I had a wool blazer taken up in the sleeve and they just folded over the cuff. Now the buttons are right at the end of the cuff. WhenI went back to ask her about the way it was done, she couldn't come up with a good explanation. I also had a hard time explaining why I didn't like it. She said it's the only way that they do it. A men's suit would be ruined if they did it this way. I also had a dress hemmed only one inch which was the exact same length of the hem it had when purchased. The material is puckered and damaged and not done correctly. I wish that they had someone that I could call to discuss this matter. Its a place right around the corner from where I live and I really wanted to like them!

I'd definitely recommend this place, it's pretty clean, in a good area, and they have lots of washers and dryers so I've never have to worry about having to wait. Prices start at $5.00 a load for washers and $1 per 20 minutes for the dryers, not exactly the cheapest thing but compared to paying for a laundry service I think it's a great deal. Also rent isn't cheap in Boston so I think the prices are very fair when you take that into account. Quarters only, but there is an ATM and quarter machine inside. I've only seen the quarter machine run out once but someone came in to refill it ~10 minutes after it ran out so not a huge deal. I usually try to bring my own quarters though so that I can guarantee having change without having to wait.

An attendant was busy in the room the whole time I was there, friendly and folding laundry. I went at 9:30 in the morning and was done by 10:30 am.
