WOW! These guys go above and beyond. I purchased a new furnace through Lowe's and they contracted All Pro Air to deliver and install the unit. Brian was great when doing the estimate, he was efficient, and most importantly, not pushy. They called a few days later, asking when they could install and I asked if they could do it, "yesterday" because my house was freezing. They were actually able to schedule the install for the next day! Jeff is an amazing technician and the install itself just looks too cool for words. I don't think the estimate covered the new plenum and re-routing some of the vents, but it needed it and they didn't leave it as-is, they made it right and I absolutely appreciate that from a contractor. They're a bit pricey i had to fork $ 399 for a replacement of a transistor which i'm sure is not even $100. I have the service maintenance plan and have had nothing but good experience with AllPro Air each time they have come out. Today was no exception. The technician Dustin came out and found several problems and spent time doing very detailed repair and maintenance and also explained what he was doing and why it was necessary as well as what differences I would notice with the system operating correctly. This was a welcome extra touch as it is under a service contract and a lot of companies I believe would just try to get in and out as fast as possible. Had another excellent service experience today from AllPro Air. If I could give Dustin 10 stars I definitely would. This yearly service visit is what ALL services should be. Dustin completely took apart the outside unit, checked all parts to make sure they were good and thoroughly cleaned the entire unit. A part was bad, and Dustin had to reinstall it differently that it was originally. He did it professionally and replaced it securely and made it look good as well. Dustin's proficiency and knowledge was evident throughout every part of the visit. After completing the outside unit Dustin came inside and checked all the parts inside. This visit was only for the air conditioner, but I asked Dustin to just check out the heating parts. He took it apart, checked all the gas burners and even took a camera and checked inside the heater and blower. After the last visit when the owner came and made a bad visit a great experience, I told myself I would be using this company for all my air and heating needs. As a former employee turned customer, let me begin by saying All Pro Air is by far the best central cooling and heating system company in Southern California. Barry and Sheldon run their company with integrity and place customer service as their priority. Today, my friend and former colleague Tom responded to my residence and I purchased a 3 ton Daiken Fit system. Prior to my purchase, my wife had another company (Right Time Heating and air) respond to provide a quote. The experience was night and day. Right Times representative responded 90 minutes late, and the sales representative was completely unprepared and unprofessional. He subsequently quoted us a far inferior system to the Daiken system we purchased from All Pro Air at an extremely inflated price (21,500). This system included a 3 ton 16 seer single stage system. Once I heard the pricing, I completely ignored this guy. I knew for a fact he was trying to get over on us. To make matters worse he tried to offer a customer service guarantee on future diagnostic services should his system have issues. As a former HVAC Technician for All Pro Air, I have first hand experience where Right Time does not honor this guarantee. They push their customers off and when given the run around, those customers call All Pro Air to take care of Right Times obligations. In return, All Pro Air earns future customers and a positive reputation. Right Time is the Wrong Time. With All Pro Air I purchased my superior system, at a fraction of Right Times inflated price. Tom was excellent in doing everything he could to make our experience comfortable. He ensured all our needs were met and really looked out in our best interest. He was not pushy when presenting system options but allowed us to make our decision based on our comfort level and needs. With that said, it only made sense to purchase the system that common sense would say gave us the best bang for our buck. For the replacement of my gas furnace and AC unit, I called in three companies for a quote. Through Lowe's I had Mr. Tom Stanley from All-Pro-Air. Tom is not only a good salesperson but also a very knowledgeable person who tried very hard to find a solution that fits for us. His experiences and honesty gave me the confidence to choose the company for my HVAC project. For the installation, we had Chris and Travis, a two-person team from All-Pro-Air. I had contractors came to my house for other projects before, but I haven't seen a contractor like All-Air-pro. They had demonstrated their professionalism and care of every details in their jobs. The installation was done perfectly and met all my expectations. We moved our Condenser few feet to the corner of our garden. The crew built a conduct fixed to the wall to hide the electrical wires and the refrigerant pipe. I was worried about rain water getting into it from the end. I asked Chris if that could be a problem. He proposed me two options: one with foam, and another with a black elastic sealer tape, and explained to me the pros and cons. I was not able to decide which one would be the best. I asked Chris, what you would do if that were for your own house? He thought about it for a minute, then the prefect solution emerged: fill it first with the foam, and then seal the end with black sealer to hide the foam. It was nicely done. Doing a job to its perfection, I haven't seen an installer like Chris and Travis for as far as I can remember. After the installation, I got a follow-up call from Tom. He has been checking on the project all the way through. The last task - tests and certification has been scheduled for next week but I cannot wait for it to give to All-Pro-Air a 5/5 rating. I am sure the tests are going to be fine next Friday. read more

Justin initially came out for a service; I was having problems with the ac leaking. He was very knowledgeable and gave options based on costs. A month or so later the evaporator coil failed and needed replacement. Meanwhile I was dealing with my home warranty and had two quotes both priced high and including things I didn't need. I called AllPro air and they set up an appointment for a quote. Needless to say it was fixed the next day! The quote was very reasonable. Justin and Dustin came out to perform the replacement work.
