Phil was right on time, professional, personable and expedient. Truck was on the back of the flatbed with 5 minutes, we were dropping the truck off at the garage within 10 minutes and he had me back home 10 minutes after that. Bing, bang, bong. He made a painful experience pain free. Thanks Phil! This is an industry that can gouge every penny you have because you're at their mercy. I spoke with my insurance Rep. and she said that in our area, they exclusively utilize Allwine Curry's services.

Up we drove, until down we began to slide backward on the ice as we did not have any traction on the ice, right into a ditch. The rear driver side wheel was locked behind a stone boulder. We had to call for Road Side Service and Ryan from Allwine Curry Towing shows up. Let me just say that, we were not in the best of spirits and tow guys I have experienced in the past present a challenge. Surprise, Ryan did an assessment, explained the possibilities of what maybe the results, based on how the car was situated. Okay, this is different. He when to work with the first option to give tractor to the front wheel drive, and then on to lifting the rear over the boulder and driving forward. YES! Where shall I begin ? A deer ran into the front side of my car and my insurance company…read morerecommended Smail. I immediately took my car to see them. They kept it for days and finally got back to me to tell me it was going to cost 12 K and final number was 9 K. I waited for 3 weeks and picked up my car and the right light where the deer jumped into my car was not working. I called and returned the car to Smail and they then said, they put a used light in the car and now needed insurance to pay for a new one. So I leave again and they call me to come in and the repair should take about an hour. 3.5 hours later I am still sitting in their small office. After 3.5 hours, they tell me the computer won't work so the new headlight and running light will not work and that I have to take it to the dealership. I make an appointment at the dealership in Pittsburgh and they take the car apart again and lo and behold find that there is NO LIGHT BULB. They have to order the bulb and again I must go in and get the bulb installed. One might say that Smail is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier LOL. I have never encountered such incompetence.

Had to get my Mazda 3 repainted under warranty I had no problems with the Collison center at all…read more Howard was very helpful and even called Smail Mazda when they were messing around with me He handled the problem for me I was told at least two weeks for my car to be repainted but I knew it would be a little longer they're pretty busy and to repaint a whole car is a lot of work anyways got my car back and the paint is pretty good they got most of the paint chips/ paint peels but there are still a slight few left not sure how they're still there but that aside service was great

EVERY single time I went in to Kenny…read moreRoss for whatever repair that needed done, they ALWAYS came back and said, "you NEED this and this and this and it's gonna cost you $1,000+++++ dollars"..... EVERY time! Being an intelligent person, it did not take me long to see what was going on there.....so I stopped servicing my car at KR and started taking my car to a mom and pop shop ever since. I'm not going to waste money on parts that I really DON'T need just because a mechanic has to hit his revenue number at the dealership.....AND also have them throw away perfectly good parts that are now forever polluting our environment, just for a quick buck. With that said, I needed new brakes and my mom and pop shop couldn't put them on because they are electronic, and need to be installed by a dealership...So I was concerned with going to another dealership like KR with the never ending reco's of parts that I don't need. Well, I called SMAIL Kia. They were able to get me in the next day, which was excellent. The mechanic had called later and said that I needed new pads and rotors, and it was going to be $825. I thought that was a pretty fair price, but a bit on the high side, but of course agreed to it and they installed the brakes. I came to pick up my SUV and the bill was actually $668 instead of $825....a PLEASANT surprise! AND more in line with what the brake repair should be in my opinion.....The mechanic said he was able to save me some money, and I told him I NOTICED that and APPRECIATE it! Everyone was very kind and professional and they washed my car before leaving. Nice touch! Bottom Line....it does not take long for a person to catch on to what places like KR are doing, and believe me they are losing a great deal of business because of their practices (Including mine). BUT SMAILS does NOT seem to be like that! I have to say that I REALLY appreciate people who try to save me some money, and for that I WILL BE USING SMAIL KIA AGAIN! Thank you!

Downloaded yelp again just to leave this...We had our car towed to Mike Camlin Hyundai over a month…read moreago, and the experience has been really disappointing. Communication has been minimal, and no one has offered any goodwill because we "didn't buy the car from them." Our warranty claim was denied because we didn't have our services done there--but I actually tried to. Their online service portal doesn't even work (you can check for yourself), and no one ever called me back. It's frustrating to be blamed for something that wasn't our fault. When we tried to talk to the sales manager about possibly buying a new car, he told us we'd have to talk to corporate for any goodwill or trade-in help. It really felt like they just wanted to pass us off instead of trying to make things right. We've been loyal Hyundai owners, but this experience has completely changed how we feel about the brand and this dealership.

We remembered the appointment an hour after the store had closed and now found we had only a few days left before: A. She went back with the car B. Its emissions and safety would have expired (the gods would not be happy). We called and they said they got a lot of these "college delinquents" and they actually got us in on short notice (probably that whole last day of Break was reserved for folks like us).
