We got a quote also to see how much it would cost to move it inside the garage. Luckily, they gave us a very good price on a brand new unit inside my garage with PEX plumbing. So this past winter I wasn't worried about my water softener freezing because it was inside my garage protected from the elements. While they were working on that I asked them about a reverse osmosis water filtration system. They were able to replace my existing set up and I asked them to hook it up to my refrigerator as well. So I do not have to replace the refrigerator filter and I get reverse osmosis water chilled and ice! They call once a year to replace the filters and with labor it's just a little more than Amazon.

The salesman who came to our home arrived a little early which was great because we got to sit and talk with him which was a blessing, he is a very compassionate person and loves people. That was a huge plus with us knowing that he cared so much more than just making a sale, he was very genuine and respectable. We have had our system now about a year and we love it. I have been able to tell a difference in my hair, my skin and the taste if GREAT!! We save our glass juice jars and put our filtered water in them. We even have the system hooked up to our ice maker. From the moment he arrived, he kept pressuring me, saying I was going to buy something, that I had to sign something, that he'd been given a check, and he didn't do anything. He just came and left. He didn't even do the water test or anything else they told me they would do over the phone, let alone give me an estimate. When that finally happened, I felt very uncomfortable, and he basically told me, "I'm leaving if you're not going to buy anything." I hope their service improves.
