Hi everyone, Allen here. My family and I couldn't be more than happy with the service we received from Water Heaters Only. After calling so many other places to see how much it would be to purchase and install a new water heater, we almost settled for the wrong company until finding Water Heaters Only. Upon calling them, the gentleman that answered the phone was polite and straight to the point on how much the service would be. We scheduled an estimate on 10/19/17. The next day, 10/20/17, we scheduled to have our new water heater installed. Once the technician (David) arrived, he took a look at what was needed and gave a very detailed step by step process of what he was going to do. After everything was done, we had a new water heater, a new water pressure regulator (by MY recommendation, NOT Water Heaters Only), and he even cleaned up after himself and left the area of the water heater cleaner than when he arrived to do the install. All this was done in less than 3 hours. WOW!!! Horrible! The worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. I paid $950 for a new water heater which broke down not even 2 years later. I called them to see if they could please check it out and also asked if it was covered under any warranty and the guy yelled at me and started calling me a names and said I was looking for problems. Their product failed in less than 2 years and I was looking for problems? They seem helpful before they actually install anything but LOOK OUT, as soon as their product fails or you need to call them back for anything, they turn on you. I should of reported them to the BBB right away (they already have complaints against them), but was so upset, as I have never had a company treat me this way in my life. My last water heater lasted for over 25 years and their piece of crap lasted 2 years? Goes to show what kind of products they're selling. When you first call them for an install they guarantee their products are quality and will last for years, yeah, but don't bother telling you it's ONLY 2 years! Our old water heater began continuously running and leaking right after our morning showers. It was Dec. 21, and our call for help was handled right away. They instructed us to close off the water supply to the water heater, and the gas line as well. By early afternoon, their truck arrived. Mechanic was Loni, who had the new replacement unit installed within an hour, which included adding a copper pipe elbow to accommodate the slightly taller unit. He instructed us on how to properly re-light the pilot, and advised checking the overflow annually to watch for any accumulating sediment in the tank. Quick, friendly and quality service. read more

Originally, the Water Heaters Only Technician (David) responded to a call for a water heater tank repair. When David arrived he went right to work. He was well organized and worked quickly & efficiently. However, the water tank had to be replaced which required a 2nd visit. Again, David arrived within the time window he said he would and went straight to work pulling out the old water heater so a new one could be installed. It was amazing to watch a pro work! Noticed our water heater was leaking on Friday evening. Placed service call through our home warranty. Got a call the next morning from Water Heaters Only saying they could be out by around 11am. They arrived on time and confirmed that the unit needed replacement. They had the replacement on the truck and had everything up and running in a couple of hours, including required code upgrades. Brad was great. He kept informed on everything he was doing was very professional. I have had mixed results with contractors through my home warranty company in the past but I would not hesitate to call these guys in the future. read more

We, like others, were impressed that someone answered the phone on a Saturday at Water Heaters Only. We knew our 15 year old water heater was full of sediment (by the noises it was making) and after attempting to do it ourselves, realized that we needed a professional. Eugene M. was our technician and he did a great job. We ended up getting a new water heater since ours was so corroded, even leaking and rusting at the bottom. Front time even using them. My water heater cracked and started leaking water all over my garage. Called my home warranty company and they recommended them. I got a call on Monday said they had an opening from 2 to 5 I took it then I got a call like 12:30 from the tech he said he could be at the house at 1:30 I was like wow. So met the tech at the house he was very nice and knowledgeable he told me what the problems was and gave me a few options what he could do. He was really good I would recommend them. My water heater unfortunately was leaking badly in my garage. So, i was referred to Water Heaters Only Inc. . I am glad I was able to get my water heater replaced through them. They were very quick in sending a tech to my house to get the Job done as soon as possible. I called in 11/03/2016 and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Brad was my mechanic/tech and he did a really great job. He made sure everything was done properly and he put in alot of effort in making the job perfect. I couldnt appreciate them more. Water Heaters Only was very professional from the very start. They were able to send a tech quickly and worked well with our Home Warranty company to resolve our issue with our leaking heater. Water Heaters Only Installer Neil did a great job. He was competent and very experienced in his trade. The only draw back was the time was given from 0800 to 1100 hours, and unfortunately, he did not arrive til after 1300 hours.
