What's more, to make sure everything was well and truly addressed, the boss himself stopped by on his way to a birthday party to offer a little oversight, hands-on assistance, and some on-the-job staff training. Sterling ended up pumping my tanks, which was fine, but there was no charge for the extra service call, which was even better, and everything was resolved by 6:00 PM. Will be using them again! Update: Before they arrived, I removed 12 screws from my 3 risers to give them easy access. After they left, I wanted to put the screws back. Not only did they put the lids back (like any service would do), but they took the time to align the holes exactly like they'd found them. Made it so much easier for me to put the screws back in.
