Not only does it taste bad, but the loading of their new "boxed" water into the Cooler is a frustrating effort in UTTER futility. (Even the tape that is meant to keep the boxes together is flimsy, so you have to sometimes FIRST secure the boxes with your own tape BEFORE even attempting to load them). In fact, there are actually numerous VIDEO 'tutorials' online meant to walk you through the loading a box of Gladden water into one of their coolers in which they try to make it look easier than it is - - - which in itself should set off all kinds of RED FLAGS as to WHY one would need an instructional video to do something that SHOULD BE as SIMPLE as loading a cooler!!! Don't even get me started on their customer service, who, while well-trained to keep you going around in circles, is unimaginably inefficient in terms of actually actioning anything for you, the customer. Our experience with Gladden has been nothing short of a bad comedy film. Due to the bad taste and difficulty/awkwardness of loading the Cooler, we used much less than the three boxes we had requested upon first ordering, and had around 8 boxes of unused water we paid out of the ear for, stacked up in the corner by the front door. (THINK ABOUT THAT - we had water we would not use). As per their Terms & Conditions, we requested for the service to be "suspended" for two months, but they CONTINUED billing outrageous amounts ($50-ish each month for three more months) and delivered THREE more 5-gallon boxes, AGAIN, even AFTER contacting them by phone and by text (they prefer text) to request that the service be suspended. In their responses, they did not address the fact that they did not adhere to the suspensions we time and time again requested, but rather, they kept bringing up the Cooler rental. In short, they bombard you with water you do not need, did not request or requested that they stop, then try to tell you they will continue to charge for the cooler rental WHICH you NEED because of their so-called "new" TERRIBLE boxed-water design AND for "plan fees". IT IS a SCAM - but remember - YOU did not sign anything. Cancel your bank card ASAP at the first inkling of trouble if you decide, against my review and better judgement, to go with them!!! You'll thank me.

One of the very first things we…read morediscussed is that my office requires you to walk up a flight of stairs and there is not an elevator in the building. They went approved the account with this knowledge and delivered our machine and first 8 cases of water. Fast forward to our second delivery of water and I was told they would not bring the water to my office. They would drop it off at the front door and that's it. I called corporate and was told that was their policy and their driver would not carry the water up the stairs. On top of that, the delivery came out of the drivers SUV. This is not a professional water delivery company by any stretch of the imagination. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

I've used the service for about three years and they had another period about a year ago where they missed two deliveries, meaning I went without water for over months. On this most recent series of missed deliveries, I called after the first missed delivery in late April and they said I would have the missed delivery on the next regularly scheduled delivery date of May 4. That day went by and after two weeks, I was hoping they would make the next schedule delivery on May 19, but it was also missed. It has been six weeks since my last delivery and no telling when my next one will arrive. They are going through their second acquisition over the past few years, with each one being more disruptive on deliveries. I plan to search for a more dependable provider, or do without a water delivery service. Review update: it just keeps getting worse. I went online today and my account now says my next delivery will be June 4, thereby missing the scheduled May 19 delivery by another two weeks and totaling three missed bi-weekly deliveries. I searched their site for a means to send correspondence directly to them since I could not get them on the phone, but the site is not very accommodating for communication. The chat directs you to preset choices that don't appear to allow for a narrative comment. I don't have an endless amount of time to keep searching for how you can direct comments to Primo Brands and am better off finding a more customer friendly provider.

Despite no apology given, I do appreciate her quick turnaround on making things right, which means a lot more. Maintenance still has a quick response on work orders, which I love. *Update as of 8.4.24* I don't know what happened within a year of things going from pretty cool to now very distasteful. I now totally regret signing another year's lease yesterday. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with how my lease renewal went that involved deceptive tactics and very poor ethics. I was told that August rent would be adjusted from the month-to-month rate to the new rate if I signed a renewal that same day (8.3), and to be sure to pay the rent before the next day to prevent any late fees, cool. I was in the office when the manager was called about the adjustment and was told to give it about an hour to reflect online. I continuously checked throughout the day at random up until 11:30p, and there was never an adjustment made. I had to go ahead and pay the $400+ extra rent because I didn't want to also have to pay a 10% late fee on top of that rate. Then, how is it that I've been here a year and have NEVER had a water bill more than $50, but suddenly it's over $120? I don't have a W/D, don't believe in using a dishwasher, and have water delivery service, and nothing has changed so why the sudden increase. It's bad enough the process for renewal was a sh*t storm of confusing miscommunication. May 23rd got an email that it's time to renew and had rates and a special. It said to complete the attached form and take it to the office. There wasn't a form attached the email, just a Memorial Day flyer. So I called and asked what did I need to do. I was told nothing because the lady was keeping a list and hadnt started on putting the renewals together but would notify those on the list when she did, cool. I hate I didn't get a name, but lesson learned. Time goes by, and mind you, I check my emails multiple times throughout the day, especially when I'm expecting something. I figured since my lease is up on the 18th, maybe I'd hear from the office with the renewal to sign around that time, no biggie. July 31st I get an email saying my lease is expiring soon and that I'd be put on a month-to-month rate until I signed a renewal or provided a 60-day notice to vacate. I've tried to call the office multiple times throughout the day every single day since then, but keep getting the voicemail. I don't get off work until after the office closes, otherwise I would've came in person. I finally got ahold of someone on the 2nd and explained my confusion and the different information on the balance due in the emails I've received. Saturday morning I went to the office to try to get things figured out and situated. Aryani, whom helped me the day before, was really good at handing things and communicating. I learned that there are 3 different websites to use for different things and not all the information will match. I'm quite upset because I've been so patient and understanding with so many things and am not one to be fussy about every little thing. In May a guy came to resurface both bathtubs, but only did 1 and said he'd come back the next day. It's August and the 2nd bathtub is still undone and peeling. I didn't cause a fuss even after notifying the office and a couple of follow-ups. I simply ordered a liner off Amazon to "fix" it. In a survey they asked about things that could make living here better. I mentioned how the paint chips and flakes in the drawers and cabinets onto the dishes and silverware and how I have to be cautious not to take anything out the cabinets if there's food sitting on the counter tops because paint flakes will fall in your food. I didn't trip, instead I bought shelf liners. (Year old review) Scotland Yard is a pretty good place to live. The office does an outstanding job on communications to tenants. Maintenance has a really nice turnaround, and I love how there's constant communication.
