Quality was terrible. They did not value me as a customer and refused to refund me money owed to me after I cancelled service with them. They ignored my attempts to contact them in reference to refund they acknowledged. Do not use them at all costs!!!!They raise their prices on you. They are not a reputable company. We have been with Sparklett for many many years, and now it seems that the service through Primo is a joke. Since it took over, our bill has way over priced from what our bill with Sparklett was. I will be finding another water company and not Primo. A first bill I got from them was $155... 3 bottles of 5 gallon and $13.98 delivery fee. I can buy bottles and go to the store to fill for a lot less. i called Primo and they made a mistake. Now last month another wrong billing. We too had Sparklets, but they changed to Primo - I emailed them this as well. We were made aware of the merger and the resulting operational issues some time ago, but frankly, we did not anticipate that it would take this long to resolve something as basic as ensuring consistent water delivery. Our brand of bottled water has apparently been discontinued at the warehouse we receive shipments from -- a detail that took four weeks, several hours on the phone, and multiple customer service agents to uncover. We have not had a water delivery since April 11, 2025, yet we continue to be charged our monthly rental fee for the cooler -- which we've had no use for. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Below is a summary of my recent attempts to resolve this issue: May 28, 2025 - I spoke with Patrick after waiting over an hour. He guaranteed a delivery the next day and offered to waive two months of delivery fees. He also promised a supervisor would contact me -- that never happened. (Case #61419945) May 29, 2025 - After confirming the delivery never arrived, I called again and spoke to Bove, who again promised a delivery and offered two free bottles. I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. I was eventually transferred to TJ after over an hour on hold. She finally revealed that our water had been discontinued from the warehouse. That was the first honest and informative conversation I had -- after speaking to two agents who made baseless promises with no understanding of the actual issue. TJ suggested switching us to Ozarka and assured me the pricing would remain the same. She also waived the delivery fee and confirmed that a rush delivery was scheduled for today, May 30. Yet again, this morning, I checked our account only to find our delivery rescheduled to Monday, June 2. At this point, this is no longer about bottled water -- it's about integrity, communication, and accountability. I've spent more than four hours on the phone, been given contradictory and misleading information, and witnessed how little follow-through your company currently has. We have two locations with your company -- one of which has had no issues because it's served by a different warehouse. That fact alone shows that this is a solvable problem. I am asking for the following: Immediate confirmation that our water delivery will arrive no later than today. Written confirmation of the waived charges as promised by Patrick, Bove and TJ. Contact from a senior manager or account representative before 1:00 PM CST today to formally address and resolve this issue. If I do not receive a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX by 1:00 PM today, I will begin the process of transitioning both of our accounts to a provider who values consistency and service -- even at a higher cost. Placed a service call on Sunday April 13, 2025, called Tuesday as I never heard back on when they would either repair or replace my water cooler and was told it was scheduled due Wednesday the 16th between 2pm & 5pm. Still did nott receive a confirmation or any other communication. I received an email after 1pm stating my delivery was complete but no replacement or repair. I did a chat with customer service with no resolution so I called them directly. Still did not receive anything other than "it was rescheduled for Friday but no other notes in your account to state why the delay and why there was no communications at all". Customer service sucks, company sucks! I even stopped getting notification reminders of my upcoming deliveries. Would NOT recommend. I'm not a customer, but Primo (Sparklettes) delivered 6-5 gallon jugs and put them on my handicap ramp twice. They never came to get them and had to get the neighbor to move them. Was on the phone for 4 hrs trying to get them to get their order that was someone else's order. Avoid at all costs. Signed up and received initial delivery of 5 - 5 gallon bottles. Charged me for the water and the bottles. Then disappeared for 5 weeks. Showed up yesterday. Since Sparkletts turned into Primo Water delivery it has turned into a nightmare. The new website and phone number are not reachable. They deliver water without your consent and you are NOT able to cancel the service. I have already reported them to Better Business Service and the Department of Consumer Affair. I had to call my bank and cancell the account since I was not able to cancell directly with Primo. read more

Saturday, February 17th I just ordered the Primo/Sparkletts system on February 17th the App showed that the first delivery date would be on Friday 23rd and there was a Free $50 account credit that isn't shown anywhere on the account website or app. But they certainly charged me $50 on the 17th. I was a bit confused about this. Friday, February 23rd 6pm CST There was No delivery made on the 23rd so called to see what happened, the representative that I spoke with told me that the delivery had been changed to Monday the 26th, but she had no explanation as to why it was changed. Which made no sense to me,So, I decided to ask her why was I charged $50 dollars? she said that was a holding fee and that it would return to my credit card after the first delivery was complete. Monday,February 26th So Monday rolls around and 5:30 pm hits and there still hasn't been a DELIVERY. So, I looked on the MyWater+ app, and guess what? the date of delivery has been changed again to Tuesday 27th. WOW Again, without so much as a call, an email, or sending a Bat signal, nothing!!! So you mean to tell me that I sat here all day waiting for NOTHING!! I called again, and this Rep told me (with an attitude! Like interrupted her evening) "Um it takes five business days to get within a delivery route, so the 27th would be the day that you would receive your delivery" , I was pissed at this point because where does it say that and why is it not explained or mentioned at any point when ordering the service. And HOW TF was I supposed to know that? She was frustrated with my questions and started talking over me and being argumentative with me so I asked to speak with someone who could explain the services, so that I could have a better understanding of what to expect from the Company, Because at this point it seems to me that every Rep is making up their Own Exccuse just to temporarily satisfy the consumer. She said there wasn't anyone, but then said she would e-mail corporate! I call BS! So, here it is Tuesday, February 27th at 6 pm and I still haven't received the delivery, still no a call, email, text, or a Bat signal. I'm going to call them again and see what malarky they tell me tonight. They have yet to get back to me and left out my iced coffee (and a bag of cups) again. I can't give less than 1 star, but no stars are deserved. Horrible customer service, you'll be on hold between 30 and 50 minutes to talk to a representative as a current customer. Delivery drivers won't show up to replace equipment that was delivered broken, nor will they call. Any requests for them to make it right will take at a minimum 2 days, no matter what time of the day you finally get in touch with a representative. Update: Two no-shows with no phone calls for follow up service on equipment. Then on second water delivery we didn't even get the correct number of bottles, even though I can see the correct number online that was supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life, Do not even get involved with having them deliver water to you you will be very disappointed. They have one driver for the Pearland houston, Texas area who is extremely lazy, he never shows up as scheduled and you are forced to bring your bottles in and out of your house. The driver likes to go home early and you are left with no water. His wife must call him or mauve he goes fishing? Not sure but never actually delivers. Their billing is atrocious and the bill your credit card whatever they feel like and you have to fight and sit on the phone numerous times to reconcile. The driver is spiteful and gives me bottles that leak intentionally and I have water all over my floor. He lies about how many empty bottles he picks up and I have to take pictures to get my due credit. I should have researched and saw why they have a 1.5 star rating!! Trash company. We have been with them for a long time. Average service, no complaints, but communication is nonexistent. They change and move delivery dates with no alert. So, your bottles sit out for no reason or are not out when they decide to stop. The most recent lack of communication caused us to change services. Our card has been on file for years, we AutoPay. We recently had to get new cards which changed the expiration date. When you are on AUTOPAY you forget all the people that need it. We didn't update it, our fault. Rather than a courtesy call, text or email, they suspend our account and the truck drives right on by as I stood there holding the bottles for the driver. So, I go in and check to see what's up and get a nasty huge note on the front of my account "Suspended". I paid it immediately and put the card back on file with the new expiration. We got missed again... my wife calls and they say because of the card we used being a bank card they have to hold it for seven days. I know nobody cares but me, but customers should be earned, we all have many choices. I don't like to give a business 1 star and not say why. Update: Trying to cancel service. Can't do it online, tried calling and they told me I have to do it from my wife's phone because it is the one registered. Can t remove card on file. This place has no clue what customer service is. We have been out of water for A WEEK! Where the hell is our water?!?! In 2019, the service was consistent and reliable, and the delivery guy knew our routine needs: always make sure there's three bottles. One on the machine, two on the floor. Replace the mini bottle packs as needed. Never had a problem for ten years. But for the last several weeks we have had nothing but problems. Our delivery date mysteriously changed, WITHOUT NOTICE, from Thursdays to Tuesdays. Of course, when you call the customer service line, they only see that it's set for Tuesdays and don't really care because it's not their problem. We pay for two 24 packs of mini bottles, and didn't get any but ONE of them until we'd called and complained every day for three days. And the lady tells us that "sometimes the delivery truck runs out of supply, but they'll always come back with the rest!" No. No they do NOT. We had to fight and raise a stink before the new delivery guy just brought us the two packs on the order, never mind all the ones he'd stiffed us. NO OFFER OF MONEY BACK. NO REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. ZILCH. And it gets better. The first big delivery of January and not only does he only bring us one package of mini bottles, but just a single 5 gallon bottle of water. He takes all of our empties but doesn't replace any of them. Doesn't ask us how many we need. Doesn't update any orders. Just drops one bottle and runs out of the office like his pants are on fire before we can even tell him we need more than that. That was December. That was the last time ANYONE has brought us water. They were scheduled to come on January 7, but nobody ever came, which is when we found out the date had moved from Thursdays to Tuesdays. We called customer service (do they actually help anyone?) and we asked where the water was. She said "Oh, it's scheduled for Tuesday, so it'll be there sometime on Tuesday!" So helpful. Guess what, they never came. Next week rolls around, and the whole office is out of water. We're completely out of 5 gallon bottles and running out of mini bottles. Customer services PROMISES that the delivery guy is coming this Tuesday. Never shows up on Tuesday, office blames the truck breaking down. We get an email saying that they'll be there on Wednesday morning before 10! And that was another lie. Nobody came at all. Called customer service AGAIN and they said "Oh, they'll be there before 5!" My bosses stayed until 7 and NOBODY CALLED, NOBODY CAME. It is now Thursday the 16. We have been completely out of water for over a week. Customer service has offered to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The most they say is they will send a text to the technician and that they're "on the way!" We pay over $30 a month for nothing, apparently. Customer Service for Sparkletts has been absolutely worthless. They're wasting our time and money and have offered absolutely ZERO retribution for it. THEY ARE A SCAM. Better choice is just to rent the tank at Walmart and refill the 5 gallon jugs yourself if you can. My family have water delivery service with sparklett since 2015. The service is not bad. The only problem we have is they love to delivery water to my neighbor who lives across a street at first year. The problem was resolved since my family moved to an apt in 2016. After two years, we asked sparklett stop delivery water to us at May 2017 because we will move out in July 2017. Since we stop the water delivery, the driver did not come to our unit in 4th floor to pick up the empty bottles. Even he is delivery bottles to my apt' first floor gym every other week. After seven phone calls between May 25th and July 2nd, the Houston Region manager canceled our account, and told us sparklett cannot sand any driver to pick up five empty bottles because we do not order any new water! He also said this is not their problem, they will not refund the bottles deposit, the account has been canceled, and we cannot keep calling them to ask a diver to pick up the bottles. We can not login the our account since July 19th. In the end, my family received a bill from sparklett which ask us to pay 82 dollars at January 2018 because sparklett said they ware delivery water to my old apt between July 2017 to January 2018. This is impassable because apt at Houston has very strict regulations which does not allow anyone left 10 battles of water at the hallway in six months. Worst company ever! I'm a long standing Sparkletts customer and they're customer service has steadily gone down hill. It is absolutely horrible now. I've got a rented water cooler that hasn't worked in 3 weeks and I finally got through to them after calling 6 times and waiting over 40 mins! I was told I'd get a new cooler today and now nothing! Waited all day and now it says on my online account that my delivery will be next week. I'm just done with them. Buyer beware! Terrible, terrible company to deal with!
