Whoever is doing the pricing at this location is out of their gourd. I've gone here on two separate occasions the first time they were selling a used grill for more than a new one. The second time they were trying to sell a lightly shat chair for 40$. These guys need to remember they get the stuff for FREE and who their target demographic is. Just absolutely absurd. This store was awesome a while ago, problem now is whoever is pricing things. Went in there and there was a box full of ugly dolls and one of the employees "pink hair" said they are looking up items and pricing them that way because they were "expensive online". It's goodwill and we all know you might find some hidden gems for a few dollars and maybe even sometime make a profit if you resale something. Apparently now they have decided they will be pricing things accordingly to online. That sucks because the entire reason goodwill is there is to help the community and have affordable items. It's DONATED items and you shouldn't be trying to make a "huge" profit on the community. Not worth stopping at this store, drive up to the stores in Conroe or Willis items are still reasonably priced. read more

I absolutely love this store. Good huge selection , but this week the color of the week wasn't diaplayed. The last few times I've been in, I've been made to feel so uncomfortable by one of the women working the registers. I'm not sure of her name but she is a black lady with a very short haircut. Now, I spend a close to 100 twice a week in this store. When it gets 8:30 she begins getting on the speaker and announcing the store and register closing in 30 minutes . She repwats this every 5 minutes. Last week, I was making my way to the front and stopped to look at a shirt and 15 till closing she walked up to me and VERY rudely told me " um we close in 15 minutes" , like I hadn't heard her every 5 minutes on the intercom. now when I go in and see her, I cringe because I feel my money is inconvenient to her. sad because I absolutely love this store . super cute stuff there but Eideth was very rude and nasty to my friend and I. Opened the door on us while we were changing, told us we had too many clothes in the dressing room and as we put them on the rack to come back out and get them she went and put all of our clothes in the back. then we asked where she put them and she ignored us and walked away. read more

High priced for children's' toy items and DVDs. Three small plastic toy trains that were used was $10 and other items were very high. I purchase preowned toys all the time and was shocked at the prices. read more

I've been going to Goodwills and Salvation Army's all my life. (I'm a 44 year old woman) Never have I seen a more money hungry management than this one! Here's a little known fact.......Goodwill CEO and owner Mark Curran profits $2.3 million a year. Goodwill is a very catchy name for his business. You donate to his business and then he sells the items for PROFIT. He pays nothing for his products and pays his workers minimum wage! Needless to say I'm done donating to them and will never walk into another Goodwill store! I witnessed dusty floral arrangements for $29.99-$49.99!!!!! Dresses are $10/a piece. I've bought them new for that! Used pocketbooks are now $9-$14!!! What is going on here? While in there today my daughter bought some baby onesies for her dolls. They were supposed to be .99 a piece but because they had crotch snaps they were double that. That is exactly what the cashier told me! This company is supposed to help the community but instead they are more interested in their profits! It very sad read more

This Goodwill is more expensive than I'm used too. I'm guessing that is due too the location. I did find 3 cute tops priced $5.50 too $6.50. Would have been happier with $3 a piece but oh well. It was well organized and clean. Would stop by again. read more

Lots of great finds at this Goodwill. It's always clean, good smelling and well organized. Practically new pair is Chucks=$5 Vintage Coach handbag=$7 New with tags sports bra=$4 Two thumbs up. read more

People here are rude, dissatisfied with their jobs (look completely miserable), and have absolutely no sense of social interactions. The shop has a mildewed smell and not much order to a thrift shops madness. Will not be coming here and is recommending to all who read to go somewhere else before wasting time here. This is a good location to find good quality clothes for the entire family. They also have nice furniture but it is sold quick. They have an excellent selection in women's shoes. Their home decor is alright. I have purchased banana republic skirts brand new and some other beautiful sunday church attire. read more

The store is very organized. You can move your cart freely without bumping into things. Store is clean. Contrary to popular belief I have never seen any high end designer items there. Easy to shop in. No hanger messes. It would be nice to be acknowledged when an employee walks by or is working around you. There were 6 workers in there and no one said a thing to me and my son. Cashier could have been more pleasant. She did not say hello first. I said hello first. She did not say hello back. Checked my items. She told me the total. I gave her my money. She did not say thank you. I said thank you. She did not say anything like thanks have a good one or anything. I have worked retail my whole life and I know how to treat people. Good shopping, not so chipper employees. I will still shop there for sure. It would just be nice to be treated kindly. If you are looking to fill needs in your home with clothes and furniture it is best to be proactive with it.
