I messaged them and Brad contacted me within 30 minutes. I felt at ease the minute I spoke with him and decided then I was going to use their services. He came out to the house to assess everything and gave me an estimate. It was definitely a fair price for the amount of work needed to clean out the house. I can say that Brad and his staff were very nice, cordial, and also took the time to quickly look through each box to see if there were any personal items we may want to keep (pictures, etc.). One other thing I really liked is that they donate a lot of items that can be donated. There were several things that they mentioned would be better for donation and they partitioned those items from the other items that would be going to the dump. I can't recommend Dirty Duck Disposal enough for the work they did, at the price they offered!! Contact them, you will not be disappointed!!!

The price was reasonable compared to previous companies I had estimates from. I had already purchased myself the replacements which was not an issue for them to install. Once I approved estimate they called main office to reschedule for them to immediately start on the requested work. They worked steadily until all the work was completed and showed me pictures taken so I didn't have to kneel down for faucets. Raul was very clear upfront what might be an issue but luckily nothing was a problem. They cleaned up as they went and hauled off all parts and trash. I will definitely be using Loyalty Plumbers in the future.

When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.
