Amazing. I had to come on here and leave a review because I am so thankful to Sean and his crew. I had my "usual" ac company I finally decided to break up with after several disappointments and was in search of a new company. They came here during a heatwave in the middle of summer when everyone else was busy or gave me insane quotes that had a repair date at least 2 weeks out. I'm sure Sean was also very busy but he made sure to squeeze us in for a diagnostic visit and was honest and professional. He gave me a very fair quote and to my surprise they set me up for repair in less than a week. We needed a new coil and line and Trevor and another gentleman (wish I remembered his name) worked tirelessly for hours with no breaks. Everything has since worked wonderfully and I will surely be using fast tech for all my future heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them!

Fast Tech did an amazing job! I had them install an entire air conditioning and heating system, condenser, furnace, ducting and all. Sean and his team were on time, professional, and now I have a cool house for the summer. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!

Our AC unit from 1988 and sounded like a plane taking off finally gave up. Sean, the owner was able to provide us an estimate and assess on a Saturday morning and was available the following Thursday which was impressive. Sean and his assistant Trevor did a fantastic job and quality clean work. They showed up early too. Sean really takes pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with the work and new unit that's so quiet compared to our old one.

We used FastTech for a variety of issues on our ancient HVAC system. They showed up right away and were very thorough with the assessment. The bid they gave us was WAY lower than who we had been using before. This company is so much faster than the other guys when it comes to getting an appointment or even a call back. Thanks, Sean! My air was not coming out cold. I called on a Friday morning was told oh we have to send the person who went to do your maintenance service just a few weeks prior. (Why? It was a maintenance!) in the case this rep might have done something wrong, which I doubt he did. Unless he did something intentional. So, I had to wait till Tuesday. I went days without air, no it wasn't extremely hot but I'm in menopause and not having air when it's warm outside is not good for anyone! Tuesday comes around and they cancel on me. At this point my blood starts to change temperature to warmer not yet boiling. I'm like oh hell nah!!! They reschedule me to Friday. I was not going to be home Friday morning due having to run into the office for a few hours. The service rep Ryan A. called me. I was rude yes cause at this point I was going to cancel my service with Nexgen after they came to see WTH was going on with my air. I informed Ryan I was not going to be home he asked what time would I be home, I said after 5. He asked if he can come between 5-6. I said ok. I explained to Ryan what was going on and what happened. He didn't even look at anything yet and explained to me what he was gong to check on. He didn't try to sell or tell me everything else that needs to be done or suggested to be done: Yes, I completely understand your air conditioner and maintenance is an investment to do the things to keep it running and intact. However, right now in this crazy world we are all having a hard time keeping food in our fridge and making sure we have money for gas to get by. I just needed to put this honest review out here! I am a female home owner and I make the decisions in my home when it comes to who I allow in my home to help us maintain what we have. Ryan didn't BS me. The service was not cheap but it wasn't something that would put me out till next pay period. I told Ryan I was going to cancel Nexgen due to the horrible customer service I had received, till the service he provided. He was patient, not trying to sell everything he could find on his lap top. He found the issue showed it to me, fixed it and explained preventative measures when we are able to financially. Not pressuring me. Thank you Ryan A with Nexgen.

F this business. Called them because my dogs had chewed some wires and foam protecting it…read more The foam length was maybe 3 ft in length and maybe less than a foot to wrap around the cables. They said something around 75$ for coming down. Ok that's fine. Than when they get here they're like well it's gonna be 125$ for the wiring and 100+ for the foam they would wrap around. I had 2 great install Techs come out today. Samuel and…read moreDevante. First off they were very clean. They never left a mess. They cleaned after them selves durring the install. I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

The warranty company assigned the repair to: Air - Approved (Heating & Air Conditioning) As you could imagine, this time of the year and during a heat advisory, all HVAC companies are up to their collective eyeballs in folks needing A/C units fixed. The folks at Air - Approved were on it from start to finish. They provided me a heads up, via email and text, that they had been assigned the job. After our phone conversation I also received an email and text confirming the appointment date and timeframe for when the technicians would arrive. I even got a reminder the day before service they'd becoming and a message informing me they were en route day of service. (Also, the message instructs you to ensure the system is turned off at least 4 hours before they show up which is important. They can't work on an "iced up" system and would have to reschedule. Yes, the system can literally freeze up.) I love this - communication and being kept informed is so import - Well done! The technicians showed up well within the designated appointment time window. I briefly explained what I had observed the A/C system doing and the technician knew exactly what the problem was. He isolated a capacitor that had gone bad and it was the culprit. They performed the repair quickly and were on to their next customer. I couldn't be happier as a customer. I love supporting small and local businesses. Air- Approved has proven themselves through performance and they are now on my "Approved" list of preferred companies to continue doing business with in the future. They were courtesy, efficient, timely, professional, reliable and they followed up after service. This review is long overdue. I've been meaning to write it for quite some time, but life gets busy…read moreand I kept putting it off. After the level of service I've received from Edgar and his team, though, I felt like they deserved the recognition. I've now had two experiences with this company, and both have been outstanding. The first time, my AC wasn't performing the way it should after another HVAC technician had replaced my blower motor. The system was running, but it just wasn't moving enough air throughout my two-story home. Something still didn't seem right. That's when I called Edgar. He came out, took a look, and within minutes identified the issue. He told me, "It's your motor. It's not blowing strong enough." He explained that he could tell right away because the airflow wasn't what it should be, especially for a two-story house. He said I should really be able to hear and feel the air moving much stronger than it was. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. After diagnosing the problem, I asked him what I owed him for coming out. To my surprise, he told me not to worry about it and didn't charge me anything. I ended up contacting the previous HVAC technician, explaining what Edgar had found, and requested a refund for the motor. I then purchased the same motor that originally came with my system and installed it myself. Sure enough, the moment I installed it, the airflow improved immediately and the system started performing the way it should. Edgar was absolutely right. The second time I reached out, I was having an issue with my AC condensate pump and drain line. I wasn't able to get an immediate appointment because they were booked up, but the technician I spoke with was still incredibly helpful over the phone. He took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Following his advice, I disconnected the hoses and used my shop vac to clear out the drain line. It turned out the problem wasn't even the condensate pump at all. Once I cleared the line, everything started working properly again, saving me from replacing a part that didn't need to be replaced. Both experiences showed me that this company genuinely cares about helping people, not just selling repairs. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile. As someone who works in the trades myself, I really appreciate companies that operate with integrity. Edgar and his team have absolutely earned my business going forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy HVAC service.
