Peter K.P "Fusion Roll"~ Amazing, the fish is both flavorful & fresh, paired well with their cream cheese!! Served with seared ahi tuna!

On Wednesday my boyfriend, daughter and I decided to stop in for dinner since it was a hot night and we didn't feel like cooking. I ordered the Peter K.P "Fusion Roll." This was one amazing roll, the fish was both flavorful and very fresh and paired well with their delicious cream cheese!! Not to mention it's served with perfectly seared ahi tuna, covered in a addicting sauce!! Seriously order this roll and thank me later, I can see why both Sacramento and Style magazine rated them the best sushi in the region!! I would highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back, it's close to home and our server was amazing! They have been in business since 1999 and honestly I'm surprised the stars for this sushi restaurant aren't higher! We will definitely be back to work our way through their extensive menu! Support local! #stopsasianhate

My best friend and I came here to share a roll. We ordered the carmichael roll, pepperfin and a miso soup each. The poor waitress had to walk away when taking our order as she was coughing. My friend was a little put off by that. The roll was great with the appropriate amount of sauce. The pepperfin was fresh and tasty The miso was lite, I did have to add soy sauce to season it a bit. They also do no skimp on the ginger and wasabi. I will be coming back as the prices are good. I think that a sober experience there may change my mind about the overall appeal to the food, atmosphere and staff health.

    Teriyaki Chicken $24 :(

I ordered their Teriyaki chicken (To Go) and was a little disappointed . Portion was small for what I paid for. I paid almost $24. I thought maybe for that price it must be good!!! Nope, it was MEH!!! I wouldn't go back. Sorry....

SOS and Peter KP roll. Hard to even differentiate from the 2.

What are the prices for this restaurant?

It varies depending what you get. Some things are pretty cheap there for appetizers. And the rolls aren't to bad either.

Our usual family of four was a family of three for the evening and this was the restaurant we chose. Boy did family member number four miss out! The service was impeccable from the moment that we walked in. That includes being greeted right away. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive and on top of the details. We ordered some pretty standard items off the menu to please everyone-vegetable chow mein, lemon chicken and pot stickers. Even though these might sound like boring dishes, they actually came out with such flair! The presentation on the dishes were gorgeous. They tasted amazing as well. I love the lighting of the restaurant. It gave it such a chill vibe. It's on a very busy street but you've never know it once you walk in it kind of feels like you are more tucked away in a smaller neighborhood.. I'm definitely looking forward to the next visit where I can try some more items like their Korean short ribs, I'd love to try some of their Curry's and a lot more of their chef specials!

As a Taiwanese person, I was very curious and intrigued by the Indo-Chinese dishes on the menu. The shop was quiet and clean, there was only one other family there during our lunch. So we got seated and placed our order right away. There were several large screen TVs in the dining area playing various shows. One was displaying beautiful sceanaries from the Himalayas and that captured my attention for the longest time. Soon our food came. We ordered the steamed Chicken Momos, the Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Naan and they all looked very good. We liked the curry, and the momos were fun to eat. It's a bit different but also very similiar to a Chinese bao. The Momo has much thiner skin and the filling tasted slightly different from a plain meat bao. To me, it feels kinda like a larger version of a soup dumpling without the pool of the broth inside. Needless to say, I found myself studying the momos while stuffing them into my mouth as they were quite delicious and easy to eat. Oveall, we were very glad we gave Everest Chilli Pepper a try as we enjoy the food and would like to try more Indo-Chinese dishes on our next visit.
