Clean, good looking store front as well as inside, I almost passed it up because I assumed the price tags would fit the expensive look. To my dismay The attractive sales woman (ZIA maybe) assessed my 6 watches Needing an assortment of batteries bands and adjustments would be ready in 20 minutes??? I'm used to being over promised and under delivered by retail promises daily. So I thought I would come back in 1 1/2 hours to be safe. On my return, she not only had them ready early but remembered me and acknowledged me by name. She also gave me fair and honest information regarding the work on my graveyard of watches that were brought in. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write and honestly mostly due in part to the customer service and attention provided. I will absolutely drive an hour and a half from Carlsbad to fix or purchase any of my future needs. The store has a plethora of accessories and beautiful watches to choose from. This place really is super underrated. The prices are reasonably competitive, but the variety of brands and styles is easily the best in the mall. Easily. Repairs are something that can be done here as well( i'm talking any kind of repair on any kind of watch, most of which are able to be done within hours), which is just awesome because i don't have to go to separate shops to get watches and to repair them. The staff are EXTREMELY generous and down to earth. They never come off as deceptive or greedy or rude. Honestly just stop by and see. Maybe its just me. But there's just never any pressure on the customer here. Its not the kind of place where the salesperson pounces on you like an antelope and just soullessly agrees with you and compliments your taste until you reluctantly buy something. There's genuine interest in long-term satisfaction, and just general comfortability (free waters, music, tv). As a person who despises phony behavior and insulting sales tactics, i can come here and get a real opinion from real people. The owners of the store (both husband & wife) were more then gracious & understanding of on my last 2 occasions I brought my watch to them (within the past 3 months) since it seems the 3-yr. battery I purchased had died prematurely (as so it seemed). On both occasions it was determined/diagnosed that the only thing needed was a slight adjustment of the internal mechanism with just a small amount of "watch oil" along with a "just start" of the battery. On both occasions it took at least 10 minutes of the owners time/effort to solve (& temporarily repair) the issue. On neither instance was I charged anything for the "repairs"! I sincerely appreciate both of their sincere honesty & transparency in consideration/advisement of possible more sustained remedies with a fair monetary estimate. read more

I had a Swiss Army watch repaired for my son-in-law for Christmas. Mariam was so helpful. She told me it was an expensive watch worth fixing. They did an amazing job & fixed a stem problem, replaced a pin (n/c), & polished it so it looks brand new the same day in about an hour! When I picked it up they surprised me by replacing the crystal for no charge!! He said it just didn't look right with the old scratched one. Needless to say I was so happy and excited to give it to my son-in-law. Who was very very happy with his beautiful new watch! They also put it in a brand new box for me. Every time I have been here I dealt with the owner, Zia. He even gave me his cell number. He did some work on a couple of high end watches for me- hubby's. He earned my trust and his watch repair person's work is top notch. I highly recommend them and I would not hesitate to return. His prices were reasonable as well. Watch Solutions was able to get the engraving done very quickly and it was done beautifully. They did not allow the time constraint to affect the quality of the product or their service. Upon entering the store no one was around. Had to yell out for someone to come out of the back room-this was mid April. I needed a battery for my watch & Dat quickly started working to get it replaced. He even honored an expired coupon on the company's web site when negotiating the price.
