I've called Hasco twice now and they literally have saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I was quoted several prices for a brand new air conditioning conditioning system and Hasco came and honestly fixed my air conditioner for $1000. This is the second time they've done it. I love Hasco. I would marry them if I could. I'm joking, but I actually feel as though I can trust them after floating in a sea of sharks that portrayed themselves as HVAC service -- what a change Hasco is. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. I cannot. I strongly recommend this business. I feel they're honest, trustworthy, professional, all wrapped up into one. read more

Caveat Emptor! They wanted to charge me $550 to replace @ $25 starting capacitor that takes 15 minutes to replace!! I've used other AC companies that only charged the service call fee + parts which would have been $200 ($150+50) which is reasonable and I would be giving them a good review. This is clearly taking advantage of customers. My son was able to purchase and replace the cap in 20 minutes. The only reason I'm rating them two stars is the tech Omar, who was professional, efficient, and polite,. Robert read more

The tech arrived on time to repair our ac, completed what we had agreed on without any problems and the price was very reasonable. We saved hundreds from other quotes we were given. Will definitely use again. Thank you Hasco. read more

As much as the plumber tried, he was unable to diagnose why we can only get lute warm water and not hot. He did state the exterior vent was installed 10 years ago by the builder but after checking a neighbor's vent I decided that was not the problem. read more

I highly recommend hasco heating and ac.Excelent service, very professional and honest, really great price!

The people here are freakin amazing!!! I had been to several different locations in Riverside looking for a "jump" or "pull out" from my 30 amp fuse box on my air conditioner. My travels lead me to Hasco on Durahart. I handed them the broken piece, explained to them that it's triple digits outside and AC is out. They went out to their shop and walked back in with the same part and handed it to me. They said " it's on us, go get your AC running". THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!!! I recommend Hasco to anyone that needs any AC or gutter work done. Amazing people!! read more

We were quoted a price of $5600 to redo our heating and air conditioning system. When we received our invoices, the total came to $6400. They gave us two invoices for the two different days they were here, and my husband signed both of them. I was not given a chance to look at either one. Soooo, this is partly our fault because my husband signed the invoices without looking at them adequately, and partly their fault because the did not explain the extra charges. The work they did was excellent. read more

HASCO is a top notch company. Their employees absolutely know their trade. Our AC unit failed to activate on one of the hottest days of the year. Mike at HASCO was quick to slot us in and send out a qualified technician. The issue was quickly diagnosed as a bad fan motor. HASCO tracked down the part and before we knew it our AC unit was operating again. Many thanks to Mike, Sal Jr., and the entire HASCO crew for their professionalism and customer service. If you need AC and many other services they offer in the Inland Empire, I highly recommend HASCO. read more

Not an honest repairman. If you want to be ripped off call him. We called him because our ac was blowing warm air. He acts like the most caring humble hard working man but he ripped us off. He so called repaired our HVAC and we paid over $1700 only to learn from a new repairman that Hasco should have looked for and repaired a refrigerant leak. I now have another expensive repair thanks to this man that did not care enough to do an honest job. I must mention he made 2 trips. First trip he claimed it was a broken part of AC system. Cold air lasted less than 24 hours. Called him back and second visit he claimed 2 more parts And refrigerant needed. Btw the tech was the owner Hasch. read more

I've use this business for years and cannot say enough good things about them! They are honest, reliable, and go above and beyond to help you. Every single person in this company cares about you and your family and it really shows. My air conditioner broke during the heat wave, and they came out immediately within a couple of hours to see what the problem was. Their technicians were knowledgeable and helpful, after looking at the situation, and the owner of the company called himself to explain what was going on, and told me how he was going to help me fix the problem as soon as possible. I would never recommend using anyone else! read more

Called for an ac repair. I reported to the tech that I thought my refrigerant had run out. He never checks for a leak and does not ever look at the evaporator. He claimed my problem was a capacitor. He also recommended changing other parts that were not broken but old as well as a cleaning. $ 1200 later when he's done, the ac still didn't work. Then he put refrigerant in it and everything works. He then tells me I have a leak which is what I suggested in the first place. A month later and it's not working again. Two techs from different companies come over and check the evaporator first and immediately determine the leak is in the coil. It was apparent then and now that I was lied to and fraudulently diagnosed. I trusted this tech as im not qualified to know better. I would stay far away from this company. Completely took advantage of me. And no they never called to schedule the leak detection after he determined I had a leak. read more

All I can say is amazing from my first phone call to the service we received!!! Fast , courteous and honest which in these days is very hard to find !!! Our whole unit had gone out during one of the worst heat waves we have experienced , I called them at 4:30 and the next day by 8:30 they were out they even came earlier then expected. Technicians were so nice worked so hard in the heat and got us a new system up and running in no time . Just amazing I would not hesitate to use to them for any of my needs !!! read more

My AC unit went out in the middle of this current heat wave and I took it upon myself to DIY. I did some research online and changed out a few "parts" with no success. I found Hasco on Yelp so I decided stop by their shop for additional parts and perhaps some guidance. After talking with the receptionist, Sal Jr. walked by, greeted me and asked me how they could help me. I explained my situation and Sal Jr. went into teacher mode and gave me a simple clinic on AC trouble shooting/repair as well as a military discount. I went home full of confidence and began to check items of the list and to my surprise, I received a call from Sal Jr. checking in on me after 6pm. I just happened to be in the mega hot attic checking the equipment and Sal Jr. walked me through (via FaceTime) on trouble shooting and FIXING the problem! I was very happy, the kids and wife loved me again and our home was ice cold. Needless to say, I have a deep appreciation for HVAC professionals and couldn't have done it without the help of the crew at Hasco. Great Leadership, Great Staff=Loyal Customer read more

When we baught our house, the furnace, air conditioner, and the water heater were all plastered with HASCO stickers. They put in a retrofit adaptor kit to a 33 year old furnace. To do this, they had to cut the SAFETY relay, and the gas company "red flagged" it. We had two repair men look at it and they both were shocked. They did not understand why anyone would do this as it is "unsafe." When I called the owner "Sid" he wanted to charge us to come check it out! This was after the office staff emailed me the service records which showed they sold the people a "preventative maintanance contract" that extended into 5/2017! They had done this work within the last 2 years! They said they forwarded the remaining contract to the previous owners, however, we baught the house from a bank. It was a reverse mortgage where the owner DIED! This would be funny, but the best part was when Sid and Frank decided to come to our home after all. They initially tried to say it wasn't their work, but their service record told a different story. They then tried to convince my husband that it was fine. Really? Bypassing the SAFETY IS "FINE?" The previous owners spent hundreds of dollars and were really lucky the whole house didn't burn to the ground. You decide, but I believe the gas company. They have our SAFETY in mind. That is NOT HASCO' s priority! read more

We have been with Sal & Chuck from the beginning and have always been 100% satisfied. About 35 years ago we found them and had a new Heating and AC installed in our first home. We have never used any other business since. We have gotten to know several of the employees over the years and all are very professional. The business is very much like a family. We have been having the bi-annual preventive maintenance done every year since the beginning which has found small problems and fixed them before they got to be big problems. We have recommended people over the years and have never heard a negative experience. read more

My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. Called HASCO and even though they were booked up for the 3 weeks they came out the same day. They replaced my old un-efficient AC unit and put in a new efficient system that I can control from my phone. read more

I called this company out to fix an air conditioner that was not cooling down. They came out, and gave us an estimate of $700.00 and told us the compressor was out and needed to be replaced. I could not afford to pay $700.00 so I sid thank you and paid him the $69.00 service call and he left. The next day I called out another heating and air conditioning company, based on a referral from a client. The other company came back with an estimate of $30.00!!! It was a cap that needed to be replaced and he fixed it that very day. Hasco was going to charge me $700.00 and probably only replace that same cap and tell me he replaced the compressor. These guys are crooks! I'm so thankful that I did not just give the go ahead for the repair! Steer clear of Hasco...they are dishonest!! read more

Hasco helped us extend our 35 year old HVAC system these past few years, but it finally died. A year ago another company (touting their Veteran-owned status) quoted us $24k to replace, Hasco just completed a top-notch full replacement for 1/2 that (before rebates!) I'm a DIY home owner and had my AC go out last night. Im trying to save a few bucks and went to Hasco to see if they can help me figure out what my issues may be. They were very helpful in helping me trouble shoot my possible AC Condenser issues. I had them test my capacitor (which was working fine) then later came back for them to test my contactor. My contactor was also fine but decided to get a new one from them since mine is about 25 years old and it does not cost that much for a new part...... .........only trouble I am having is getting the wiring connected right because the new one looks so different from my old one. :( read more

Sal, Mike and the entire crew at HASCO are top notch. They have always maintained and serviced my heating and air. Over the last six months they installed a complete air and heating system, ducting and insulation. I know if I call them the job gets done quickly and right the first time. 1/18. Had HASCO out for a quick fix. Chris and his crew were professional, hardworking, friendly, and explained every step of the process. They worked with our schedule and our many dogs too!
