The amount was higher than it's ever been. The woman charged me tax in water refill. When I mentioned there isn't tax on this, she then said it was a fee for paying with Apple Pay and if I pay cash there's no fee. I said it's never been like that and she said it was now.

They print a calendar for me for the next 6+ months and are always on schedule. Michael is super nice; sometimes he is just totally pooped at the end of his day and calls me on my mobile to ask if its okay to make the delivery the next day. I don't usually like for vendors to have my personal number but it is always nice to hear from Michael. The product is terrific. The 5 gallon bottles are heavy and one slipped and broke in the house. (I will lose my deposit but, Oh well.) Just saying be careful slinging them around.

SOUTHERN PLUMBING made a positive impact on my life... no more calling a different plumber every month for clogged drains or sewer lines. Southern Plumbing replaced my entire system and made everybody in the house happy!!! Now, I can run the dishwasher at the same time someone is in the shower -or even using the washing machine to do laundry. Everything is as it should be thanks to the RELIABLE, HARD WORKERS at SOUTHERN PLUMBING who showed up early and worked late. All employees were polite and respectful of my property. They HONORED THEIR QUOTE -no additional fees and NEVER ASKED ME FOR MORE MONEY. The PRICES CAN'T BE BEAT no matter which of their services you need. Southern Plumbing provided a whole house solution for ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS.

Charged the full price although all they did was remove the hardware and realized they couldnt replace it. I was advised I would only be charged for labor. The plumber spent a total of 2 hours at my home. 30 minutes on shower head. Total $706.35 . He threatened with a lien within 24 hours when I asked why I was overcharged for labor eventhough at that point I have already paid over $400 . I paid to be done with the issue but horrible service, Do not recommend unless you want to be billed for nothing. Shut off valve only thing repaored for $706.35. Integrity is priceless. Update- After Posting this HONEST review ZELENA who works for britton wrote a fake review on my business page the same day. Supporting documentation included. I can't say enough good things about Malek Service Company, and our technician Fernando Bertran in…read moreparticular. Fernando stopped by today to do the yearly work up on our generator. He was polite and friendly as well as did a great job. Other companies we tried, the technicians were in and out in 15 minutes. That's not acceptable for a generator. Fernando spent about 30 minutes testing everything out and making sure it was good to go for hurricane season. I have 100% confidence that my generator will function perfectly should the need arise. We use Malek exclusively, for the last several years, for the maintenance on our GENERAC. After going 21 days without power after Ike, we invested in a Generator, which needs regular service. Their prices are very competitive and we do end up saving money. They come out, change the oil, make sure all of the bells and whistles are functioning properly. They are always kind, helpful, & professional. Today they told us about a new program theory offering, a program for home warranty for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The price was amazing, we're saving $40 a month compared to Sears. While Fernando was here, we mentioned that are dishwasher is malfunctioning. Fernando went to the truck and called the office and had him take pictures of the issue. We just received a call and got an appointment for tomorrow to fix the issue. They would have come today, but the issue isn't so terrible that we need to interrupt someone's dinner, tomorrow is perfectly fine. I highly recommend this service for home repairs. I can't say enough good things about the quality of service and the quality of the people performing the service.
