Went to another dealer for Ford Mustang service. Asked to have all my fluids flushed they told me wasn't due. Went Washington ford and they do what you ask. See neither of them knew I was preparing it for storage. Don't tell me what manufacturer recommends just do what I ask. Thank you Washington ford you always just do what I ask and don't try to nail me with unnecessary repairs. They are flexible and courteous. don't know why I tried different ford garage. read more

Sorry for long review but worth the read before going to this nightmare of a dealership. Drove 1.5 hours to this dealership to look at a "certified " ford SUV after a long day at work. I asked 3 times before coming to be sure it was indeed certified. After getting there they tell us the car is not actually certified and it was a mistake by them, after talking they said they would certify it for us. We let is slide and went home planning to pick It up after the inspection 2 days later. While filling out the financing info they call us and say it cant be certified because the air bags have gone off before. Frustrated we asked what they could do for us or how they could make it right. They said we could pick another vehicle and they would give us their best price on it. We found another SUV very similar with less miles, it was the closest to the original one we found but 4000 more! We call and they say they would only do $150 off and nothing more. That alone was insulting after the false information but we decided to fill out the application and get some numbers worked out before we drove up there again. Everything was together on the dealers standpoint so they said, so we made the 1.5 hour trip up there again excited to leave with our new car. Not 30 seconds after sitting at the sales mans desk he says we have a problem. There was an issue with the financing that they assured us several times was not going to be a problem until we got there... again. After screwing up not once but twice they would do nothing to try and make it right. Sales manager kevin McCory was extremely greety and disrespectful stating " im going to sell the car weather its to you or someone else" they asked if they could do anything to help for such the inconvenience, free oil change?, gas card ?, anything to make getting this SUV from them worth it after being pushed around and lied too wasting our time and gas on several occasions and he would do nothinggg. The salesmen/managers were unorganized with their info and delivered the worst customer experience ive ever had at a dealership. After this experience we left and I never plan to return as well as my friends and family members who are faithful ford customers. Nightmare of a car experience. I look forward to giving our business to literally anyone else!!! They do not care about customer satisfaction what so ever! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!!! I paid way to much for my car even after the song and dance that they only had $1000.00 in to it. I tried to trade it back in after 2 months and they wanted me to take a $4,000 loss. Ignorant read more

I've bought three cars here and each time, it was as pain-free as it could possibly be. I no longer live in Washington County, but I still come back, and I send friends here. I've also had service work done, and each time, they've stood behind their work. read more

I was fortunate to have Tim Hurd work with me. No pressure to sell a vehicle, in comparison to another Ford dealership in the South Hills. After a little this and that, we completed the deal. I like my new truck! read more

This is an unethical dealership. We talked to a sales guy about the Ford Transit Connect, and inquired about specific colors and packages. He would never tell us exactly where any vehicle was located and asked us to tell us what offer we would make. We asked for info about MSRP and gave him info about our trade. He went back and forth for powwows with associates, none of whom included us, tried to unload an older model, etc., all the while asking us for an offer. We made one and he then came back and said: We are a one price store." That is posted NOWHERE and he specifically asked us for an offer, to tell him what another dealer had said they could do. We wasted half an hour and left feeling slimed by Washington Ford. read more

My fiance recently purchased a C-Max from Washington Ford this week and we had the best service from salesman, Gary Lewis. Mr. Lewis was very patient and friendly while helping my fiance and I explore different vehicle options. He was also very knowledgeable about the different cars and could explain each of their technology features and warranty options. This made our car-buying experience 100x easier and stress-free. Mr. Lewis even gave us an amazing price on the C-Max, below KBB. Before we drove away with the C-Max, Mr. Lewis went above and beyond by helping us set up the blue tooth. I will never purchase a Ford from another dealership (or salesman, hopefully!) again. If you go to Washington Ford, ask for Gary Lewis!! read more

Just purchased an Escape here. Staff was good to deal with. If you are interested in any type of Ford, they have a huge selection of everything. I would recommend trying here when buying. read more

I have had nothing but good experiences with Washington Ford. I have purchased two quality newer preowned vehicles off leases. My F150 was seeming to have a transmission leak and of course my warranty was going to expire in less than a week. I live 50 miles from Washington so I talked to my local dealer Day Ford (terrible service) to have it looked at. Day told me I have to wait 6-8 weeks for a transmission specialist to look at it and at that point I would no longer have. warranty. So I called Washington Ford and they took my truck that night and everything was resolved. read more

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 Crew Cab on February 13, 2016. Two weeks later we had the truck back at the shop due to a thumping noise in the tail gate which was a bushing. They replace the bushing. On March 22nd we had it back at the shop for a ticking in the front. The service technician heard the noise and said to us to return if the noise got worse. Well the noise got louder and the truck started to leak. On April 7th the truck was towed back to the shop. Now at this point I have not even made a second truck payment. I was told that the truck needed a coolant hose and since we didn't take the extended warranty we would be responsible for the part. Even though the truck was certified and still had the original warranty still on it. After talking to several people and complaining they covered the parts but not the hundred dollar deductible which I thought was ridiculous. After two days we finally picked up the truck and brought it home to finding when we got home the noise was still there. We made an appointment with another Ford dealer and just got a call that it needs another part. Our truck will be ready for pick up tomorrow and the part was covered under warranty. Washington Ford was very rude, unprofessional and I will never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. Customer service should be your number one priority and it definitely was not Washington Fords. read more

Bad experience with this dealership and salesperson Richard Wyncoop. I drove 200+ miles to buy a one year old vehicle with 800 miles on the odometer that was in "perfect condition" according to Mr. Wyncoop. I asked him to walk around the vehicle, inspect it inside and out and report any damage of any kind to me before I made the trip. He reported none. When I arrived, I noticed the front fender had been pushed and there was damage to the trim and paint. It was very obvious and easy to see. So either this salesperson knew about it and lied to me or never bothered to look at the vehicle but told me he did which was also a lie. They did make a price adjustment for this that was supposed to cover the cost to have it repaired after I pushed them about it. Turned out it cost me more than twice that adjustment to have the work done. In hindsight, I should have just left the vehicle there and went home. I am posting this review because I think people should know about this kind of unprofessional behavior at Washington Ford. I also found it disappointing that neither Mr. Wyncoop or his sales manager offered any sort of apology for this incident. Makes me think that this is considered acceptable conduct at this dealership. read more

Took truck in for 2 problems and was unable to fix either. One problem was a noise in my steering and since they couldn't fix the problem they had me sign a paper saying i couldn't bring back in for same problem. Second problem is really simple all was needed is a center cap for a wheel. Two months later still waiting on center cap. Maybe Ford doesn't understand what bumper to bumper warrany means or they just don't care about customer service not sure but either way won't be buying anything at that dealership. read more

I bought a $40k Certified Pre-Owned 2016 F150 Platinum, 1 week after i buy it, me and a friend notice some uneven body lines ont eh front end, hood, fender, and bumper. Upon further investigation, the truck was hit bad in the front right corner, the truck has Taiwan replacement Headlight, you can see damage on the radiator support, the body bolts have all been removed. The dealership will not help whatsoever. Ford won't help, they keep saying its a Dealer problem. I lave messages for all the managers with no call back. The truck was suppose to have gone through a CPO inspection, they refuse to give me the report from it, pre delivery checklist shows the truck had floor mats but it didn't, so how was it certified if that is part of the certification process? This all leads one to believe the truck was never put through the inspection process and just pushed through to make the certified pre-owned sale. Never again will i buy a Ford from this experience. I've never seen such refusal to help a customer from any management. This truck was suppose to be accident free which is part of the certification process. Now i have a Platinum f150 with previous accident damage, and no one to help. Thanks Washington Ford! read more

If you want a dealership that will take care of you when times are good AND bad this is not the place to go. I recently purchased a car from them in February 2017. This is is the 4th car I have purchased from them in 10 years. You would think I was a "valued" customer. Obviously not. The car that was sold to me ended up being a lemon .In the past 10 months my car spent over 9 weeks in the service department since July for warranty work. I understand these things can happen. The dealership has no control over the mechanics of my car but they certainly control the experience and how I am treated throughout the ordeal The General Manager has no understanding of customer service. He certainly does not know how to be empathetic to his customers and make them feel like their patronage is important to him. He is the face of his dealership and to be told by him that in essence I should be thankful he provided a loaner vehicle for me is absurd. He went on to say that Ford manufactures the cars and his dealership only services them. He would do what he could for me but his options were limited. Not one time did he ever say, "I'm terribly sorry this is not going well. I will do everything I can to make to correct the situation." I will never purchase another vehicle from them. Customer retention is clearly not a focus of this dealership. read more

So to start this off I have bought one vehicle from them in the past. The compeny I work for sends our fleet to them for service and Kevin K. is our service advisor and the only one I will ever talk to. Back in July I was in the market for a new Mustang GT so I was going to give them a shot. Went in and talked to the salesman I bought my vehicle in the past and told him what I was looking for. Was told that in a couple weeks they should have some in but didn't know and took down my name and number I will call you when something comes in. No let's sit down and order one or anything NOTHING. So the next week I called back to see if there was any progress if he knew of any coming in. Because I had financing lined up with my credit union. Told him that I had a check and was ready to pull the trigger on a car his response what " well what kinda check do you have?" And I told him he said I will call you right back. Never received that phone call. So I drove to Baltimore to pick up my new car. The parts dept is a bunch of rude a**holes always seem like it's a hindrance for them to do their job. Asked them if they could get in Ford Performance Parts cause I wanted to order a set of hood struts for the car. The guys laughed and said nope sure can't. I guess they are to good to take my money and that is fine cause my fleet and my self will go elsewhere. read more

I would not recommend dealing with these people. During a recent visit to purchase a car with my girlfriend, she was harassed and intimidated by the salesman and sales manager. I informed the sales manager that I didnt appreciate the hard ass sales tactics, The sales manager at that point threatened me! I mean seriously. Is this really the way to sell cars? What if this had been your girlfriend, wife, sister, mother, aunt uncle niece? When I called the GM of this place, he defended and praised the sales manager. Needless to say, we did purchase the vehicle my girlfriend wanted at another dealer, paid cash $23,000 for the vehicle. Why we as humans accept the behavior of morons such as this company is beyond me. This is also why Facebook should have a dislike button. Obviously, your company has such great prices, and sells more cars than anybody on the planet, but you lost this one fools! One thing I have learned in 35 years of being in sales, never, ever, judge people by what you see and perceive. Old saying, if you want to sell, ask, don't tell. read more

They sold me a vehicle that had been in a wreck that was never disclosed to me!! Now they say they will not help me get out of it. I have had the car in the shop for major repairs 11 times in the 17 months I have owned it!!!! It was also towed 6 of those times! It was a 2006 Jeep Gran Cherokee with 44,000 miles...yea its totally normal for it to constantly break down! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Once they get you in they will sell you anything! Now my car just randomly shuts down while driving putting my family in danger..yet again! read more

One of the worst experiences we have had. They lost a sale on a $50,000.00 + truck because they tried to offer an insulting price for an immaculate trade. We were offered below the blue book value for a base 2012 GMC Sierra for a GMC Black Ops edition by Tuscany. We will be taking our $50,000.00 to a different, more reputable dealer. These people are crooks who will not benefit from our hard earned money. Your loss Washington Ford, I'll make sure I tell everyone I know. read more

I purchased my first Ford from this dealer. In my 50 years of owning cars i have owned Toyota's, several Gmc cars, Volkswagon, Hyndai, and a Nissan. I have taken several them in for warranty service and were never charged for the service until this dealer. The check engine light came on and they could not find a problem. They cleared the check engine light and charged me $100 for the "warranty " service. I was told if it happened again I would be refunded the money and it would be repaired . I asked why I was being charged they said they had to get their money from somewhere. I suggested Ford since it is Ford's warranty. They said they wouldn't do that. I said it's not my problem where you get your money on a warranty issue. I am thinking they did fix something because they had to clear the check engine light because it won"t go out unless the problem is fixed. I wrote Ford and not surprisingly they sided with the dealer. That was my first and last Ford and I will tell everyone I meet f my experience with Ford and this dealer. At Ford they have a different definition of warranty. read more

really poor dealership to go to; incompetance starting from the general manager to the service manager to the technician who worked on my vechile; technician disregarded ford factory protocol for diagnosing problem with my diesel ford pickup costing thousands extra $$$$ for unnecessary work/parts; general manager more more concerned about dealership's 'honer/intergrity' than trying to solve blatant problems with the situation, procedures and the staff; in the end they felt no remorse with my $5000.00 bill!! read more
