The used Accord that I purchased two months ago, broke an axle while I was driving UP A HILL. Scary experience. And, although I appreciate them finally offering to pay half, the car remains at their dealership until I can afford to pay for the other half. I hadn't been prepared financially to have to deal with something like this happening so close to the purchase of it. Disappointed. Similar to Anthony D's review, I experienced the same great service. Passing through from out of state, had driving issues for several weeks, so it was time to have the car serviced as I had a 2,500-mi drive back to SoCal. They saw me with 1/2-day's notice & I was diagnosed & in & out within a few hours... turns out I needed new tires (broken belt & uneven wear from pulling trailers, hitting potholes, etc). John in service even called my friend who knows a great deal about cars, to review the diagnosis before doing work & gave me a $40 discount via an online coupon. The waiting area had WiFi, which was great. Their phone charger 'battery' didn't work while I was there, so I had to walk around to find an available outlet to plug in my phone... I found one & had to rest my phone on the trash can, but at least I could charge it. Free coffee which was okay... I don't expect SBucks quality... I'm just glad they offer something, anything. Nervous wreck that I was, I thought I'd left my phone behind & had to drive back... one of the guys kindly came out to my car to help me search for it. He called my phone, it was in my purse. Yeah, I felt like a dumbo, but it was nice they offered help. Love this place. Unfortunately, I don't live in the Pittsburgh area, but if I did, I'd visit Washington Honda. The last time I went here I witnessed something that could potentially be pretty messed up so there's no way I'm taking my car there. I was getting an oil change and waiting for my car. When I was waiting in the lobby waiting, there was another guy there that was ahead of me waiting for his car. A man that appeared to be a manager came in and began talking to the guy. He said that he couldn't complete his oil change because there was a nut that was stripped and they couldn't get it off without replacing it, but they didn't have any replacement available at the moment. The guy was fine about it and told them to order the part for him and he'd bring the car back in. I didn't think anything of it until I talked to one of the guys working in the garage about 30 minutes later. We were talking for a bit and he didn't seem to fond of at least one manager there. He said they don't care about a lot of things. I really didn't want to get into specifics but then he said, (paraphrasing) "this guy I'm working with now put to much torque on the wrench," or something along those lines, "and stripped a nut and I had to deal with it." Then it kind of clicked that they screwed that up earlier. I listened to the whole conversation that the manager had with the guy in the lobby and he made it seem like the nut was already stripped and the customer had to pay for it. Maybe i'm wrong. Either way it came off as super scummy to me and the guy in the garage was airing out some dirty laundry. Do better Honda. Get managers and workers there that actually care. People are paying a lot of money for you to fuck up their cars. Also, I asked them for an alignment check. I've driven into other dealerships and as soon as I got out of my car they told me my car was out of alignment, without even asking, because of a sensor they must have or something. But I got charged like $30 for it. And the alignment was fine. That kind of rubbed me the wrong way too. read more

The service was wonderful and Matt went over everything with me in detail. My parents also have a CRV but it was still nice to go over everything with me. I had to go get some service done for my Honda Civic recently. I made an appointment for a Tuesday night which I had confirmed via e-mail. When I got there, they said that my appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 9:00 AM - I pulled up the e-mail confirmation to show that my appt was in fact on Tuesday at 7 PM. This was annoying b/c they said that they were completely booked that night. And I'm thinking in my head, well too bad, I had an appointment which you incorrectly booked. I was about to get my fighting face on - the one where you become that scary customer that all service people hate - you know the one. Lucy for me, I had a nice service rep named Josh. Although he seemed annoyed at the mistake, he didn't take it out on me. He said that they'd figure it out and call me when the work was done. About an hour later, I got a call that my car was ready to go! I'm happy that they were so accommodating b/c I know that some of these dealerships aren't always so nice and customer-oriented. read more

Very positive car buying experience at the Washington Auto Mall Honda. I found the car I wanted online, sent an inquiry, and the next day I got the car. I mentioned what I wanted for my trade in, what I wanted my payment to be under and Tyler and team made it happen. Most dealerships were pushing leases on me and I wanted to buy, so I was extremely pleased to walk away as an owner! The actual financing and paper signing was fairly quick and smooth. No other dealerships could come close to this deal. I highly recommend this team, even though it was a bit of a drive for me. read more

I bought a new Honda Fit from Joe at Washington Auto Mall and the process was super easy and quick. We did most of our correspondence via email (which I prefer) and then drove down the day we bought the car. It took a couple of hours to get everything wrapped up and then I drove out in my new car - no hassles, no talking-to-seven-different-managers. Very simple and friendly. read more

I am fully disappointed by Washington Honda car servicecenter.I just had my car fully inspected and repaired at washington center rather it was 2 days ago from now, It does not start and had issue like car handle vibrate. for car oil change and filter change the charged me 110 dollars. When I called, I was greeted by the most patient and helpful man. And when I arrived in person, he continued to be gracious and helpful.
