Extensive waiting area
Anne B.

Huge clean waiting areas able to keep your distance, they keep it clean, lots of space, bathrooms, and beverages too. Tv's and plenty of reading material, plus free wifi. Very friendly helpful check in. I came here to get a free recall fix. Very nicely decorated.

Minor issue that upset me handled completely. I appreciate the way I was treated after the initial encounter.

I knew I had just had an oil change because I had taken my Impreza to my local dealer for an engine valve recall in June.

Very upset and dissatisfied with my experience with this dealership!!!…read more I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 Toyota hatchback in February 2024, and aside from the salesperson--who was the only competent and professional person I dealt with--this dealership has been an absolute disaster. Everything after the sale was frustrating, deceptive, and left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I was initially given a clear and reasonable range of potential financing rates by the salesperson. That transparency disappeared the moment I sat down with the finance manager. The best rate he offered was worse than the worst-case scenario I had already been quoted, and I was told there was no room for negotiation. Only when I said I was prepared to walk away did he suddenly "find" a lower rate, while making a comment about how he "shouldn't be doing this." That kind of behavior is not only insulting, it's blatantly manipulative and dishonest. I left that interaction with zero trust and a very bad taste in my mouth. About a week after the purchase, I noticed a plastic piece missing from the side-view mirror. I provided proof that it was missing at the time of sale, yet the dealership refused to replace it and instead tried to charge me $37 to fix their own oversight. I ended up ordering the part myself and fixing it for under $20. This isn't about the money--it's about basic decency and accountability. Refusing to replace a cheap missing part on a so-called "certified" vehicle after someone spends tens of thousands of dollars is petty and unprofessional. The most alarming issue came during my first so-called "free" inspection in December 2024. At just 29,701 miles, I was told I needed new rear brakes and was charged $800--an outrageous and unjustifiable price for rear brakes on a Corolla, especially at that mileage and with the front brakes still untouched. A year later, I took my car to a trusted family mechanic because I will never return to this dealership again, and he is convinced the rear brakes were never replaced at all. They appear to still be the original factory brakes. This dealership has shown a consistent pattern of dishonesty and lack of transparency. I genuinely feel taken advantage of and have no reason to trust anything this dealership says or does. I would strongly warn others to avoid buying a vehicle or servicing one here. My boyfriend is currently shopping for a Toyota and will absolutely be steering clear of Ken Ganley Toyota. This has easily been the worst customer experience I've had anywhere.

It was the only vehicle we test drove. Bob Grimes was our salesman and he is very honest, caring, and doesn't give you your typical "car buying experience". We went on a Friday to test drive and look around and made an appointment to go back on Saturday morning with our trade in and to talk more about leasing. Bob told us to come back around noon, so we could get free lunch, and sure enough shortly after noon the dealership brought in pizza for the staff and customers. It was a nice touch, especially since they even offered it to folks just waiting on their free car wash. The car buying process was simple. The dealership offered us in the ballpark of what we wanted for our trade. Bob walked us through all of the features and benefits of the vehicle, took us on a tour of the shop, showed us where to go for our free car wash/state inspection, introduced us to the office manager, etc. It made you feel like you became a part of something great, not just buying a car. The office manager who completes the paperwork with you is very nice and high energy and everyone seems to like to chat and joke with the customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. We've owned our Jeep for less than a week, so this review is strictly on our car buying experience - but so far, so good on the Jeep. We love it and I hope to continue to have a good experience with not only the vehicle, but also with the dealership.

Within 4 hours, he diagnosed it, fixed every problem, and did it with kindness and respect. So he in his garage did all of it, and Chris the Service Manager, ( I use the work Manager loosely here, this guy is a clown) could not even come up with any sort of issue to start a claim with my warranty company in the 5.5 hours that my car was there. Stay away!! Find a reputable Jeep dealer, this place is a joke!

Took it for a test drive, everything turned out smooth and proceeded with the purchase. They told me that the service desk would call me within a week for the windshield. 1-2 Weeks go past no call from the service desk. I call no answer multiple times. About 2-3 weeks after i had purchased the vehicle the siding started to come off. Took it to my uncle who is a mechanic and said they just glued it on. All the clips were missing so they just glued it to the door. This past week I had went on vacation. Drove to South Carolina for 6 days and then Virginia for 2 days. As I got to Virginia it had started to downpour. As i was getting off the highway I heard a noise that wasn't occurring at all until then. I thought it the suitcases in the back of my car until my boyfriend told me to pull over. I pulled over and my bumper is dragging on the road hanging by a thread. Glue all over the inside of it. Again, instead of replacing the part they just slapped on some glue and called it a day. This is my first time ever purchasing a car. The most terrible experience and service I have ever received. A former employee told me that they had repainted the car on the passenger side and the back of it after i had bought the car. I looked on Carfax to see if the car had been in an accident but nothing showed nor did the dealership tell me. All they told me was that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Do not waste your money to this company. They are just a bunch of crooks and liars who do it all for the money!

When they told me the car needed new pads and rotors, I informed them that I was also hearing a knocking noise coming from the front of my vehicle. I was informed that this was because of the pads and rotors needing replaced. The two weeks after my appointment, the knocking noise got worse to the point that I did not feel safe having me or my wife drive the vehicle as I worried it was a problem with the suspension. I had the vehicle towed to a different Kia dealership where they informed me that my outside tie rod was "completely worn out and showing excessive play" and that it should not have passed inspection. In addition to this, 3 lug nuts were missing from my tire. They were either not tightened properly or left off altogether.
