I have a Reverse Osmosis system in my residence, as well as my office, and anytime I call for service they are there the very next day. Great customer service and the water taste great. Highly recommend this company. They also do my private label sports bottles for my company. Great work.

DO NOT USE PURA FLO FOR BOTTLED WATER DELIVERY! They will promise to refund your bottle deposits…read morebut never actually do it. When you try to cancel, they will purposely deliver 2 new bottles, claiming they could not cancel in time despite having sufficient notice, then claim they are short drivers so they cannot pick up your bottles until 2 wks later. Then they will charge your card on file without authorization or notice, then mail you a bill. When you bring this to their attention, they claim they will issue a refund but do not go through with it. They will refuse to refund your bottle deposits despite repeated inquiries and/or demands. They will lie to you that they are going to issue the refund to discourage you from filing fraudulent business practice claims with the appropriate agencies or post negative reviews. When you inquire as to when the refund will be issued, they will suddenly stop responding. On top of all that, their water tastes like tap or worse. Take it from a former customer, save yourself the headache. Don't sign up with them unless you like being ripped off. We went thru all of the above and had to file a dispute with our credit card company. As of this review, we are still waiting on the refund of our money. Lastly, if you end up with the rep named Claudia, don't believe a word she says. If you need proof, I have plenty of emails, just ask.

I was awaiting a much needed delivery today only to discover it was marked as "skipped". No one else delivers glass 5 gallon bottles so this bs monopoly company is literally the only option.

It started fine, got the delivery and the first month discount as expected. The second delivery, they just decided not to do it. no notification, no nothing. I just checked online and the website only said "next delivery Dec 02" which is a week after it was supposed to be delivered. The second problem is that the sign up process clearly says "free delivery" but then on the scheduled Dec 2 delivery, there is a $13.99 delivery charge. Huh, wait, how? Now that I look closer there is a pop up button that says, get this: "your delivery costs may vary depending on if there is a truck in your area". REALLY? So randomly, I might get charged $14 delivery or it might be free like you indicated when I signed up? It also says to choose a different date, but doesn't tell me what dates are free vs $14 delivery. Support has no phone number to call. Initial web support is only an AI bot that gives super generic answers. If you ask the bot to talk to a representative, you'll get one, who barely knows anything about what's happening and offer several incorrect solutions to the problem as if they don't really understand what I'm saying. Emails say you'll get a response in a few days. Gee thanks. No thanks. The 1 star reviews are generous. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Canceled my subscription and I'll look for someone, anyone, else that can deliver 5 Gal bottles of water to my area. ReadyRefresh is not ready for prime time.

Pretty terrible at best. A scam at worst…read more Their new "boxed" water is AWFUL in every way imaginable. Not only does it taste bad, but the loading of their new "boxed" water into the Cooler is a frustrating effort in UTTER futility. (Even the tape that is meant to keep the boxes together is flimsy, so you have to sometimes FIRST secure the boxes with your own tape BEFORE even attempting to load them). In fact, there are actually numerous VIDEO 'tutorials' online meant to walk you through the loading a box of Gladden water into one of their coolers in which they try to make it look easier than it is - - - which in itself should set off all kinds of RED FLAGS as to WHY one would need an instructional video to do something that SHOULD BE as SIMPLE as loading a cooler!!! Don't even get me started on their customer service, who, while well-trained to keep you going around in circles, is unimaginably inefficient in terms of actually actioning anything for you, the customer. Our experience with Gladden has been nothing short of a bad comedy film. Due to the bad taste and difficulty/awkwardness of loading the Cooler, we used much less than the three boxes we had requested upon first ordering, and had around 8 boxes of unused water we paid out of the ear for, stacked up in the corner by the front door. (THINK ABOUT THAT - we had water we would not use). As per their Terms & Conditions, we requested for the service to be "suspended" for two months, but they CONTINUED billing outrageous amounts ($50-ish each month for three more months) and delivered THREE more 5-gallon boxes, AGAIN, even AFTER contacting them by phone and by text (they prefer text) to request that the service be suspended. In their responses, they did not address the fact that they did not adhere to the suspensions we time and time again requested, but rather, they kept bringing up the Cooler rental. In short, they bombard you with water you do not need, did not request or requested that they stop, then try to tell you they will continue to charge for the cooler rental WHICH you NEED because of their so-called "new" TERRIBLE boxed-water design AND for "plan fees". IT IS a SCAM - but remember - YOU did not sign anything. Cancel your bank card ASAP at the first inkling of trouble if you decide, against my review and better judgement, to go with them!!! You'll thank me.

I set up water delivery service for my office in Houston. One of the very first things we…read morediscussed is that my office requires you to walk up a flight of stairs and there is not an elevator in the building. They went approved the account with this knowledge and delivered our machine and first 8 cases of water. Fast forward to our second delivery of water and I was told they would not bring the water to my office. They would drop it off at the front door and that's it. I called corporate and was told that was their policy and their driver would not carry the water up the stairs. On top of that, the delivery came out of the drivers SUV. This is not a professional water delivery company by any stretch of the imagination. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.
