered (mixing the ingredients would make it look more appealing). However the worst part was that i got food poisoning afterwards, out of work for 2 days for a dissapointing and kind of expensive meal. Not cool...won't be back and won't recommend. I'll give them the environment and bar if you like beer though read more

I have high hopes for this place because the ambiance was great and it's so close to home. There are a few things however that will keep me from returning right away. The outdoor seating is on park bench style picnic tables that are very wobbly. We almost tipped our beer several times as we moved or shifted in our seats. We noticed other people having the same issue. Also, the servers seems pretty green. Our server was fine but we didn't order much. Both the folks on either side of us had messed up orders and things not arrive that the server admitted to forgetting to put in. A few months under their belt and I'm sure they will sling beers and pizzas like some of the more established joints in Wallingford or Ballard. read more

Yum! The pizza was delicious and the crust was cooked just right! Great size too, I think they were 18 inches a piece, two pizzas was too much food for 4 people, but so worth it to get to have two types! And I'm sure the leftovers will be great! The Mac and cheese that my friend got also looked amazing! read more

First time here...and service and vibe is AWESOME!Came in after a bad day at work and as soon as I entered I thought I was at some Footloose-Texas restaurant which was a bit of change for me. But when I came in the bartenders and waiters were super welcoming, friendly, and fun - I ordered the pizza bites - not what I expected (I was thinking of Totino Pizza rolls for some reason) but it was deeeelish! The dough tasted great and flavors were fresh and tasty. Will definitely come again read more

Super yummy pizza and great selection of drinks - from beers to ciders to cocktails. The staff are incredibly friendly!

I REALLY want to LOVE the Watershed and make it my Local. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful, though they seem to need a couple more of them, and the beer selection is OUTSTANDING! The challenges are holding me back though. 1 - Slow service. I know that made to order pizza takes time, and I am willing to wait it out. But when the food arrives barely hot, we have a timing problem... I waited for my food and it arrived just barely warm, so what was it doing waiting to be brought out? 2 - LOUD!!! The music is too loud, there are no soft surfaces to break up the sound and keep it from just bouncing around and breaking your eardrums. It's just high ceilings, cement & glass and no baffles to save your ears. When you server has to lean in to hear you shout your order, it's time to turn down the volume. It's better outside, but who wants to eat pizza in the rain! If they could work on kitchen timing and get a handle on the tunes, this place would get 5 stars and they would get sick of us! Please, Watershed, be my Local! read more

Overpriced and under-flavored. We went to the Watershed for a family lunch. There were 8 in our group. Two ordered the BLT folds - the pizza crust was very dry and the sandwiches had barely any filling, and nothing like mayo or sauce to moisten the crust. My daughter ordered the white bean & turkey salad, it was mostly beans and really strange texture but flavorless, she told the waitress it tasted bad, and the waitress took it away, but didn't take it off the bill. The waitress also asked the two kids at the table if they wanted refills of their sodas, but then she charged us for them! Then since there were 8 of us the tip was automatically added on. Our waitress was nice but it was expensive for mediocre and bland food. We won't go back there. read more

I really enjoyed this place. I tried two of the beers on tap which were delicious (and I was super sad to see they are gone now nooooo - everything else seemed so bitter. More wheat beer!) and also the grilled cheese. My boyfriend got a pizza and it was awesome, the crust was perfect. Really pleased to see that we could bring our pup with us to sit on the patio. We'll be coming back but it does have a pretty high price tag if you are having some drinks as well as food. read more

It's decent chain pub food. The stroganoff mac and cheese was kind of bland and the balsamic reduction on it was extremely bitter. The grilled cheese was not very cheesy nor grilled. Wonderful beer selection. I would come back in if I was setting a movie again but wouldn't make it a destination spot. Go have a beer and a quick bite. read more

Wonderful food and great people. I love that they have live music regularly; I've never had a bad meal here.

I decided to have lunch here. Staff wasn't as attentive to their customers. Really wished it would've went better.

Watershed is my go-to place for lunch, dinner or beers in the Northgate neighborhood. I love their pizza, but their salads are also fresh and inventive. Their beer selection is top notch, which is no surprise since the owner came from a beer-focused restaurant background. Service has always been first rate too. We even went to a birthday party up in their loft space, and the service and catering-style food was just as good as what we have come to expect every day. read more

Have gone here multiple times since it opened and am a huge fan. They have tons of beer on tap making it a perfect place for beer snobs like myself. The atmosphere is very fun. I've gone here for football games and even world cup games. The staff seems very well organized and the owner is awesome. He gets to know a ton of his customers. I recommend the Mama's pizza, it's our favorite. Also try their salads. They have events every once in awhile, usually by having a live band or something. Sometimes they showcase a local brewery. Will be back. read more

Came here expecting pub style food as it is called a pub. It's great if you want pizza... The menu is limited other than pizza. The drinks are mediocre. They don't have anything with chicken or turkey and there is no burger on the menu. I would come back if I wanted pizza and only pizza. Maybe beer or wine I would not order a cocktail again. read more

Stopped in here before a movie thinking it would be average pub grub - totally wrong. The sandwiches were fantastic and a range of beers that you wouldn't expect to find at a mall restaurant. It was so good we came back after the movie for dessert and more beer! read more

Terrible service. Place wasn't busy but we got hassled over where we wanted to sit. They asked us to move twice. We asked to split the check, didn't happen. Good beer selection. $9 movie tickets are the only plus. Save money go somewhere else. read more

This IS the place!! Pizza dough to die for, sweet deco (They have Henry art hanging on the walls here!!), really nice and totally efficient staff that obviously care about spoiling you here, really fun and delicious collection of liquor (have you tried Ichiro's new whiskey he just released--well, you can here), Discounted movie tix, who knows what else we'll find next time. Can't wait to get back to The Shed!!! read more

My SO and I went there for this first time today. (2:30 pm on a Sunday) The bartender/waiter was absolutely fantastic. What a cool guy! He was very informative, went over drink & food information and gave us plenty of time to make our choice. All while being perfectly attentive! The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was great! My only negative thought was that it was a little warm, but hey, that's just me! We will definitely be back. read more

I love this place the staff is wonderful from the moment you enter. They have an amazing rotating list of local beers and seasonal cocktail. the food is even better offering fresh flavors with an effort of keeping it local. Honestly they have the best Reuben in Seattle read more

The bar had maybe 20 people in it. We were sat by the host/hostess and waited 15 min before our server even noticed we were there. Then we had enough time to order food from another establishment before the server showed up with water. Really?? Come on y'all. That's just ridiculous. Update: Ben, thanks for getting back to me. Also the way you did was pretty great. The date was Sunday 12/10/17. The Seahawks were playing, but I'm not sure about the time. read more

One of our go-to bars in the area. The restaurant is clean and there's a decent selection of beers on tap! I really like their grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup - they use Beecher's Cheese. took my friend here for the first time since she's from out of town and Z was our server. they were SPECTACULAR!!! seriously the best server we could have asked for. greeted us with, "what's up party people?!" and continued to be such a delight throughout our entire meal. 25/10 would recommend - ASK FOR Z!! they rock‍ read more

Everything is so well curated, but there's also a great selection of cocktails and beer. This is primarily a pizza joint, so don't go in looking for steak. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and tasty vittles Make this a great stop off before we go see a movie. By the way if you go have dinner, you can buy discount movie tickets to whatever movie you want to go to later. Nice. read more

Love the pizza folds (especially the BLT one), but our server was very rude. She messed up part of our order and rolled her eyes at us. However, we've been to the watershed a few times before and it's been a better experience. Would definitely recommend the BLT pizza food and the root beer floats. However, the beer selection leaves something to be desired. read more

1/2 Star for service! Had the owner say to hostess "Let my family go before them" at Happy Hour 1/28/18 6 pm

My wife and I have eaten at this pub many times and really love it. The beer selection is outstanding and not just the hop-centric stuff so typical of NW pubs. They often have a nice selection of Belgian and Belgian-style beers which are a real favorite of ours. We've tried a variety of their pizzas and salads and enjoyed them all. Service is good. It can be a little slow on busy nights, but that's why they call them busy nights. Cocktails are great as well and they have more seating than you'd expect on first glance. We'll be eating at the Watershed yet again tonight before our movie and I am already looking forward to a good beer. Thanks for the great work, folks! read more

Hey I've been comig here for awhile now, and I've been treated very well every single time. The bartenders always remeber my drinks and my favorite meals. The food is amazing and quick. Moist. Humidity levels were higher than normal, loved the place. Steve is great. Moist.

This dining experience was a comedy of errors from almost the very beginning. The only thing saving this from a 1 star review was our waiter's apologetic attitude. We came in on a Sunday at about 12:15 with 6 people, one of which was a baby. The drinks ordered was 1 soda, 3 coffees and the 5th adult was sticking with water. When the 3 coffees were brought out, all 3 people commented on the temperature of the coffee being warm, rather than hot, so they all had to go back. The coffee comes in random assorted mugs, from promotional events or whatever. I saw cracks and chips along the rim of one of the mugs. I get that they are trying to be clever, but be clever with drinkware that is up to a higher standard. Their menu states that the lunch/dinner menu was available from 11am-10pm on Sunday, but then several of the sections of the menu state that it is unavailable during brunch, a fact I missed from the menu before deciding to go here at noon. I was really looking forward to the sandwiches that I have read such good reviews on. This is my fault over the restaurants though, but the waiter stated that the reason was that they couldn't cook a grilled cheese sandwich was because there was not enough room on the flat top... makes me wonder the size of the bread they are using for the grilled cheese. Ok, so that was my fault, and it sucks, but I get it. I needed some more time to decide, so the waiter took everyone else's order and came back in about 5 minutes to take mine. It was about 12:45 when I got my brioche french toast with sausage. The sausage was pretty good, cooked well, tasted as I would expect. The french toast was horrible. I have made one or two french toast in my life, and have eaten many many times. The bread is supposed to be soaked in the egg/milk mixture to absorb into the bread and give it a custard like middle. The bread was certainly thick enough, but the middle was so dry I had to drink water to wash it down. It was like the egg/milk was just brushed on the outside. They brought just enough syrup for 1 of the pieces of extra dry "french toast". Since I was the one taking care of the baby, I started eating and feeding the baby from my plate to keep him from fussing too much. We had time to eat our entire meal before one other person at my table got their food. The first person that got their food ordered the shed benny. She took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. It was stone cold, like it had been cooked and was sitting there for a while. What a disappointment. It was about 1:10p at this time. My baby was fussing so I took him outside so as to not disturb other patrons. I found out from my wife after that they offered our friend who ordered the shed benny. She did not have time to wait any longer so refused. They comped her meal, as they should have, but then explained that brunch was a new thing for them and they were working out the kinks. Great. If you do not know what you are doing with brunch, either test beforehand at a private event seeking the feedback that will help you serve quality food to your patrons, or offer them at half price, or forewarn people that you don't know what you are doing while you "work out the kinks". Want me to teach you how to make french toast? I have no cooking experience, but I could have done better than you did today. I was really looking forward to this place. The menu looked awesome, great location with plenty of parking, TVs to watch the games, but in the end, it fell flat. Come here with low expectations so that when they perform like they did for our meal today, you will not be disappointed like we were. There are other brunch places close by that have been doing it right for so much longer, and would be more worth your time and money. read more
