I do find good deals occasionally, but the issue I have with the store is their policy of not selling you an item if the price has been removed. I have found many items without their price tags. I was shopping with my grandchild who wanted a doll, they refused to sell it, which broke a 3 year olds heart. It would not have been difficult to get it priced or to simply grab another similar doll and sell for the same price. The store was not busy and I was the only one in line. Makes no sense when you have a customer who wants the item and they refuse to sell it. They are donated items, talk about greedy. read more

Well it's a nice place to be look around shop. Some Hispanic ladies steal the merchandise , I know I've seen them . But they are not taking from me. But its a nice place to buy . Store video speaks for itself. The bad part is that the ladies that work there block the aisle with their cart full of clothes and they see the customer but won't move at all how sad. This was a super efficient process. Ask for help from staff and they are super nice and bilingual. Things are well marked and placed throughout the store. The glassware is spread out, yet to the most part together. Everything is well organized. Staff makes sure to straighten items if they are moved by customers. Checkout process is self checkout and there is an employee willing to help if you need it. read more

Very clean super organized & cheap with daily deals! The selection is amazing there's always new quality items on the racks & shelfs . the service is also amazing although the line can get long sometimes the employees move at extremely fast pace & have no problem helping you with the prices & items ! I definitely recommend this thrift store for young adults and kids ! My daughter wanted to go thrifting this year for school clothes to create certain looks so we thought we give this store a try. It's a pretty big store but it's not very organized. The labels for example like " jackets, short sleeves, or jeans" or very small. The store is very full of items but the items are not the best. There is not really a section for all ages. Unless you're a kid. The workers don't speak to you at all. There is no greeting upon entering or leaving. While looking at a few items a few workers were rolling items on carts but they seem bothered by customers in the way. It wasn't a very friendly environment. They have deals of the day but there is no way of knowing what color tags are having a deal. The color tags on clothing aren't visible either. I tried to see if it was displayed anywhere else but we just gave up and went elsewhere. The parking lot is open and somewhat vacant in some spots. Don't get me wrong...I still love this place but it is rather unorganized and it's gotten really expensive! It makes sense to go sometime during the week to try to get some discounts. The have a senior day which my mom is more inclined to go to. The selection is pretty great and you'll mostly always get a smiling face. They play some pretty cool music too! read more

I've been to a lot of Texas Thrifts (in Houston and SA) and I mainly buy thrifted items, so I'm prepared to travel. BUT BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THIS STORE IS SO OVERPRICED!!!! So many clothing items over $10.99 that were not even worth that! (Target and Walmart clothes especially). It literally made me mad lol. I found an old beat up rug for $100!!!!!!! WTH I will say that there is a large selection and they carry larger sizes, which is always nice to see. There is a lot to look at but this store is way too overpriced for me and I will never come back. The service is okay. This was my go to thrift store however I will not be shopping there again. I'm not sure if it's new ownership or management but the store has changed a lot. On my last few visits the AC in the back of the store didn't work and they installed giant fans on the ceiling vs getting it repaired. Also the workers that sort clothes blast Tejano music. It's so loud you can hear it over the music playing on the store speakers. It's very off putting and unprofessional. On my most recent visit I see the signs have changed along with store policies. Huge store been here handful or less since I live in cypress and Omg their prices have gone up!! They have old clothes and shoes nothing to really brag about! I've seen better at GW and prices even better than here! Jesus! If you shop for sale tags "Color" maybe be decent price but really Walmart jeans prices at $13.99 worn used?? Come on! This is great place to shop. They have great Home interior prices nice selection of clean clothing. Children clothing, some furniture and electronics. They have recently underwent a change. They changed the order of the check out. Also, they changed their discount days now they have three discount colors each day. Although some of their prices are high. If you shop the color of the day, you can find some bargains. They do play a lot of Mexican music which sometimes I would rather they would mix it with American music. after all they are in America. read more

they put in self checkouts but you have to have a worker stand there and ring everything up but then you have to do the rest of it yourself and there's one worker working all the self checkouts. their employees are rude and their prices are ridiculous all of the shoes, purses, jeans, and jackets are at least $20. read more

They have a lot of stuff there with some good finds but the prices are definitely higher than most places. Found a couple men's hoodies for $15. The staff, in my experience, are nice. For some reason they will not sell you something if there is no price tag. At another thrift store down 1960 past 249 if something doesn't have a tag, they will ask a supervisor for a price to sell it for. I don't understand why they can't do the same here instead of flat out refusing to sell the item. So far this has happened with a nice pair of Adidas and a lunch box I wanted to purchase. Finally, their bathroom is SO DISGUSTING. That is not an overreaction. It's awful. I went once in there because the family dollar next door does not allow public use of the bathroom ("thanks to the crackheads" as the cashier said). It didn't come to mind to take a picture of the place but trust me, some gas station bathrooms are nicer than that dump. Overall, this thrift store is not my first choice. There are plenty of better ones out there. read more

I am a longtime thrifter at Texas thrift as well as goodwill, Salvation Army etc. Due to COVID the fitting rooms are not available and thus the employee told me you can return items if they don't fit. I did so and received "store credit" written on my receipt, and was told nothing else, it was a relatively easy and nice experience. I come in days later to use my store credit and get told that there is no such thing as store credit and only exchanges the day of the return. I was not told this by any employee including the girl that took back my items. I then stay there to argue with the manager for two hours about my void store credit, as she questions if I ever returned the items in the first place. She checked the cameras twice for 30+mins each time, and I was able to provide the time and date I was there with old texts I had sent, and a dated photo of the "store credit receipt" I took right after I left. She said she was not able to see me on the 7+ cameras and that "no one came in that day to return". She said two managers were working that day and have no idea what I am talking about... and her employees are not trained to write on receipts like that. So you are telling me you took back my items and my money, and am saying that I lied. I would not lie about $37 store credit, argue for two hours, write this Yelp review, if I were not telling the truth. My dad came in and argued and they eventually settled the argument, giving me back half of the credit. Just to prove that I am not lying, I never went back to use this half credit, and will never shop there again. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.
