They are never open when they're supposed to be and they don't seem to know how to run this business at all. The water is great though!

The owners at this store are extremely rude and unhelpful. Water quality is mediocre at best…read more Many other better water stores to choose from with waaaay nicer and more accommodating employees. Oh and don't make the mistake of thinking you can pay with a card. They will lose their ever loving minds and scream at you in front of other customers for $1.50 worth of water. Huge mistake going here. Save yourself!

I was ecstatic when I found them because of the price and great tasting water. The water has a smooth mouth feel and clean taste. After so many years I thought I would pop in and talk with the owners and get to know them and know what kind of water I've been putting in my body everyday for the last several years. Upon entering I approached the counter to greet the owners with a smile and good afternoon, only to be ignored. After a few minutes I got the attention of the gentlemen and introduced myself and explained that I have been a long time customer and how much I enjoy their water. I explained that I was curious as to which method they employ in order to produce the water. At first he assumed I wanted to buy my own filtration system but then I had to explain that I just wanted to know what kind of filtration and treatment is done to the water. He immediately seemed upset, frustrated with me, and hostile at the same time. Pointed to the filtration system going across the wall and said look all this is how. I asked plainly if it was reverse osmosis, ultraviolet, carbon??? Before I could even finish my question he cut me of and said yea it's the osmosis. He grew more and more impatient with me in a store completely empty at that moment. So I thanked him for his time and went on my way. I was surprised and a little disappointed. The main reason I really wanted to know is that I had read an article stating that some water can be over purified leaving it devoid of minerals and other necessities of water, when consumed this water could take away from your supply of minerals in your body, or so I read. I hope the owner can be more respectful and informative to his customers. As I hear I am not the only person who has had the same experience.

My husband and I had been wanting to get a water softener installed in our new home. We had…read morereceived quotes from Home Depot and Costco. But ultimately, we decided we wanted to go local. I'm so glad we did. Not only was the price absolutely a better deal, but the experience was great. John, the owner, is very knowledgeable on the different systems and you can tell this is something he is passionate about. He personally came out and installed our system to ensure that everything was done right. Our house did not have the water softener connections ready so he had his work cut out for him. The install took 8-9 hours in the TX sun and John and his associate worked diligently even under a heat advisory. They're a local mom and pop shop, definitely recommend coming here if you're interested in a water softener!
