He was upfront, honest, professional on the phone explaining the different battery lifetimes. Once there, Jakob quickly changed out my dead battery for a very fair price. Went in to get my husbands watch band fixed, and asked about getting mine adjusted as well. She thought she could give me a bit of a discount on the 2nd one if I brought it in when I picked up the first watch. So I brought it in and she took less than 5 min. to adjust my band, then charged me full price for both watch bands to be done. When I asked her about the discount she said sorry her boss said no they don't offer any discounts. Had she have told me up front I would never of had it done. I felt a bit tricked, she knew I was expecting a bit of a lower price on the second watch. I for one, will not be going back there for any other watch repairs. read more

After an initial great experience tonight was an experience i have never thought possible by a man named Danny. Congratulations Danny as because you lied and are a scam artist watch solutions has truly lost a valuable customer. 1st experience was 45 days ago after moving from San Diego in which I had 8 watches that needed batteries and brought them in and everything was handled properly in which I decided to purchase 6 watches over holiday season and spending over 2100 dollars. His exact words were "valued customers pay more"? Are u serious? Went in to take 1 link out of the many watches I purchased for girlfriend and he wants to charge me 20 dollars to take a link out when last week I paid 8? I'm not a penny pincher by any means but to be lied to and scammed because his exact words were" I saw the two of you coming from a Mile away? Tacky and rude is a understatement . The absolute WORST customer service and store policies I have ever experienced. PLEASE do not give this store your business or hard earned money. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a watch for my husband for our wedding anniversary with the managers promise that he could come back in and exchange it if he didn't like it. When we came back in he found a watch that was $30 less that he liked much more. They said the only way they could exchange a watch for a different priced watch was if it was a difference of $10 or less. ****A policy which is NOT posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt**** We asked to speak to a manager who of course was not there so they were accommodating enough to call him. He then refused to speak to us on the phone and let his employees take the brunt of his upset customers' anger. Very cowardly. I understand that regular employees cannot bend the rules but I would have expected a manager would have the decency to at least talk to us. This manager should be ashamed of himself and how he and his employees treat customers. read more

Scam scam scam! I saw the great reviews on Yelp so decided to bring in some watched in for repair/new batteries. I dropped off all the watched. Nothing fancy, and waited for them to call me with a price. The called and told me to fix the lights on 2 watched and replace all the batteries it would be $73.40 and some change. I told the to do it. They called a few days later and told me my total and that my watches were ready. I forgot to get them. A few days later they called me again with a reminder to come and get the watches, and again with the price of $73.40. Again I forgot to get them and then two days ago I call again to ask for the price and shop hours. The guy told me again $73.40 and their hours. I went in today and surprise to me my total was $123.07!!!! What the F**k!!!! They told me it was because two of the batteries were solar. I was going to pay regardless, but the fact that they didn't tell me until I went to go get them was extremely unprofessional. I told him I did not agree with that so he gave me 10% off. Even though the sing next to the register said 15% with Yelp check in. A joke. Don't be swindled like I was. Horrible service. read more
