I had a very disappointing experience with LMH Air-Conditioning, Heating & Electrical…read more We paid LMH $600 for refrigerant and service on our AC unit. Just three days later, our home was hot again because the AC was no longer working properly. We contacted LMH and were told that a technician would come back out to address the problem. We waited all day and never heard from anyone. Finally, at approximately 7:30 PM, we were told that the technician was unable to come out. We were then told that we would need to spend an additional $4,000 to service the system and get a new unit. I am extremely frustrated with this experience. In my opinion, the pricing and communication were misleading, and I do not feel that LMH stood behind the work we had already paid $600 for only three days earlier. Customers deserve clear explanations, reasonable pricing, reliable communication, and a company that stands behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with LMH. I am sharing our experience so other homeowners can be aware and make an informed decision before hiring this company. They said they're open 24 hours and yet they told us their technician wasn't able to come out We're highly disappointed

Tony answered and said he could come out the next day and recommended a 23 Seer would work the best for our space. He sent Danny out who was very professional. Their prices are very reasonable less than $2k. The unit is very efficient and cools amazingly. This company is amazing and I am glad my wife found them online. Trust me the company was pleasant to deal with and if you're looking for someone who knows what their doing and who provides a quality product without someone who wants to charge you over $5k reach out to Tony and his crew.
