My AC blower fan on my 2012 Lennox gave out during the heatwave in August 26. Money was tight but Sergio, Ricardo and Gason worked out a deal with Lennox for replacement parts and saved me over $900.00. They were very professional and went right to work finding and fixing the problem. I'd recommend their services to anyone. read more

It was a pleasant surprise that AmeriWest sent its field inspector, Hector to evaluate our dysfunctional AC unit after we hastily requested service. Hector arrived timely as promised and performed a thorough inspection of the AC unit. He was diligent and methodical with clear explanations and recommendations. I was impressed. Hector's assessment and proposal helped us make our final decision. I would strongly recommend Hector in the future. read more

This company has been so helpful. I had a situation where my circuit breaker kept tripping and Ricardo and Gerson uncovered the faulty wire. I also had them do duct work under my house to get better airflow to my bedroom it didn't work to my liking the first time so they gladly came out to fix it no charge. I can't thank you all enough. You know they are nice trustworthy people because even my two dogs liked them. Highly recommended! read more

gerson and hector are simply fantastic! their professionalism, knowledge and customer service exceeds all expectations! they are the best!

I absolutely recommend Ameriwest. The situation was too complicated to explain, but the main office dispatched Hector basically the same day we called, he looked into our a/c issue, explained the options for repair / replacement to us in careful detail -- waited patiently as we did our own research on the units he was suggesting -- and then arranged for service (an entirely new a/c system) the very next day. Ricardo, Daniel, and Abi showed up bright and early, worked quietly and efficiently all day (taking incredible care to protect our floors and oriental carpets as they worked), and finished at the projected time almost on the dot! They even came back -- and were glad to do so -- when I waved them down as they prepared to drive off, and adjusted a part of the new unit to make sure it was running correctly. Incredibly personable people, a great local firm to support. read more

Gerson and his team from Ameriwest replaced my central heating and air conditioning system and installed an air purifier, repaired ductwork, and upgraded my thermostat. They did an excellent job, and I'm very happy with the results. They applied a 15% senior discount and had a special promotion on the air purifier which helped with the costs. I wish that I had replaced everything sooner and not have waited until my A/C went out in the middle of a heat wave. They were very prompt in responding and replaced the system the next day. I highly recommend this company. read more

Ricardo from Ameriwest Home Services came to our home today to inspect our heating and air conditioning units. I liked how friendly he was from the beginning. We signed up for a "free" inspection and tune up of our equipment, but I know that often these coupons are the hook so they can run up the price on some "problem" they find. I was pleasantly surprised that Ricardo found two small problems that made complete sense. He went over what he found clearly, showing me pictures. In the end, I opted to do the work, but Ricardo was never high pressure. He presented the two problems and asked me respectfully if I wanted Ameriwest to do the work. When he finished, he was able to demonstrate that our air conditioner was more efficient. Thank you, Ameriwest for not trying to con us, as so many businesses are doing right now. Our last heating and air company lost their way, and they apparently went out of business. read more

Had a great experience Daniel and the team from Ameriwest today. Courteous, efficient, and thorough. They explained everything g they were doing to my satisfaction, and their pricing was reasonable. The best. They are reliable, professional and honest. Gerson and his team has saved me plenty of times. I've had other companies "fixed" some of the issues my AC was having, but it was just a bandaid. Ameriwest was able to explain to me everything the other company did and what they would do to fix the problems. They were so reliable, I have recommended them to many family and friends now and they said the same thing. Amazing! Reasonable prices compared to others. Family business. Can't beat that. Thank you Ameriwest read more

Just got my AC serviced by Daniel and he was truly amazing! Very pleasant, courteous, informative, and knowledgeable! I'm very glad I bought the monthly plan from AmeriWest! They come out twice a year to inspect and service my AC unit. I've also been serviced before by Hector who is just as amazing as Daniel! I totally recommend AmeriWest 100%! read more

This business is amazing! We had our entire HVAC system replaced including new ducts and vents and the service was great. Great communication on times of workers arrival and great communication from actual workers as to what we wanted and where. They were very helpful, cleaned up after since vents were installed inside the home and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this company! read more

8/24 - updating my review: since they came out to install the new AC unit on our main house that we are so happy with, we just had a split unit installed in our ADU. Once again they came out the week we called, had everything done in one day. Walked us through everything we needed to know and even followed up with a check-in after installation. Will continue to recommend to friends and family. They save us so much time & money! We had them come out for a second opinion after getting a quote from another company and we didn't need half the things the first person told us! Gerson explained the entire process and made it easy to understand what and why things were needed. Appreciate their honest, timely manner and he showed up with a mask and shoe covers for when he came inside. Safety is so important right now so I really liked tha read more

I highly recommend reconsidering the use of Ameriwest Home Services for your AC maintenance needs. Tried them out for a tune up service because they were a referral and I had high hopes but in the end I was met with another technician trying to upsell and tack on additional charges by playing around with the invoice. First Hector, quoted me $350 for a capacitor replacement, this is already on the higher end. Add up the $80 service charge and you have around $450 with the 3% charge for using a credit card. He then tried to add another $100 saying I was misquoted, mind that this is after the agreed upon price and after the installation. After pushing back and saying I'm not paying that, the tech said they spoke to management and it was an error and they decided to charge what I was quoted. WHAT THE HECK?! That is NOT how you do business. You just lost a potential future customer! They said it was a mistake but the tech has been doing this job for many years, this isn't his first job. WATCH OUT for these people they will try to take advantage of you!! read more

I called them 4th of July weekend. They were there the next day. New system. Installed. Great price!! This year, they maintained our system and gave us tips on how to properly maintain through out the year. They delivered! Call them and make an appointment. Good people and great service. read more

Gerson came referred to me by a good friend and I couldn't be happier with his service. He and his team quickly installed a new Lennox system in my rental property back in this summers heat wave and his prices were great. He also helped me later with some other projects on another rental. I was so happy that I referred him to another friend than needed a new system and she had a great experience too. Thanks Gerson! read more

AmeriWest SAVED OUR BUTS THIS SUMMER! One of our rental properties AC took a crap in the middle of the heat wave with our tenant and children in the unit. I was recommended gerison through a friend of mine and he did not disappoint. Gerison was out right away, worked OT on our unit and made time for us in his busy schedule to get the AC working. I am so so thankful for Gerison he fixed the issue right away and got the cold air blasting the same day. I will only be going to AmeriWest from now on anytime any of my properties has any issues. They communicated greatly via text (as I have a baby at home, and we all know how hard it is to talk on the phone) and they were so prompt. Thank you for treating me not just like a client but as friends and helping me thru this stressful time! Can't thank you enough! read more

After receiving 3 different HVAC quotes and AmeriWest being the second one, we chose them over the others for their exceptional customer service during our initial visit. After a walkthrough was conducted by their team, we were provided a quote for an entire replacement of our unit include ducting. Gerson and his team were extremely patient and took to the time to explain the options in detail even after we asked a million questions, haha. After reviewing the options, we decided to proceed with their gold package which was a little out of price range, but we liked the upgrades and qualified for their 6 month no interest financing which was another great option and huge plus for us. While the install was happening, I decided to make a last-minute change to the location of my condenser. Feeling extremely bad about the change and worried about delays, Gerson and his team were entirely understanding. They were able to add an additional base that was needed for the condenser placement and run additional coper without hesitation. They not only accommodated the change but were able to complete the job without delays. We can honestly say that this experience was one of the most amazing services we have had in the 21 years of owning our home. We truly felt part of a family and not just another company providing service. Because of our experience, we even decided to join the AmeriWest Freedom Rewards Membership which is a great way to keep our equipment fully serviced. I would like to thank the AmeriWest team for this amazing experience. You can trust that we will be recommending your team to everyone we know. We wish you continued success and look forward to our scheduled services in 2025. read more

Hector and Daniel are true service professionals. They are air conditioning SURGEONS. Within an hr. My ac was blasting 66 degrees on a hot day. Super cool, super professional, and made me feel comfortable with them coming in & out freely around my kids & wife. Couldn't do a better job. Thank you, Ameriwest, for providing such streamlined, complete service. We bought a brand new Manufactured home from sunrise & as with any home, there was some issues (as expected). What I didn't expect was how quickly and efficiently their service company would handle any issues. read more

Just moved to my new home with my family. Called and spoke to Gerson because I wanted to make sure air and a/c unit was as clean as can be at my new place. Mom and gf have asthma and in our last place the ac was kept off for that reason. After they came and helped us out, we are able to use the ac all day every day - and everyone breathes nice and clean. Highly recommend! They drove out from far away to get the job done too where as most other places were going to charge more and put me on their schedule a week or so later. read more

These guys are the best. Gerson was working on a project across the street, lucky me! We had a brand new system put in this February but it was compromised by a little guy, a mouse got in the system. The smell. He evaluated the system, why would we get a mouse? We don't know the exacts of how but in the process he told me our ducts were not installed well, they were leaking air, sloppy in so many ways, some of the ducting was not replaced! We decided to give him a shot at it, the before pictures were not good and honestly the lack of any air coming out of our vents made me think he was right. They were amazing! First, cleaned the attic for two days! Allowed us to get another company in to secure the attic and our home in general from any additional 4 legged intruders. After that they installed a system that is so much more effective, they installed dampers that can direct flow according to what is needed where. The ducts are secured off the attic floor, they are bigger and better insulated. Everything was replaced and redesigned! The proof. The air coming out of our registers is a whole new level. They did what they said they could do and they did not trash the previous company, they very nicely said things could be much better. They were right. Don't hesitate, they know what they are doing. We are grateful they fixed everything and hope someone else out there can avoid what we learned the hard way. Use them, absolutely they are honest and know what they are doing. read more

Awesome company!! We are loving our new AC system. The air flow & the temperature is so balance throughout the whole house. Its PERFECT! Our technician Gerson was super informative. This was October 2019, Gerson, his father, and two brothers came to install a brand new 5 ton Lennox A/C and furnace. They did an excellent job installing and making sure it was clean. Gerson went into the attic to make sure my ducts were in good working condition. He straighten couple of them out for better airflow at no charge. Few days later, my system would shut off and restart. He came back and was able to troubleshoot the problem and fixed it. Now August 2020, for some reason the airflow wasn't as strong from the vents. I called and Gerson's father and one of his brothers came to fix the problem and it is working fine. Great family, honest and with fair pricing in a industry that is very shady from previous dealings. Recommend you calling them before going with anyone else. read more

I had a major leak in my attic caused by my AC unit. My unit had been leaking without my knowledge. It was in the middle of a major heatwave. I was desperate to get it fixed. I made a call to Gerson who came out in the evening, just 45 min after my call. He informed me that even though I was getting my unit serviced every year, they just put a bandaid over what was a horrible install to begin with. I went with my gut and hired him that same day. He was able to fit me in within that same week to install the new unit. Gerson and his team worked all day and into the late late night to get the new unit installed. He showed me pictures of the original install that was done all wrong and how my cold air was not filling up my house but my attic. I was extremely happy with the new install, the cold air me and my kids enjoy. I would highly recommend them! read more

AmeriWest HVAC was highly recommended by a family member so I thought I would give them a call. The representative came by as scheduled. He inspected the property, and made recommendations based on our needs and budget. We came to an agreement and scheduled the installation of our new HVAC unit. The install went by quick and as planned. There were no surprises, additional costs, or delays. Once the Unit was installed, it was tested and it was ice cold. Amazing for those extra hot summer days. It's been over a year since we had the A/C installed and it has worked flawlessly without issue. I highly recommend AmeriWest for your HVAC needs! read more
