This company is horrible. They took 10 MONTHS to do a job (new system) and then after screwing up numerous times, they said they're finished with only a few inches of sand covering all the pipes. I had this company come out for a pumping and inspection of my system last year (2016). When I returned home, they had dug 2 3' holes in my yard, and damaged my fence getting the machine through. My system had failed, which is not the issue. The fact that they had not called to even ask for my permission to perform this work, which is outside the scope of what I hired them for, is the really issue. They then had the absolute nerve to charge me $500 for using the machine, which I didn't even authorize. This, to me, is fraud and criminal trespass. When I filed a BBB complaint (who are a complete joke) they refused my refund. This company is fraudulent and an utter disgrace. The staff is impossible to reach and rude. We hired AA American Septic to do the pump out and inspection on our home sale. While the workers who came out were friendly and did a fine job, the office staff is unprofessional and does not follow through. 2 weeks after the service was provided and paid in full, they had not filed the required paperwork with the county. When we called, we were basically told "oops" we'll get it done. this is delaying our home closing and they could not care less. Avoid! I purchased a property with 2 septic systems. AA American showed up (2 hours late) and pumped both systems, then performed the required stress test. Both systems failed the stress-test. I know a bit about septic systems so I personally repaired both systems, then called AA American back to re-test. Their inspector came back out (1 hour late this time), tested both systems and they both passed the stress test. I thought I was good to go at this point, but the owner of AA American, Fred Casebolt refused to issue the OSS Report to the County. He was upset that I completed my own repairs and not him. He said would only certify the systems if I dug up all of my work so he could personally inspect it, and that he would require a 1-hour stress test instead of the typical 15-minute test. My realtor finally persuaded him to file a report with the County. His report indicated that both systems failed and that the systems had not been pumped. He failed to mention that his company pumped both tanks and that his employee performed successful second stress tests. Fortunately for me, I had photos of my work which I shared with the County Inspector who was comfortable with the quality of the work. I seldom write reviews, but the lack of professionalism and unwarranted and outright vindictiveness of this owner needs mentioning. read more

This company was both prompt and very customer oriented. Without even setting an appointment the girl on the phone sent me the drawings for my system. When the Inspecter came out (Kurt Warner) he explained everything as he was performing the tests. I figured no matter what they would sell me on needing to get pumped but Kurt was honest and said we had to check the levels first and said nope, you are good for probably 2 more years saving me a bunch while trying to sell my house. We recently bought a house with a brand new septic system that AA American Septic was contracted to install. It was a BIG job during the worst conditions. Their team, from installers to office staff to management, was professional and timely throughout the installation. Now that it is installed, there is an insidious (we suspect electrical) problem that's causing our audible alarm to go off at odd hours, while the system is working exactly as designed. While that may seem like a reason for a negative review, quite the contrary! I decided to write this as my husband just got off the phone with one of their managers who gave us his personal number so we could call him to talk through the status of their team's research into the problem "at anytime that was convenient for us" tonight. They have sent their best people out here many times, have reached out to the designer of this type of system as it's fairly new and "robust" for lack of a better word, and have been proactive and very friendly through every step as they pursue the root of the problem. I'm confident they'll find it and resolve it promptly because they've certainly shown they're committed! Update: We had to go direct to the maker of the LowFlow Oscar septic system, who responded to our inquiry in less than 12 hours. Our problem is scheduled to be resolved by the maker of the system so I'm downgrading AA American Septic as I was able to find a resolution to our problem before they were. read more

AA American septic stole $9,075.00 from us. We hired them for a new septic install for a new house that is being built and asked us for a downpayment. Once we were ready for them we found out that the business closed months ago and they never told us. Do not trust these people Fred Casebolt, Erin Perkins, and Ej McDaniel. Terrible experience. Our septic needs an annual inspection and we hired them to come out for the second year, come to find out everything they "fixed and charged us for" last year was broken again. And they proceeded to charge me for the same issues. Once they removed one charge they added another that they "forgot" to put on the first invoice. Will never use again or recommend to anyone! They scared my husband into pumping our septic tank (even when it wasn't time for it yet). His truck got filled up so he stopped pumping and refused to come back to finish it. He was given our credit card to pay for it, and had to call several times to even get a receipt and he both checked that they had the credit card and complained because they didn't finish the job. Of coarse they charged us for a finished job. They finally sent an email thanking us for our prompt payment. a Week later they sent us an invoice saying were we past due in payment. They tried to say my credit card was declined (seriously not possible) and to click on the link to pay. There was no link and they had to send it again. I did repay it, but total incompetence all the way around, especially with the office girl. I DO Not recommend. read more

Worst septic company ever to deal with. Quoted a price over the phone which was lower and then charged me close to double that fee. Worst was that they charged me $280 for the RSS filing and never filed the RSS with the county which delayed the sale of my house and caused the home not to close on time. When inquiring about why the RSS was not filed, they said I was still owing $700 in addition to the $1000 I had already paid. I was never contacted about owing more money as I paid my invoice in full. Complete dishonest company and I would stay clear of this one. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative group to come out and do the work. read more

I woke up to washing machine water flooding my laundry room and tub full. I have a septic and it was my first thought and worst nightmare. Did online research and I also knew my tank was a bit overdue for pumping. So I called around and all prices were the same but needed it done soon. Called AA and a very cheerful woman said someone could be out next day. They sent a young man named Kirk Warner (not the football player, that would be sad) and I am so glad they did! Kirk was cheerful, polite and knew his businesses. He calmed my fears and taught me how a septic worked. He worked as he was educating me and also giving me hope that I would not need to refinance the house to pay the bill. He got me working quickly and could not been more helpful. In October I had this company come out to do a pump out, at that time I was told I needed to have the baffle replaced and was quoted $399. I was home when the repair was made and it only took 30 minutes and less than $20 worth of PVC. When I complained I was told it was industry practice. Gouging is gouging even if everyone else is doing it. I work in the aerospace industry and don't make anywhere near $400 for 30 minutes. In fact plumbers don't make that kind of money and they deal with hazardous conditions also. When I indicated I would be writing this review then they attempted intimidation by putting my account on "an accelerated collection cycle." So I paid the 3% penalty and paid that day by credit card. read more

Dishonest and overpriced. Took advantage of the fact my wife had no knowledge of what needed to be done. Quoted her a price over the phone that was different than the invoice. Told us one day then showed up the day after for service. Requested a quote for service and was provided an email with no grand total or taxes/ my child could have produced a more professional email - I guess adding up numbers is just too exhausting. Told us someone else would need to come and look at the issue after they dug up the yard, only to be told two days later we have a quote that was never agreed upon by us. read more

They did a good job. They came right out to clean the septic which they did a great job. There was miss communication on what amount was going to be charged. The person that came out pumping was telling me a different amount that quotes. Luckily, I was charged the correct amount. Then we found out there was a problem with the septic system. I was told someone would get back to me. After three weeks waiting for their call, I called them. When they came out but was given the wrong set of plans but we all figured it out.
