Very nice professional staff. Came out fast and took no time to let us know what was wrong and fixed the issue. Was not pushy trying to sell us what we didn't need. Will use again. Thanks Robert. read more

I was referred to this company by another AC guy because we are having air quality issues due to our hvac ducts and was told Matt will be able to diagnose the issue. The lady answering the phone was very nice and responsive. They were quick to come to our house, but Matt was equally quick to leave. Matt is arrogant and either incompetent or lazy. He did a very cursory inspection and then wanted to sell me a new unit. Ours is 7 years old and works fine. He said our system has "no issues" as I am sleeping in my car due to the poor air quality and my dad was hospitalized. read more

I knew I had a problem with a drain line in my upstairs unit. My regular AC guy was taking too long to address the problem so I gave Air Systems a shot. Quick response. They have a minimal service charge and charged a small amount for some minor pipe work. The techs were very knowledgeable explaining my system, and the overall cost was good. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything (which I ALWAYS check for). Nice to now have a go-to AC service - Air Systems! read more

I had Air Systems Texas come out, Was on Time very nice TEC. They will call you. to let you know there on the way! Found the Problem fast and Gave us A Quote, price was Fare, Had Repairs completed! Has been a couple of week now, Ac is working Great. Thank Y'all read more

We've had issues with our upstairs AC system for a few years. Every Spring (for the past 4-5 years) we needed a freon recharge, which would last until the next Spring. During our recent February heat wave, the system failed again. Matt (owner) and Matt came out to evaluate and repair it. But the 18 year old system was at the point of repair it now and maybe again in the next year or so, or replace it. I decided to go with a full system replacement (AC & furnace). The American Standard system we had worked great (for 18 years) so we replaced it with the newest version. The crew arrived on the appointed date and time and went right to work. I was impressed that they placed drop cloths on the stairs and on the hallway to the attic ladder. They went right to work and 5 hours later Matt was giving me a walk thru to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It is. We've had a few cold and hot days recently so I was able to test the furnace and AC system. Everything works like it should. I will use Air Systems Texas for maintenance and when the other system is ready to be replaced. I'd recommend Air Systems Texas to my neighbors. read more

Air Systems Texas was great and I highly suggest using them. They came out the same day I called. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and knew what questions to ask to help understand the process. The tech, Kenny, was on time, very polite, professional, and honest. He explained things in great detail. Amazing 5 star company! read more

This company is remarkable. Friendly and efficient front office, responsive tech people and more than fair owners. I called re excessive condensation and the problem was solved by unclogging a pipe. On a follow up call Robert and Matt (owners) came out to answer questions and explain a few things about the Galveston issues affecting HVAC systems. They will be my goto HVAC company. read more

We looked for a new HVAC contractor when Weeks quoted $17,000 to replace all components of our air conditioning. Air Systems gave us a quote of $10,000 with a better brand for the components. A part of our water softener had to be moved to install the outside portion of the system. Weeks quoted $1,200, Air Systems quoted $200. In addition to their significantly lower prices, the Air Systems technicians were polite, punctual and knew what they were doing. The old air conditioner was removed and the new one installed in one day. I give Air Systems my highest, unqualified recommendation. read more

Over the past several years, I've called Air Systems on three occasions to repair my A/C (3 different houses). Each time I called, they responded quickly, and fixed the problem and never tried to up-sell me. The house I'm in now had a very old unit that could no longer keep up with the summer heat, so I called Air Systems to ask about a whole new system. They got the job done quickly, including ductwork and registers. The new A/C is quiet and keeps the entire house comfortable 24x7. I highly recommend Air Systems! read more

Matt showed up just 3 hours after they opened, on a Saturday, and had my a/c back up and running in just a few minutes. He knew what the problem was as soon as he looked inside my a/c. He had the needed part on his truck. Quickly replaced it and was done. I'm so grateful for the quick response time and how quickly he was able to get it back up and running. It is blistering hot today, but he got it fixed before the house got intolerably hot. I'm happy to have found a new a/c company that I feel comfortable will not screw me over. read more

Called them out again and they're just as great as the last time... fixed the issue quickly, very professional and friendly, even installed my new thermostat while they were at it (one less job for my hubby to do!) I continue to recommend these guys. read more

Outstanding customer service! Have used them several years, always prompt and professional. I called at noon, cool by 3pm! They will explain options for repair and answer questions. Actually repair not try to sell you stuff. Independent small Texas business who take care of there customers. I highly recommend, you won't find better A/C people out there. Fair priced Fast service. read more

Fast service, fair pricing, , knowledgeable technician Very satisfied with the company.

This was not the first time I have used Air Systems and it will not be the last either! I called Amy this morning and within a few hours "Kenny" the technician was at my house and assessed the problem and fixed it. The best part is they are honest, and do not try to sell you a new unit (even if yours old like mine) if it is not necessary at that time. read more

We have had nothing but great service from Air Systems. They call you right back and come out as fast as you need them. Their staff are very professional and friendly even when one comes to the door with messed up freshly cut hair. Lol The price is right with them. They don't try to up sell anything. They will give an honest opinion when asked but they have never tried to talk us into going beyond what we actually have needed. That is very rare these days. Great staff. Quality customer service. read more

When our home warranty company replaced our outside condenser (by a company I won't mention), we had nothing but a domino of problems. After 7 months, water dripping in our attic, days off work, a hot and humid house and a 2nd opinion by the warranty company quoting an additional $1400 repair, we called Air Systems for a second opinion. Robert and Kenny came the following day and inspected all the prior work. After a few adjustments and talking us through what to watch for, we are back to a cool house. If you are interested in an honest, reliable, and professional HVAC company, then give these folks a call. read more

Excellent customer service, price, expertise and all around winners. A couple of years ago, they replaced an evaporator coil for a much more reasonable cost than any of the other several estimates I had. Very professional staff. Had a recent problem with one of my units and the fellow from Ch u rch Services came out, took a brief look (didn't open the outside unit panel) and said everything looked ok after I told him what the problem was (unit clicked and the fan would try to come on, but would only do so intermittently). The unit outside quit working so I dug up Air Systems' number and had them come check it. Matt knew almost immediately what the problem was when I described it to him, and fixed it in a few minutes. Paid for just the service call. AC works now! I'm going to cancel my annual service/maintenance with the other company and have Air Systems do it, since they do a much more thorough maintenance service than the other folks ever did. read more

After a 3 month search for a HVAC contractor to do a full system replacement, I finally decided on Air Systems. The first conversation I had with Matt Cartwright, I felt very confident with his knowledge of HVAC systems and his professionalism. They were also the only company I had come across that was recommending American Standard equipment which was my personal preference (I will leave the reliability/cost/features research for you and your situation). The short version is that they are punctual, professional and fairly priced. I got a top of the line 3 zone system installed in about 7 hours. There were 3 installers working the whole time and all were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. You could not tell they had been in the house when they had left, other than the quiet comfortable air coming out of my vents. Though they were very competitively priced my recommendation to use them is based first on their professional ability and attitude with the good price being a secondary benefit. I give them my highest recommendation and I will be using them for my future maintenance needs. read more

Great service and price. We recieved a call back on a Sunday which we didn't expect and service the following Monday morning. Courteous friendly and very informative we would definitely use them for all of our AC needs!! read more

I hired Air Systems to perform maintenance on an old unit and install a new thermostat at a rental property and was very impressed. I spoke with Amy at the office before the job and found her to be very courteous and informative. I then spoke with Robert while he was onsite and found him to be exactly the same. A company of professionals who embrace good customer service is hard to find, so this was a refreshing and positive experience. I'll gladly recommend Air Systems to friends and family without hesitation. read more

Started using these guys based on a co-workers referral. I needed someone dependable and affordable that could take over maintenance and service for a five unit townhouse complex my father owns in La Marque. They always show up when they say they will, always manage to accommodate my emergencies, pick up keys and let themselves in when I can't meet them, bill me when I can't meet them to pay them, and they have the best service and labor rates anywhere in this area. I know because I have called around and checked. Also, recently they gave me quote to re-duct my home and replace my old fiber plenum that was so low that it wasn't worth it to me to even consider doing myself! They were fast and they did a clean and neat job. Cleaned up after themselves and and just basically went over and above. I now use Air Systems exclusively, not only for my townhouses' service and maintenance but also for my twice yearly preventative maintenance at my home. Highly recommended. read more

I would give them 6 stars if I could. I woke up Sunday morning Labor Day weekend with a warm house. We tried going thru the insurance the land lord has for problems like this and after 3 hours of having them tell us that they were sending someone and finally getting an answer that they MIGHT get to us Monday at 5pm, I called Air Systems and Robert came within 20 min. He had our A/C up and running and then checked the system for more possible problems. The price was great too!! Our house was down to normal by bedtime (Yay for sleeping in our own bed instead of a Hotel. (saving us money again)) read more
