As time went on the other company really dragged their feet on sending the information to my Home Warranty company to get approved because they were constantly trying to get me to buy a new AC. (check my previous reviews to see which company) I contacted LMH Services because I had heard from a few people that they were honest, reliable and quick. After not having AC for 2 weeks (with no consideration from the other AC company) I decided to buy a new unit from LMH Services because they offered me a price lower than the other for the whole system. Not only that but they scheduled me for the very next day. I now have a system that saves me tons of money, is quiet and after some research is one of the best units on the market. My neighbor has even told me they don't hear my unit like they use to since it's a quieter system. LMH Services made it a pretty awesome experience all around.

Just three days later, our home was hot again because the AC was no longer working properly. We contacted LMH and were told that a technician would come back out to address the problem. We waited all day and never heard from anyone. Finally, at approximately 7:30 PM, we were told that the technician was unable to come out. We were then told that we would need to spend an additional $4,000 to service the system and get a new unit. I am extremely frustrated with this experience. In my opinion, the pricing and communication were misleading, and I do not feel that LMH stood behind the work we had already paid $600 for only three days earlier. Customers deserve clear explanations, reasonable pricing, reliable communication, and a company that stands behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with LMH. I am sharing our experience so other homeowners can be aware and make an informed decision before hiring this company. Accepting the quote was easy online through their site and a quick install date was set. Appointment status was confirmed and updated through a very good messaging system. The guys came with all the equipment for the outside and inside heating and cooling unit. They protected the floors where they needed to come in the house. After a very neat install including an Ecobee smart thermostat, they did a great job cleaning up and hauling off all the old stuff.
