However, the concerns raised in my original review remain unresolved. Since posting the review, my partner has received several calls from your company regarding reduced payment. Each time, she asked about details behind the adjusted invoice and contract and not receiving those, she directed the caller to contact me directly. Yet despite your public statement that you wanted to address our concerns, no one has reached out to me. Since last Thursday, we have contacted your office two separate times requesting clarification and an itemized breakdown. On each occasion, we were told someone would call back, but those callbacks never occurred. Kayleigh, your response speaks to addressing concerns and improving the customer experience, but that has not reflected our experience. The outstanding questions remain unanswered, promised follow-ups have not happened, and multiple attempts have been made to charge the card on file while we are still seeking basic information about the invoice. To be clear, we have never disputed that XX payment is owed, nor was our concern that the repair attempt was unsuccessful. Our concern has always been the lack of transparency regarding the charges and the repeated failure to follow through on promised communication. After failing our septic inspection last fall, it took nearly six months to get the project approved and installed. We were under pressure to complete the work this spring so we could list and sell our home as planned. We received four bids and chose A Advanced Services because they offered the best value. I had the septic tank alarm and called the company for inspection. I can't believe I have paid $8894.03 upon their requests, and am being asked to pay more to make it total $10K. 1. They said the tank needed to be pumped, and charged me $1376.42; 2. Then they said the tank pumper needs to be replaced, and charged me $1763.43 3. After that, they said the issue was not fixed and said the upstairs pipeline was clogged. It turned out the pipeline was OK and nothing was wrong. But they charged me $459.90 4. Instead, they said the drain pipeline needs to be cleaned. And they charged me $5294.30 5. That's totally $8894.03 So far they haven't told me if the issue has been fixed or not, and if the septic tank system is fully working or not, but kept asking me to pay another $851.91, which was for a guy to come onsite on 1st day and call me that he had made the trip but could not do anything before the tank was pumped. The company said originally that they could waive the charge if I chose to replace the tank pumper. After all of the above I have the reasons to believe that the whole process was a scam and they just ripped off me. It could happen to you in future, so be cautious. I think it is necessary to file complaints to AGO, UTS, and more for the company to make proper corrections. read more

An honest review for anyone that is planning to contact this company for work that needs to get done. At this point I've stopped trying to contact them to repair anything they've already touched since I have realized they're a bunch of up sellers/scammers and I've been in contact with the BBB to shut these people down. You've been warned. I highly do not recommend you have these people come out. I think we've been charged roughly 2,000 dollars so far and the only they've done is misdiagnose the entire thing and try to upsell me on a job that I didn't need. This must be the only way they're staying in business. I was originally told by them I needed a new power line dug into the ground because I wasn't getting enough contact to my grinder pump. Mind you these are plumbers, not electricians. I actually have a 15 min video of the technician (Josiah) recorded telling us verbatim he isn't an electrician, yet at the same time he's doing electrical work without a permit it seems like and hacking my septic panel up. His solution was to run a 110 extension cord above ground to get it to temporarily work. (Not to code, super illegal) It never turned on again after he touched it. My next step was to call an actual electrician I know personally. He comes out and within minutes recommends I check my grinder pump. Turns out that was all it was. So I contact a different plumbing company to come out and replace just that. It literally works exactly the way it was suppose to using the exact same line under ground that didn't have proper "contact". I tried contacting A Advanced Septic for about a week asking them to come back and put all my electrical stuff back to the way it was before they touched it. It was currently turning on manually. Which was fine for the time being since at least we could get it to work and drain our septic system. Finally after a week and me verbally cussing them out, I was contacted back by "Andrew" who was the operations manager on duty that day and he would get someone to come to my house immediately to put it back to the way it was. Of course they send out another plumber. NOT AN ELECTRICAN. Here is where it gets really interesting. So you have one plumber (Andrew) whos talking to the first plumber(Josiah) who originally hacked up my entire septic system control panel and they're trying to figure out how to put it back to the way it was before but NEITHER OF THEM ARE ELECTRICANS. I don't know what he ends up doing for the hour he's "working" on it but he left my manually working grinder pump NOT working after he was done and continues to claim that I need a need a new power line dig into the ground. - I call the same electrician that previously diagnosed the grinder pump up and ask him to look over my panel and within seconds he sees they've PURPOSELY cut the wires short so there was hardly any contact to my septic panel. This was done maliciously and on purpose. What was suppose to be a simple grinder pump was turned into an upsell job that was 5-6K+ and I have all the documentation of it. Before and after pictures or before they tampered with my panel and after. Andrew the operations manager reached back out to me and kept stressing the fact that they would put it all back and make it look like "they we're never there to begin with" probably because they know I have all the proof to fucking bury them. Which is exactly what I intend on doing since they never came out and did anything right from the jump. This company has no integrity from the top of the chain all the way to the bottom. It's currently working on manual mode thanks to Reinhart Electric and Beacon Plumbing. That is the only reason why they do not get five stars is when we called in the day before they committed to be to our house in the morning. However, that's not Brians responsibility. Brian did excellent work and was very understanding and compassionate of the condition that our septic tank was in and the impact to our home. He was very thorough and explaining everything that he was doing, the reasoning behind the requirement and he continually updated me on the status of the project over the three hour period of time. He educated me on things that we should've been doing differently and we will certainly take his recommendations so that we won't have the same condition to our tank. Our property manager called this team out to do a regular inspection and low and behold they found problems. They insisted we needed to have our septic and storm drain system pumped as an "emergency " even though we had already done this to just the septic the year before. We paid just over $2k for this work. They then "discovered" we also needed a panel replaced (the home is 3 yrs old) and quoted us an additional $2.4k. We became very suspicious and had a different company come out who confirmed the panel was fine just a light bulb needed replacing and quoted us $400. Another company also explained to us storm systems fill up then empty out on own by design. I don't trust this company is being honest or that they fully understand how septics work with drain systems. Please get a second quote! read more

We shopped around, and got recommendations from friends. We didn't go with the cheapest, but got a good vibe when we made our first call to A Advanced. Although not an emergency, they were able to make it out the next day and did a great job not only with the pumping, but also discovered that a second was hidden beneath a portion of our concrete patio! The concrete lid was 2-feet below grade, so we had to saw out a corner of the patio to make room for another riser which will be installed later. (If Health Department Robert Scuggs' name is on your inspection, you may want to make sure he didn't miss what he missed with our system, which turned out to be a total of THREE access points that had been covered by the patio. We discovered the other two several years ago.) Anyway - We're glad that we went with A Advanced - Very nice folks who were at our home doing the work and got the job done and kept us informed throughout the whole process. read more

If you live in King County, dont call these people. They claim they can do it, they showed up, collect your money, said cant do that and double report you. RIP OFF. I m very angry with them. $300 for 15 mins and they didnt even touch a thing. They advertise Terra lift on their website so we called them. We just got our tank pumped couple days ago from a different company and we want Terra lift and they knew what we want and said they can do it. They came really quick, 10 mins they look around, my husband performed the drain test and gave them all the info. They didnt do NOTHING, didnt touch anything, didnt perform no test, and told us they CANNOT DO Terra lift because King County prohibits it. Oh Hi Hello? Then why advertise? Why came over for the Terra lift quote? They want to charge us $500 for their 15 mins of doing NOTHING? My husband was so nice to give them $300. But me? I want a refund. They didnt do nothing. They know they cant do what we need but still come out to get our money. I M FURIOUS. SERIOUSLY. The guy name Thomas who likes red is a joke. Yes. I will take me back the refund. there is a quick summary at the bottom if you want to skip the details. I have received service from this company twice. The first time I had a leak in a bathtub. They removed the drain with a Dremel since it was stuck, then they were about to leave to go to home depot to get plumber's putty, but I had some so they were able to get the part quickly replaced. Maybe this is a bit of a fluke, but that seems like a fairly basic thing to have when going to fix this kind of leak. Overall it was a positive interaction so I didn't think much of it. I recently bought a bidet on amazon. It arrived and I put it in. The problem was that I couldn't connect the toilet to the wall since the hose was a different size then the wall piece. The directions wanted me to remove the valve stem from the wall and replace it with their own. I called A Advanced because when it comes to plumbing, i would rather leave that to the professionals. I had called it a hose bibb because I just didn't know what it was called. someone called me back and asked me to explain in better detail what i needed done. I explained that the "hose bibb" needed to be replaced for me to connect my toilet and that I had the part to do it. from that conversation i received an estimate for $280.87. I was at work that day so couldn't be there, but my wife was there. The plumber that arrived worked for a while on the toilet, then went to home depot to find parts, then came back to the house and worked on it longer, then finally decided that it couldn't be done. We were charged $768.14 for nothing to get fixed. I called them to figure out what happened, I called near closing so they were not able to get a hold of anyone and it waited until the next week for me to talk to someone. I found out that the plumber never received the bag of parts, it was about 2 feet away in the sink. the same plumber came out and looked at it again, and went to home depot again. I was at work and managed to contact him while he was at home depot. I was told that the problem was with the thread depth and that there was no way to install this Chinese toilet without special ordering a part, and if I wanted him to keep working on it he was going to have to charge me more money. I declined. (Its not a Chinese toilet, the company that makes them is out of California.) At this point I was beyond frustrated. I left work early, drove home, went to home depot with the parts I needed to connect, and found a perfect fit within about 10 minutes of looking. I bought a Hex Bushing 3/4 in MIP x 1/2 in FIP for $7.75. I attached it to the included hose and then attached that to the valve stem. and everything worked. Home depot made it easy to find since both connectors were the same type. I just needed to find the appropriate brass adapter. the threads on the toilet hose are identical to the threads on a US water heater. I called A Advanced back and presented my evidence. I was asked what it would take to make this right. I asked for some of my money back. I can understand getting charged for the plumber going out to my house without a full understanding of what is going on. but at no point did he ever tell my wife that he was going way over the estimate. this is the exact response i got back. "I spoke with my COO and my foreman due to the amount of time we spent on the project we are unable to provide any sort of refund. I understand that is not something you want to hear but that is our decision." _____________________________________________ to summarize: - every time this company has come out to my house they have needed to go to Home Depot during the visit. - I was charged nearly 3 times the estimate with no work done and no warning that the bill was piling up. - the plumber was never able to install the toilet despite multiple trips to home depot - I installed the toilet with a $7 adapter i found at home depot in about 10 minutes. (I am not a plumber) - The company chose to not refund me anything If a plumbing company needs to go to home depot every time they do a house call, that is a company that is not prepared at best, and a scam company at worst. read more

BEWARE!!! A service call is per person they send out. Not just an overall service call fee. If they send 2 technicians you get charged the hourly rate x2! But they are quick and efficient every time. They'd better be. They also charge 4x the cost of a pump from Lowe's or Home Depot. Which pisses us off because we've been so happy in the past when they installed an entirely new septic system on our property. We have spent literally $50,000+ with this company. Now, we aren't sure we will use them again. We were in a desperate situation this time and didn't have time to shop around. This place is past a nightmare. I paid them just shy of $3000 and the issue is worse than it was before. My septic control panel froze in the deep freeze this winter. I called this place in an emergency state (worst decision maybe I have ever made). I specifically told them on the phone it was a panel issue, the panel needs replacement. They sent out guys to pump the tank instead first? These guys did nothing but wash a filter and charge me $325 for a service call. Then they tell me the electricians will show up in a couple days or whenever they can. Next, the electricians show up the following week and say you need a new panel, and they tried charging me an extra $250 service call fee again on top of the $2,101 total to replace the panel. I miraculously was able to get that waived but paid the $2,101 to have them replace the control panel and switch (second mistake on my part). After the panel was installed, I was thinking thank God I'm done with them, but no. The panel horn sounds off now every time I use the water. Horn sounding off all day and night long. Fortunately, I learned fast how to disable the horn. Here comes the third mistake. I called them back requesting to confirm the scope of work was handled accurately and to have them check to make sure the panel is installed correctly and to fix the alarm/horn issue, free of cost of course. My previous panel certainly did not have this issue sounding off all the time. They said yes but once again tried to charge me another $250 service call fee, I once again miraculously was able to get that waived. The electricians show up and now say I need new floats which will cost $550, interesting they did not say this when they installed the panel? I agree like an idiot, they install the floats (allegedly), they say it looks good and leave. Less than one hour after they left, the panel horn/alarm starts blaring again.
