Sparkletts was great until Primo bought them. Now there's no customer service to speak of, delivery's are never on the day you're told. When the transfer happened from Sparkletts to Primo the account was wrong, we get biweekly deliveries, when I finally got them to call me by selecting that option when I called them, they tell me I'm on monthly service. We were completely out of water 4 days ago, on Monday when they called me they set my delivery for today, did the water get delivered? Nope and no call or acknowledgment of the error. read more

This is a poorly run business. Two days ago they missed their third biweekly delivery in a row. I tried to call to get some reasoning for the delay, but was placed on hold and gave up after 15 minutes. I've used the service for about three years and they had another period about a year ago where they missed two deliveries, meaning I went without water for over months. On this most recent series of missed deliveries, I called after the first missed delivery in late April and they said I would have the missed delivery on the next regularly scheduled delivery date of May 4. That day went by and after two weeks, I was hoping they would make the next schedule delivery on May 19, but it was also missed. It has been six weeks since my last delivery and no telling when my next one will arrive. They are going through their second acquisition over the past few years, with each one being more disruptive on deliveries. I plan to search for a more dependable provider, or do without a water delivery service. Review update: it just keeps getting worse. I went online today and my account now says my next delivery will be June 4, thereby missing the scheduled May 19 delivery by another two weeks and totaling three missed bi-weekly deliveries. I searched their site for a means to send correspondence directly to them since I could not get them on the phone, but the site is not very accommodating for communication. The chat directs you to preset choices that don't appear to allow for a narrative comment. I don't have an endless amount of time to keep searching for how you can direct comments to Primo Brands and am better off finding a more customer friendly provider. read more

Primo Brands/ Sparkletts water changed ownership or representation of some sort about 5-6 months ago. Since then the service has been horrific. They no longer text message that a delivery is coming, so you don't know when to leave the bottles out or leave a message about how many you need. They will leave one bottle and charge the $14 delivery no matter what. In June they started charging me for 2 dispensers even though I only have one. I just noticed it on my bill and now they have opened an investigation into the matter, rather than correcting their error. I have called several times noticeably upset and their best response is to pretend they can't hear me. I have now demanded they get their garbage out of my home and once again they pretend to not hear me. Ask for a manager and get shut down. I am an elderly man and don't deserve what they have done. I have been buying Mountain Valley water for years. Never had a delivery problem until Primo bought Mountain Valley Water. Now they are out of water or deliver half of what you order. You can only speak to a call center. Went two days trying to resolve a delivery problem. Nobody will call you back. They will not give you any information as to when they will have your water. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. You will spend hours to resolve your problem with no success. read more

As long as I've been getting water from Primo my driver has never had A/C. IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY KNOWLEDGE THAT ITS MORE THAN ONE DRIVER?! Even my sub driver seems to be as uncomfortable as my regular driver. The a/c will be "fixed" and two weeks later will be out and they'll leave it like that until the next year!! We're coming up to the summer months and drivers still don't have A/C? Disgusting! See Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act & DOT regulations require drivers to be comfortable. It is unreasonably careless to not fix a potentially hazardous condition when you have warning of it for over a year. Heatstroke, sunstroke, dehydration, excessive sweating, and other heat-related hazards can lead to severe illness or even death which will lead to severe vehicle accidents. Horrible company. They lie and will charge you more than three times the amount they quote you and then send you to collections when you place your account on hold-a hold they suggest instead of canceling. Like a lot of the reviews (check the other location), I signed up at Costco. I told the guy when we signed up that we don't need nor want five bottles a month. He said no problem, there is no minimum. Guess what gets delivered and charged for-five bottles. They told us to place empty bottles outside and they will he replaced. No bottles outside, no replacements, and no new charges. Simple, right? But that is not how it works. Don't leave empty bottles and they will still leave at least two new bottles and charge you double the price for them. "Security deposit," that is more than the bottle of water charge. Put your account on hold because you are drowning im bottles of water-get sent to collections. Thats right. You can't change the delivery schedule on line so you have to reach someone via phone Monday-Friday, which they never answer, and they suggested placing the account on hold instead of cancelling. I should have cancelled. I didnt cancel because we still have four unopened bottles that they wouldnt give me credit back for. So I asked if we could finish those bottles, then cancel, and have someone pick up the cooler-they said yes. When you schedule the cooler to be picked-up, it has to be on their schedule which is a weekday with an EIGHT HOUR WINDOW for arrival. Cant commit to that because you work to afford the luxury of bottled water-then you have to drive all the way here and deliverer it yourself. Once you get here, go ahead and carry it in yourself also. Because the girl slouching behind her computer desk tells you to. She doesn't say anyone will help you. To be fair, I'm sure the guy would have helped, but based on the emo girl who cant even sit up straight at work-who would have known. Don't do it. The delivery service just gets worse each year. The customer service department and the delivery department have issues with their communication. Customer service says one thing and nothing gets done with the delivery. So multiple attempts are made before something is done, which is a week later. This happens frequently which is frustrating and a waste of my time. Also, the outside of my bottles are always dirty. It's never appealing when I'm connecting my water dispenser to the water bottle. I have to wipe it down many times and sometimes there is grease or paint on them. I just find that unacceptable. Of course I complained but to the deaf ears. Think about this, if a company delivers a product that is dirty on the outside, wouldn't you think that they don't take proper care with everything else that you don't see? I switched from another service since Costco was providing a discount. But the service is so terrible it isn't worth the minimal savings. I had left-over bottles from the previous service and this company said they would certainly take them off my hands, but their delivery staff refused to collect them. I contacted the company to complain about this but for 3 straight deliveries I put them out and they were ignored. Then this week they didn't even bother to deliver the bottles to the porch. They left them in the middle of my driveway - in the blazing sun. Since they didn't make the effort to get to the porch, they ignored the empties awaiting pickup. One of the 3 bottles has significantly less in it than the others, so I am going to toss it and go find a company that provides the service we pay for. read more

I called several times during the day and was told they were in route until the last time when they said it was rescheduled for the following day. We signed up for their service through Costco. I set an appointment for 3:30, left work early, got my child early and waited for delivery. They didn't show. Somehow there was a miscommunication but they IMMEDIATELY handled it. Turns out a guy (that wasn't even that route driver) came and delivered. In and out in 20 minutes. Customer service promises you the moon but no one ever follows through. They don't care if you have a medical condition and need distilled water. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I signed up for Sparkletts through Costco and was very excited to try a water delivery service. I was scheduled to get my 2, 5 gallon water jugs and water dispenser on June 21. The day came and went and I received nothing. That evening a representative called me and asked me if I would like to schedule a drop off for that Monday, June 24. I said yes. Monday came and went and not even a phone this time. I called Tuesday morning. The representative on the phone said I was on the route for delivery for that day. 5:00 came and now it is considered a missed delivery. I called Sparkletts again and they promised me to get me on the route for the next day. Wednesday, June 26th comes, I called Sparkletts in the morning to verify that I was on the route. They said yes. 5:00 comes and now it's a missed delivery, AGAIN! I called them again that afternoon to complain they promised me to put me on the route for Thursday. Thursday, June 27th comes. I called in the morning to verify I was on the route. They said yes. 5:00 comes, it is now a missed delivery. Thursday afternoon I call to threaten to cancel service. The representative asked if there was anything they could do to keep me on. I told her to guarantee that I get my delivery Friday first thing in the morning. She said okay and that she would have the driver give me a call with an ETA on Friday. Friday at 7:45 am. I received a call from the driver telling me that he has me on the route but if he can't get to me today he promises to get to me on Saturday. Frustrated at this point, I said okay. Of course it was a missed delivery so I called Sparkletts even though I spoke with the driver and he assured me that no later than Saturday I would receive my products. But at this point the only relationship I have with Sparkletts is one of mistrust as they have failed to keep their promises every single time. So at 5:00 that Friday, I called to speak with a manager. She assured me that the situation would be handled, she would get down to the problem, very apologetic, and said she would have the driver call me Saturday with an eta. Saturday morning comes I call Sparkletts to certify I'm on the route, they said yes and would have someone call me with an eta. Nobody every called me. 5:00 Saturday June 29th comes and goes and nothing! I had to wait until today, Monday July 1 to speak with the manager. I just canceled my service. Of course they were sorry, I'm not buying it. They have apologized so many times it's no longer feels sincere, it's now just a habit for them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I have HAD IT with this "company" We were receiving too much water. I called in JANUARY to stop delivery. Since then, I have called 5 times to have bottles removed from my porch that are now covered in dust because they have been there so long. I have been promised call backs from the branch manager, the regional manager, etc. Nobody has contacted me. Beginning shortly after Harvey, Sparkletts began charging us for 3 water dispensers when we only had one. The delivery driver agreed we only had one dispenser. When customer service called the local office and told them this, they came back and lied, saying the driver denied we only had one. After multiple calls for them to correct the billings, I told them to cancel the service and credit the account for the correct number of dispensers. No credit was forthcoming. Funny that they never wanted to come back and get the other two dispensers they claimed we had or charge us the full price for them. Instead they turned us into collections. We had this Sparklttes water for over a year through Costco and it was horrible scam billing method to us . They added together two payments we already paid and created new bills for us , although we didn't order any bottle water yet ! For over a year they were doing the same thing over and over again looks like we never completed the old payment , we were so confused about exactly what they were doing until in January 2021 we had to pay $181 for 1 month ( we got 5 to 7 bottles a month ) and we were paying every single month so how this payment came from, then we realized how they did it . Sadly, this company has issues. Read the reviews. I should have done that before I called them. The customer service girls are very kind and helpful when you call but unfortunately they don't run or manage the business. I called them and set up service with them a week ago. I ordered a hot and cold dispenser and a hot and cold dispenser with a coffee machine built into it. They delivered the units this morning and our HR Department went berserk. The units are used and dirty and haven't even been cleaned up. They were not in a box, nor were they covered in any way to prevent dirt and debris from getting in them. I don't know if Sparkletts has heard or not, but there is a deadly virus in the world right now and I have no idea where these machines have been or who has been using them. I called them to cancel the account and pick up their equipment and water. This is a lost sale for Sparkletts and a good "pay on time" customer. I would suggest that Sparkletts take a closer look at their distributors and ensure that they are worthy to represent them These are difficult times indeed with the COVID-19 Virus spreading throughout the world and killing people, and Sparkletts delivering these used machines in bad condition to my office is a liability on them. Perhaps it would be better to look for an alternative to Sparkletts. We have had Sparkletts delivery for close to 5 years now. There have been many spurts of failed deliveries . This last one was it for us. We received a defective water bottled that leadked all over our floors while we were gone on vacation. The following week at our regular delivery time, we never received our water. Been waiting for over 7 whole days now to receive our delivery. We've been going out and purchasing water from our local grocery store in the meantime. I've talked to 4 different reps and 3 different managers and "0" action has taken place. One of the managers told me their system shows our water was delivered on the normal date and my card had already been charged to pay for that 'phantom' delivery. Our 3 empty bottles are STILL sitting outside our house. I received promises to deliver as well as promises that the route manager would be calling me. Never happened. I called one final time to demand a refund from the failed last delivery and for the bottle that leaked while we were on vacation. Account CLOSED! Sales guys set up accounts on false pretense. As long as they get the sale (commission) they don't care. It all leads to poor management, including upper management. During Harvey they refused to provide water to the military people who were down the road from them who were helping us Houstonians and surrounding areas. Upper management made comments that instead of giving away water, they will go out there and capitalize on the fact that people need water. The entire facility is dirty and nasty. I've done business with this company for more than 20 years. For years, I've ordered delivery for 5- gal fluoridated water. Since August of '16, They've become absolutely horrible. They keep sending me crystal fresh spring water and charging me $4.00 more per bottle. I've called to straighten this out with them several times over the last 3 months. The hold times are unreal. They acknowledge that my order is supposed to be for $5.99 fluoridated water bottles, that they've fixed it, would remove the involuntary charges from my account, yet the same thing keeps happening and no credit to my account. Now, they are sending me overdue notices to pay for this upgraded water that I repeatedly told them I didn't want. The overcharges now exceed $60. I paid them what I owed them had the right waters been delivered but have yet to see the payment post to my account. I've started delivery with Ozarka and will close my Sparketts account as soon as I confirm Ozarka is not as bad. If any of you dissatisfied people would like to sign a petition and seek a class action suit or file a complaint with the attorney general and/or Federal Trade Commission, let me know. read more
