Lol fine dining. Dollar store wine glasses for your Kim Crawford and mark west. Most expensive bottle is $100.... butter packets you see at diners served in the single packets....
Kids meals looked like frozen chicken.
Menu was very limited, and confusing. Server simply repeated what she read off the menu. I felt like I was on a game show where I have to select a random door, and hope my prize isn't terrible. She was unable to explain anything, and had to ask the chef everything.
With a complicated menu. Server should spend more than 5 seconds asking one person questions while ignoring others. I felt she ignored half the table, and only geared service towards who she thought was paying. All wine glasses left on the table too... apparently fine dining doesn't include pre bussing.
Working in the industry for 15 years, I try to be understanding, however, today I felt like I was part of a practical joke.
Bugs all over the window sill, sticky ac vents on the floor, carpet.... dirty linens. Dont claim to be fine dining when you are clearly, you are unable to keep up with cheesecake factory standards.
Service was also extremely slow, and they dont do anything for birthdays, because "sorry we dont do that here, we are fine dining".

That was before the food arrived. Food was a DISASTER. Venison ordered was medium, didnt get even a sliver of pink. $50 for an overcooked, chewy piece of meat, i couldnt even eat. I got about 10 pieces of cut up vegetables. Server still completely ignored me, i tried to get her attention multiple times.
Sister's plate came with "sweet potato" that looked like baby food, so she fed it to the baby. Sangria tasted like juice, couldnt even taste the wine. No water refill, no offer of bottled, or sparkling water. I literally had to prebus the table MYSELF. server never removed empty glasses or extra plates and silverware that just got clunky and in the way.
Yes, some of these complaints seem a little riddiculous, but if you claim to be fine dining, at 50 dollars a plate, i expect at least somewhat upscale service and food and cleanliness. None of my expectations were met. Infact, i went after i ate the mini carrot, 2 parsnips, and 4 fingerling potatoes, to go eat dinner elsewhere. What a joke.....
Simply put, you are better off eating at McDonalds. At least there you know you are being served garbage, and it'll fill you up. read more
