Beware Buyers - the Audi SQ5 3.0 T engine issues continue. The 2021 car is great, but the engines are not built for good past 50,000 miles. And hey - when a dealership tells you, "oh the check engine light is only a problem, if it blinks" - beware, that is code for "Maybe she'll believe us and we will get her and her car past the 50,000 warranty miles..." Not appropriate - but a lesson learned - my bad for trusting them - it will not happen again. read more

I would give them less than one star if it were an option. This is the most unethical dealership I've ever dealt with. They are absolutely horrible. I tried to buy a car that they had listed on their website. I offered Zach at the dealership the full asking price. They gave me the runaround for a week and then told me it that they had found a buyer willing to pay more for the vehicle and sold it. I highly recommend that you don't do business with them if you can help it!!! read more

Horrible service, Made an appointment, 2 hours and the car still wasn't looked at?? Went there because the phone rep sounded knowledgeable, THEN.. I got another rep..Ginnelle...Ignores everything written down after a 2 hour wait.. she asks"whats going on?" (You mean you ignored everything I told you and that was written down by the prior rep?) I explained again..she's not getting it?? BUT never looked at the car? Then the attitude starts coming from the mechanic, as he corrects me, as I'm explaining (vehicle was already examined by a VW dealer, YET audi needs to do warranty work) I then asked for service manager Dan ireland...I again explained the situation (4th time)...again...in one ear and out the other...typical used car guy...don't take your car there..I wasted the entire day dealing with incompetence. Then Dan, to defend his incompetence, goes online and creates another scenario as though he was the victim..Dan Ireland..complete liar, then it travels down hill to Ginnelle. read more

Honest and professional. Brought my Audi in for maintenance today. I was told by another place at my last oil change that I needed new control arm bushings. Turns out, my suspension is perfect. I appreciate this dealerships honesty. Just needed an alignment and they got me taken care of. They went above and beyond, kept me in the loop, and fixed two recalls I didn't even know about. Very thankful for this place! Will get all of my maintenance done here! Thanks Ginelle! read more

If I could give a -5 review I would. My husband had his Audi serviced here last year. Not only were they non responsive on timeframes and service needs, he ended up with a flat tire after the car sat on their lot for a week so he then "needed" two new tires. They blamed the severe damage to the tire on a bad alignment but the tires and alignment were fine going into the appointment. Less than a year later, these "new" tires need replaced. Scam artists at their finest. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Had to wait 4 weeks to even get an appointment. Took my car there first one on the morning of My Appt. Had to call several times that day just to find out status, was told need to order parts be ready in two days. It has now been 3 days and still not ready. Never can get a loaner car. Have had to rent a car now for 4 days. Worst service ever experienced. Will never purchased a car here in the future. read more

Purchased a used (10K miles) '19 BMW X3 on May 30. Edmunds called it a Great Deal and, after a ton of comparison shopping, I couldn't find another deal to beat it. Also received Kelley Blue Book top of the price range pricing on my '14 Nissan Rogue with 100K miles. Thanks to the sales and credit staff for a great experience... read more

We just bought a new 2019 Audi A4 from Audi Washington and we couldn't be happier! John Rackley and General Manager Heyward Penn made the whole process of purchasing a new car easy and exciting from start to finish. We got the exact color and options we wanted from the large selection of vehicles that Audi Pittsburgh and Audi Washington had in stock. We were treated with courtesy and respect, something I have found in short supply at other auto dealerships. Combine this with the great deal I got made the decision to buy a simple one. read more

I recently had my car in for tire and rim repair. Was told the morning I dropped it off that it would be done the next day. I was told there were no loaners available for two weeks so I did not have a car. I never got a call the next morning so I called in at noon and was told the tire didn't come in that it wouldn't be done until the following day. The following day again I had to call in around noon to find out the status of my car. Once again was told the tire didn't come in that morning. The lady I had been speaking with that answers the phone said there was a possibility it could come on the afternoon delivery around 3:00. I had been trying to make arrangements for transportation due to being in a wedding out of town that weekend. Told her I would just have to pick it up on Monday and expressed my frustrations about the lack of communication from the service department. She seemed concerned and understood my position and said she would email the issue to to manager. At 2:30 that day they called and said my car was done after I had already left for the wedding. Had they called me as soon as the tire came in which seems to have not been long after I called to ask about it I could have saved a two hour round trip back to pick up my car. When I got there to pick it up Josh at the service dept who had been the person that should have called me multiple times though out this process to keep me informed did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I normally deal with Audi Pittsburgh where they have always gone above and beyond for me. As a luxury car dealership I feel basic communication to the customer about the status of their vehicle is the minimum of customer service. I was very disappointed and even though the Washington location is much more convenient for me to get to I will not be a returning customer and will let other friends and family know about my experience. read more

I'll be honest here ever since this place became #1 Cochran it has went way down hill. #1 Cochran is the #1 rip off in the Washington/ Pittsburgh region. Over the course of years of having shit service and salesmen that think they are gods, my experience at AUDI #1 COCHRAN set me over the edge. I went to the parts dept asked for an oil filter and drain plug. I was the only person at the desk and I was in there for 25mins. Ultimately they price of the drain plug was marked up 40%. I priced out the part at other Audi dealers and the was the last straw. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER #1 COCHRAN STORE AS LONG AS I LIVE. read more

I highly recommend Washington Audi for any car buyer. My brand specialist was Justin. I can't speak highly enough about Justin. He provided the best customer service experience I have ever had in a dealership. He is passionate about his job and it shows. He went above and beyond to satisfy my purchasing needs from meeting my budget goal to getting the right color and interior Audi A4 I requested. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The team at Audi Washington is awesome! They help each other out. While Justin had to step away to take care of an important matter, Chris took over who answered all my questions about certain functions in my Audi. I appreciated Chris' precise explanation that helped me understand which button does what. Finally, I cannot forget to mention Paul in financing. What a nice personality! Surprisingly, we shared the same heritage that bonded us even more. The car buying experience that I dreaded at first, ended up being the most pleasant experience in my life thanks to Justin, Chris and Paul. Way to go team Washington Audi! read more
