The best service imaginable. I called in the morning and a technician came to my home by 1:00 pm. He installed a new water heater as soon as the problem was diagnosed. Brandon was incredible. Patient, profession, efficient and knowedgable. Too bad there is not a six star rating. The best service I have experienced. read more

What had 5 star service from start to finish! It started with a back and forth with Dave (Manager I think) who was VERY informative and very patient. Our water heater broke and ai have a pregnant wife and 5 year old son. They took the urgency seriously and were ready to help me with replacing my water heater. Then comes John! John was so knowledgeable and was super patient with the questions that we had. He went a bit further and even told us about things that seemed.... Odd. He explained what he was going to do and how and answered all of our questions. John was amazing, patient, and surely knows customer service. I HIGHLY Water Heaters Only! read more

We had an excellent experience with Water Heaters Only and highly recommend them for your water heater needs. Our water heater was an original 25 year old, 75 gallon tank that needed replacing. We called and were given a next day appointment. Matthew H. came out and provided a detailed explanation of the replacement process and a written estimate. We were able to get an appointment later that same day for the installation. Matthew was very professional, detailed and meticulous. Everything went according to what was agreed upon and Matthew left his work area in the same condition he found it. We had a small issue with the recirculation pump and a technician was sent the very next day. The problem was immediately resolved and the second technician was just as professional as Matthew. The amount originally quoted is exactly what we paid. Excellent customer service and we are so happy with our new water heater and recirculation pump. We highly recommend Water Heaters Only. Thank you! read more

John Fantham (1-800-835-5946), with Water Heaters Only, come by about an hour after I called to give me an estimate. His estimate was nearly half what my previous estimate from that morning had been. After I accepted, he got right to work as he had everything he needed with him. He spent about 4 hours doing the install, updating my system to code, hauled away the old unit, and cleaned everything up. Thrilled to have hot water again. Also, unlike the other place I got an estimate from, he was happy to take payment on my credit card without a surcharge. read more

I called Water Heaters Only on Saturday and got an estimate and new one installed that same day! Brandon came out and assessed the issue with my old water heater and answered all my questions. Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional, and conveyed excellent customer service skills. I was very happy with this company's performance from their prompt assessment of the problem all the way through their fast installation. BTW they were $1,400 cheeper than the first estimate I got from Home Depot. read more

Incredible service from Paul M. He promptly responded to my request through Yelp and got on the phone with me to troubleshoot. Gave me some ideas to isolate the problem myself since I was comfortable disconnecting the hot and cold water lines. Led to a fix that would have cost thousands of dollars (I went in to the conversation assuming I'd need a whole new water heater). Great to know there are friendly people like Paul out there willing to spend some time on the phone to help out a guy in need. I will absolutely keep this company in mind for all future water heater needs and would encourage others to reach out to them if needed. read more

Summary: my heater went out, Paul did some quick research, then referred me to the right place. Two phone calls later, my water heater is now fixed through a recall notice without me having to pay for anything. According to the tech, I could expect another 5 years on my water heater and when that time comes, I'm going straight to Paul. read more

I did my own research, contacted the manufacturer of my water heater first thing this morning, and they sent out a technician to fix the issue. I now have a brand new parts at free cost to me. Even if I was to purchase the parts: $560 for parts + $250 for labor = $810 vs $2,000+ on a new unit. That's a $1,190 savings to me. Yes, my unit was a 2013 model and still has plenty of life left on it. Can't keep up with the Jones by purchasing the latest model . Old unit out and new unit in = back in business. Pretty easy. Good for the next 5 to 10 years. read more

Couldn't be happier with our experience with the company. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He gave me options that didn't necessarily involve spending a bunch of money, and helped me try to tack down a warranty I might be able to rely on. Eventually, we determined that we should just replace the water heater. They were able to get somebody to come out that day. The technician, Matt Hoffman, was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, hardworking, punctual, and fast. I really can't say enough about this company. read more

Researching on Google and here led to this company, which operates in all metropolitan areas of California and has been in business a while. If you've been installing and fixing water heaters for half a century, chances are you know what you're doing. Booking a job was smooth from initial phone call reporting the issue, to arrival of technician, to permit delivery. Explanation of the work was thorough, and at any point if there were questions, I was encouraged to call the main number to get specifics. In with the new tank, out with the old... Which I sort of wish had decided to corrode earlier-- like maybe years earlier. So I could have had a more efficient water heater a lot sooner and not wa$ted $o much on un-necessary energy and water..... But I digress. Everyone was professional and courteous, from W.H.O.'s call center to the managers to the on-site plumber-contractor, who was detail-conscious and tidy and did a fine job that successfully passed inspection. Permit was arranged and provided in a timely manner. I recommend Water Heaters Only and would hire them again. read more

Our 19 year old Rheem water heater broke down at 11:00 pm. We called Water Heaters Only and left a message. Manager Dave Sevits called us at 7am and we had a long discussion about what we could do. In less than an hour, his employee, technician John Fantham , was with us. He explained in detail what he was going to do, and when we agreed on a price, he got to work. We haven't seen a person treat all the little things so carefully for a long time. It was a great pleasure to see the work of a true professional. Now a new handsome Bradford White has taken up residence in our laundry room, taking the place of the old Rheem. Everything looks much more modern and thoughtful than it was before. We are very grateful to Dave and especially his water heater specialist John for such a coordinated effort, as a result of which we were able to return to normal life at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. read more

Our water heater stopped working and we had a local plumbing company come out and diagnose the problem. They told us they would provide us with estimates for repair and replacement, which they did not. I texted Water Heaters Only that afternoon and they send a Technician, John, out the following morning. John agreed that the water heater should be replaced, after an intial diagnostic check. We were given a fair price, much less than the guestimate from the first plumber and were told we could have it installed that afternoon or the next day. As it was very hot and we needed to remove a wooden structure, we elected to have the work done the next day, Saturday. Texting and phone communications were great. John came out again, removed our old water heater and prepped for the new one. As our water heater is mounted up high it required two workers for the installation. The work was done promptly and efficiently. They made sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the new water heater and the company. read more

Not a lovely way to start a Sunday. Water heater leaking all over garage. Was quoted an all inclusive price when I called and within a few hours Max D. showed up.
