Warranty Septic has serviced our house for decades and has always done an outstanding job. They are easy to schedule, prompt, never have a fuss, get the job done quickly, and charge reasonable amounts. What's better than that? I just had them out and, when they looked at the tank, they said "You really don't need it serviced yet. Want us to come back next year?" and then left without allowing me to pay for their time. Now, we live near them so we may be getting slightly better service than if they had to drive an hour but I expect they would still treat everyone else fairly. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had them scheduled to do a pump and inspection and had the worst encounter I've ever had with a septic company. The day of the inspection and the day after I called multiple times to give payment and when Bill finally called me back he told me he was no longer going to provide me with my report and was "done with this house" and was no longer going to finish the job. I was shocked and when I expressed how I needed this report by Sunday and that I wanted to pay him he hung up on me and that was the end of it. He tried blaming someone else for an encounter he had, which I have no idea who he spoke to because I was the only person handling this, and when I tried asking for clarification to resolve things and understand what happened I was met with aggressive and rude responses saying he was no longer going to provide me with what I booked and was ready to pay for. I needed my septic tanks flushed. They called to say they were going to be two hours early. I mentioned I would not be at home that soon. They then told me I would have to reschedule. I shouldn't have to beg anyone to keep their word, that being a scheduled appointment for one. But thats what they wanted. They are pushy and entitled. After I texted that I would leave a negative review, Mike (the owner) called me to curse me out. He said "go ahead" after a few expletives. He basically retaliated against me for a text. Shopper Beware! Warranty Septic carries attitude that might cause tears. Backstory I'm driving home from dropping off the U-Haul. My daughter, who recently had surgery on her broken knee, is waiting for Warranty Septic Tank to show up. They arrive. They walk around the house. They leave. They call me and tell me that they're "done with my business". They do not want to have anything to do with me? Huh? This family has been pumping my property in Sammamish for 25 years. Bill, the owner, and Danielle, his assistant, both tell me that my daughter is passive aggressive and they aren't doing the work? My daughter, in a wheelchair mind you, is crying so hard, she calls her mom. Her Mom calls me, and I could literally see a vein bulging from her head, she wants heads to roll. What happened? My daughter said that they left for some reason because her husband hadn't moved the car out of the way fast enough. Bill did call me and say there was a car in the driveway. It was being moved? How did this escalate? Bill was rude to me (after all these years). Rude to my daughter (that was new). Danielle said, "well, Bill wouldn't get mad like this unless there was a reason". I can't find the reason. We are the reason? A loyal customer, and a daughter who is handicapped in a chair from a knee surgery. What is the story here. So, I've talked to everyone who was there, even Bill, and even Danielle over the phone. I believe my daughter was confused about why he left, why he didn't ring the doorbell to talk to her, and why he was so irate. My daughter was scared, hurt, and reasonable. By the way, she is a Naturopathic Doctor (5 year Medical Degree) and Professor. Her thoughts are on wellness and human kindness. Warranty - I'm not sure what is going on there. All because the customer asked, why didn't you ring the doorbell to announce your arrival? That's passive aggressive? No I don't think so. In a world where unity matters, where quality is hard to find, where people are pent up and need money, why did this unprofessional experience occur? Why would the owner of a company abuse a customer, over words? I'd say a Warranty is bad company that needs this story told, politely, dispassionately, and truthfully. Bill and Danielle. Wow, Just Wow... I have known Bill for probably 20 years. Having used Bill a few times in the past I called his office and spoke with Linda about septic service. I honestly cannot recall a time that I have been treated with such condescending, obnoxious, arrogant, disrespective behavior. The tank at our home hadn't been pumped in 19 years. It was a great relief to learn that the leach field hadn't been compromised. Bill pumped the tank quickly, efficiently and answered all our questions. He's a straight shooter and pretty funny guy, too. Linda in the office is equally great. I'm sorry but the company was not able to do the work so I can't give any stars. They apparently have a really big truck and can not make the turn on my driveway. which admittedly is fairly tight but I have a tundra with a 22' travel trailer that seem to have no problem. I have never had a septic until this house and I dug up the hole but apparently there are two holes. the truck driver just got out the hospital so he couldn't dig it up. Also, when I made the apt the person on he phone told me they could do the work without an "as-built" drawing (it's a king county thing) but the driver said he cant do it with the drawing. I'm sure they have been nice enough and they did apologize but now I have to get some other King County approved septic company. read more

I don't normally like to post negative reviews on referrals free other realtors but our experience with Bill from Warranty Septic was miserable! He was extremely unprofessional, condescending and unprepared. He has no knowledge of using King County's online recording system. He showed up unprepared and did not complete the job. I thought I was due for a tank cleaning, so I contacted Warranty Septic as they did the cleaning here last time when I bought the house. The lady on the phone walked me through digging out my covers, and even followed up later when I had questions. When the truck finally came out, the owner took a look at my tank and informed me that I'm not actually in need of service. Even when I double-checked, he still said it wasn't necessary for another two years. He basically talked me out of paying him ~$500 for the service. It's uncommon these days to come across honest people, especially honest business people. I would say this company is a rare gem! read more

This business deserves no stars, but apparently that isn't an option. I would never recommend anyone use this company. Bill is incredibly inconsiderate and clueless on customer service. When I called to schedule to have our septic pumped, the lady who answered the phone was nice and answered my questions. I informed her that our septic had not been pumped for 19 years. Bill arrived on time (5 minutes early) and dug out the two lids. We thought we had uncovered the lid, but we didn't. Close though! When asked how long it had been since it had been pumped, I informed him it had been 19 years. I guess the office lady did not inform him of this? I told him I was nervous it may have affected the drain field. He said it appeared to be in working condition. He was able to finish the job and when it was time to pay, he refused to take the coupon I had printed off the website. He actually scoffed at my giving him the coupon I printed off his website and said he wouldn't take it because the septic had not been pumped for 19 years and it took longer than usual. The fine print doesn't say anything of the sort. He was condescending to me only after he learned it had been 19 years since it had been pumped. So, while he got the job done and was timely. I will not be using Warranty Septic again. I will be taking my business to one with better customer service. It's too bad. I picked Warranty Septic because I want to support local business. But maybe he has enough business and doesn't feel the need to have good customer service skills. read more

Two weeks ago we were referred to Warranty Septic by a Septic Tank Repair and Installation Company. We contacted Warranty Septic and scheduled to have our septic tank pumped out on a Wed. The gentleman informed us of the charge and added that it would cost an addition $120 per hour if they had to dig to find the two ports. We spent a significant amount of time digging and were only able to locate one of the ports. When Warranty showed up, they said they didn't have time to dig out the other port that day and rescheduled to come back out on Friday. We resumed digging and uncovered most of the tank. On Friday they called and asked if we had found the 2nd port. My husband explained that he was fairly certain he would find it before they arrived as most of the tank was exposed. The guy from Warranty said he had been digging all morning and wasn't interested in doing any more digging that day. My husband tried to explain that he was certain he was right on top of it and confident he would uncover it before they arrived and the guy hung up on him mid sentence! As it turns out the 2nd port was uncovered within 5 minutes. We called another septic company, Gary Smith Septic 425-226-8076. They were out in about 1 hour and were courteous and reasonably priced. I guess Warranty Septic has enough business, at least enough where good customer service isn't really necessary. Frankly, I can't remember a time when I've looked to hire someone and they actually hung up on me. As an aside, they haven't even bothered to call back. I also plan to call the referral company to fill them in on our Warranty Septic Experience. read more
