Keeping it simple. I questioned Josh the tech about checking something as simple as a styrofoam cover that insulated the condenser lines and he said they were checked out and fine because they only showed small cracks in it which was not true. It actually has a chunk missing. Definitely needed to be replaced. We ended up hiring someone else who said YES it needs to be replaced and shouldn't look like that. read more

The fan in our AC unit would intermittently shut off. After calling 3 other places, we decided to go with All Pro Air because they seemed to be the most capable and friendliest to work with. Josh was our technician. He came out ahead of the scheduled time, but they did call to make sure it was ok if they showed up early. Our A/C stopped working in this current heat wave and I called All Pro Air in the morning and they had someone out same day at 10am. The tech was named Josh Seal and he was very thorough and checked several things because of the high amps after he was able to turn the A/C back on. The coils were dirty so he cleaned them and fixed the problem and all for $59.00. This is an honest company and Josh is a very knowledgeable tech giving me lots of information on how to care for the unit. I am signing up for their yearly service program which maintenance both the A/C and the furnace. I would highly recommend this company and Josh. Our AC was not working. We had a repair company who came out and told us that there is an issue with the motherboard. It will cost around $1,500 to repair and trying to sell us a new unit.
