Offers a 30 day, 1000 mile warranty. Does not honor the warranty. Consider yourself warned.

Realized after we bought it that it sat noticeably higher than other Tahoes. Turns out that it had an aftermarket lift installed. It never should have been sold as Certified with any aftermarket modifications. They removed the lift but the vehicle has had shudder and vibration intermittently since we got it. Several trips to their service department and they "can't reproduce the problem " and claim there is no problem with the vehicle. This is our fifth Chevy/GMC full size SUV and I have driven several other new vehicles. I know what is normal and abnormal vehicle behavior. Also, they told us that two maintenance visits were included. When we took the vehicle for the prescribed maintenance, only the oil change and tire rotation was covered. They charged $60 for a cabin filter that was part of the manufacturer maintenance schedule. DON'T BUY FROM WASHINGTON CHEVROLET.

Didn't even make it home and had warning lights come on saying their is a brake issue and do not drive it. Had it towed to our local Mazda dealership because we obviously could not drive it back to PA. Been sitting at our local dealership for over a week with no end in sight. Bud Baer refused to take the car back, and refused to even compensate us for our issues. Jen the sales manager is a complete joke and the manager Greg is even a bigger clown. They got our money and gave us a big "f#@k you". Don't believe their ads stating how they are a family dealership and take care of their customers. They don't care about anything but getting the sale. Avoid this dealership and any other ones they own. Their poor reviews speak for themselves.

After contacting service, the parts department ordered a part. I noticed it didn't look like the one in my car, so it turned out the reservoir for a 4 cylinder 2.5L was discontinued. This is in a 2019 Buick Lacrosse, only 6 years old! Budd Baer wanted $300 for a $30 used part and an additional $180 to install (it's a few minute job). I was able to find one myself and had another garage install. So I paid a total of $60 for part and installation versus $480 plus, from the dealership I bought the car from. Please be aware if you have this same car, this part is not available from GM or any aftermarket company. You have to find a used one or basically junk your car. I couldn't afford to do that. Thanks Budd Baer!

Called them 1 hour beforehand to say was coming to see car and I'd be a little late. They said that was fine, come on in. The didn't say car was sold. Drove an hour to get there. Waited for salesman 1/2 hour. Yet they didn't say car was sold. Spent 1/2 hour talking with salesman who asked about the cars I have, financing, my credit rating, .... Finally said we're getting ahead of ourselves and I just want to test drive car. Yet again, didn't say car was sold. Waited another 1/2 hour for him to get the keys. He comes back and tell me bad news and good news. The car I wanted was sold but he had another car, but the one he tried to sell me was $17,000 more. The same car I went to see is still on their website. I guess to dupe other unsuspecting consumers looking to buy a car. Highly unethical dealership. Will be staying away. Ironically, I did buy a car from them years earlier and they were fine. Will be disregarding any positive ratings they have as they've clearly changed. They ended up wasting 3 hours of my day. Not to mention time I spent online, another hour, looking at their website. Not a way I wanted to start a relationship with a dealer. But clearly, they are not to be trusted. Suspect the Mercedes dealership is the same.

They charge an outrageous amount for a hold on the ev charger off your card which is $50 but then the machine don't work the first 3 times and it still takes $50 kevery time you swipe that card oh and it won't be back on for 48hrs. This place is a ripoff, any other chargers take maybe $25 and they put it right back if it isn't that much to charge. They don't hold it for days and days. And to take a $50 hold every time it's swiped because the machine is messed up is just wrong. If it wasn't charging why did they take $150 and I get told oh it will take 24-48hrs to go back on and that's wrong because it took over a week last time this happened and the reason I haven't been back till now. This place sucks, I won't be using these ever again and I sure as heck wouldn't buy a car here if this is the kind of carp they pull with people just using the ev chargers. I guess I won't be buying food the next 24-48hrs because Washington ford is holding $150 of mine for a charge that cost $14. I will be calling the bank and seeing if this would be fraud charges because that is just insane. If you need an EV charger don't bother giving them a dime there is ones right up the road at Hyundai that don't even take a hold off your card let alone have it mess up so they can take $150 and keep it collecting interest for days and days and days. Imagine how much they'd rip you off if you bought a car here.

Later on, I was rear ended and the local body shop sent my car to Budd Baer for a lift gate control module and backup camera replacement. My vehicle was there for 5 months waiting for the module on back order. I can understand this. What is interesting is the body shop couldn't get ahold of the service department or get a call back. When they finally picked up the phone, it turns out the part was at the shop and my vehicle was at the shop, but the part was NOT in my vehicle at the shop. They forgot the car was in their lot until I called them. Put the part in and went to pick up my car, but they didn't replace the backup camera and blamed the body shop. Regardless of what actually happened between the body shop and service department (because these groups seem to always blame each other), the vehicle was there for 6 months and was never put into reverse? They had to move the vehicle to pull it into the shop and determine it needed the lift gate module. My main request was for the camera to be fixed in the first place. The manager, Brandon, did well by me and got me into a loaner car while they took an additional week to put in the camera. I want to give a fair review, so this is based on pricing (when purchasing a vehicle), time, quality, communication, and experience.

From start to finish, the team was friendly, patient, and dialed in. Brian, the GM, set the tone right away, straightforward, no nonsense, and genuinely focused on helping. And Deshaun in Finance made the paperwork part painless (which almost feels illegal, finance is never supposed to be that smooth). No pressure. No games. No hours-long back-and-forth. Just honest people doing their jobs really well. If every dealership operated the way Washington Hyundai does, car buying wouldn't have the bad reputation it does. I'll definitely be back, and I'm sending friends their way, too.

I have reported many issues w my car and told they are fine. But the last one was the worse. I had a code, so I took it in. It was an oil consumption issue. I did all they asked of me to get a new engine. It was denied, as out if warranty, but I had 99k when they began claim. They reopened the case, but never called me back for months. Finally I took my car to the dealer and it was making a knocking sound, like it was going to blow and had engine light on for days. They would not run code and told me my car was fine to drive home- 1 hr away. They also approved me for the final step before I could get a new engine. They were to call me the next day to set up appt for 1st week of Dec. After I left dealer, I went to valvoline and got an oil change. They said my engine was messed up and I should go to dealer- to which I said I just left. They were shocked they let me leave with my car that bad. It was a hazard to me and everyone around me as it could die at any minute. I bought a new car as the engine blew in the one hyundai sold me, as I was waiting for them to replace it. And Im still waiting for that call to schedule the last step- and its 12/26. They didn't listen to me or call me back and let me drive away in a car with a messed up engine and multiple codes.
