After contacting a few other service providers, I called Greywater. After speaking with Pete, who made me feel comfortable in the process of caring for a septic system, we scheduled our first appointment after move in. After about a month of being in our home, I called Pete to say, I dont think we can afford living here. I am putting a gallon of bleach in each day. He explained the system has a reservoir and I only had to do so, once or twice a month. That was a relief. Another time, we were out of the country and our neighbor called to say the alarm went off. I called Pete and he came out to check on the system, but felt it was weather related. It was. Pete has always come out on time, without me having to call to schedule. This to me, is how a successful business is made. Greywater and Pete are reliable and referral worthy. In general, I also find Pete to be an extremely polite individual, as well as a very knowledgeable service provider. I have cameras. No call, no knock, no follow up, just a driveby peek and silence. I called him to follow up and he proceeded to blame the problem on me and tell me that hes doing me a favor by agreeing to come out some time next week, that it was my fault it was broken. Cecil, I hope you see this. The way you talked to me on the phone was rude, unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and your quality of work shows that off.

James saves the day!…read more On a Sunday (of course), our water heater decided to spring a leak. A BAD leak, as water was gushing out of the safety drain pipe onto our driveway. We shut off the water and realized that we needed help. Quick. Especially since even after shutting off the water and releasing the pressure on a dedicated hot water line in a sink, the water still kept coming. Called James, left a message with his answering service. He called me back in about 20 minutes! Unfortunately, though, he didn't have a water heater on hand on this particular Sunday, but he promised to be at our house by 8 AM on Monday morning. At 7:50 AM on Monday, James is here. Thank goodness! Not a quick job, since he had to replace not only the water heater, but a seal on the shut-off valve was defective and a seal on the hot water line wasn't working, either. He took care of everything - and I mean everything - expertly and efficiently. Hot water back up and running! Now, here's the unbelievable part: James had quoted us a cost for replacement of this water heater back in October of last year. He told us that the quote was good for 90 days. Obviously the 90 days was long gone, but James honored that quote and charged us the exact amount that he said he would back in October - not a nickel more. Wow! Highly recommend this local business.
