Organized clean and staff is polite! Very happy! Got one item but enjoy browsing and it was all very organized

No changing room apparently all goodwill around the Houston area are removing changing rooms. If goodwill cared about the customers they would have hired someone to manage the changing rooms instead of publishing those of us that want to see if the clothes look good. Any excuse is not useful for removing the changing rooms instead of hiring someone to manage them like Walmart, Ross and Marshalls do. Extremely disappointed especially since the return policy isn't getting your money back it's only store credit. read more

This location is very organized! Always have great products! Nothing is overpriced! My shopping experience has always been great at this location. Even when I make donations it's a smooth process. The last cashier that handled my purchases was a kind young man. We laughed and my shopping experience was amazing. Thanks to Robert the cashier I will be returning to this store. read more

These high star reviews got me thinkin' that I need to give this Goodwill another try. Nonetheless, 3 stars it is for now. I came here on a Saturday afternoon looking forward to scoring some treasure and nope. I will say though, I was happy to spot a pair of tall jeans on the rack, which is a beautiful rarity when thrifting. There's hope tall ladies, there is hope! Though it was really organized, and clean, I didn't find much else otherwise. Maybe all y'all went and swooped it up before I got there. The staff was friendly. I have shopped at Goodwill stores for years and all over Houston, never have I had so much BS from rude staff before. Ive bought dvds here that were different movies then the case in or some no dvd disc even in it. My fault for not checking ( although i feel they should when putting them on floor) i recently purchased a lamp shad along w clothing items and when i purchased the shade i SPECIFICALLY ASKED if it didnt look right could i exchange it and was told YES! Well today I went in to return 2 clothing items and the shade. The shade i was told they dont do exchanges on those items. And then they returned the shirt but the jeans they wouldnt. The reason ing was the paper tag w size was missing. Although as the employee pointed out himself their sign sys clothing w ORIGINAL RECEIPT! AND COLOR TAG ATTACHED. THE COLOR TAG WAS THERE. AND I DIDNT THINK ABOUTI AT THAT MOMENT BUT THE SHIRT WAS EXACT SAME WAY AND THEY TOOK IT NO ISSUES....what a bunch if BS. Wont ever come back to this location read more

So for a company that gets there entire inventory for free. They sure like to upsale everything. This seem to recently change. There prices have gone up at this location are seriously couple dollars from original price or same price someone selling online. Not what it's been sold for what they asking for. There stuff animals are up to 5 dollars. Worn out shoes expect to see prices at 20 dollars. Even kids shoes lol just saw and old beat up pair of converse 18 dollars lol. Something fishy happening at this location also someone please tow the manager black jeep. They take 4 spot in the front of the store. I go there once a week and it's always park in the front row taking up 2-4 stop. We get it u just bought it they need to learn to park. read more

My son and I tried to donate a truck full of furniture. A young man and an older gentlemen came out to assist us. I asked the young man for a receipt and he handed it me and said nothing. When I turned around I saw my son was having to move the furniture himself. I went into the store and purchased some merchandise. When I returned to our truck I noticed the bed of the truck was still full of furniture. They told my son he has to move the furniture into the building himself! What were they there for? I will never donate or buy anything to Goodwill again. read more

Last time i visited this location was about 6 months ago, I swore I would never return! I happened to be eating lunch at the hartz in the same shopping center today and decided " what the heck, i might as well see whats there while I am right here" I am sure glad I did! Completely different experience than my previous visit. Store was clean, staff was friendly, especially the store manager. He was very helpful and quite a salesman. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because although i ended up spending almost $60, it does seem a bit bare especially on the clothes, I made that commemt to the manager and he assured me next visit would be better selection read more

My husband and I always go here to donate stuff, they are super friendly and help with everything you need to do for a smooth "transaction". After the donation is done we go to the store and this is a good one, I saw some skirts and dresses Banana Republic also some Tommy Hilfiger, Ann Taylor, etc. sadly not my size but I can tell they have a nice selection. The store is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. read more

This is a solid goodwill. They do have a decent amount of selection. Always find something to buy here. Pretty clean too.
