John, the owner, is very knowledgeable on the different systems and you can tell this is something he is passionate about. He personally came out and installed our system to ensure that everything was done right. Our house did not have the water softener connections ready so he had his work cut out for him. The install took 8-9 hours in the TX sun and John and his associate worked diligently even under a heat advisory. They also wear a face mask at all times and encourage customers to do the same. They have alkaline water at $5.00 for a 5 gallon or premium alkaline at $10.00 for a 5 gallon. You can bring your own container or purchase it at store. I purchased the 5 gallon container with side faucet at $15.00 which I can reuse and also help with the environment. Customer service is really good and they also offer washable nano mask. Water has no taste and is really refreshing.

I walked into the flooring shop and asked a couple questions which were answered i then proceeded to walk into the antioxidant water shop hoping to get some information about antioxidant water and i was flat out refused service . What is this 1930? He looked at me from up to down dressed in a black jacket in the RAIN and black sweatpants and refused me service. Truly perplexing behavior , he simply chose to judge me because i stood outside for all of 5 minutes texting on my phone before proceeding to check out the businesses . It doesn't stop there , i then walked into the restaurant next door la hacienda, in my quest to check out all the businesses and proceeded to have lunch , hopefully i can post these photos ! Great restaurant ! While sitting i decided to call into this joke of a water shop and report what happened to someone on the phone . I told them it was a weird interaction and would still like to purchase water . Told her flat out it felt borderline racist or some kind of profiling she then began to scream at me that she was bi racial and not racist and refused to address the fact that i wanted to buy water . It's popular and cheap and it's usually pretty free and open, and most people that live around here have used it at least once or twice, and we always like these locations and appreciate them being here.
