I used these guys at my business after being given the run around by our regular contractor. Having dealt with our regular guys over the years I wasn't expecting much in terms of customer service but these guys completely surprised me. Harry and Jazz showed up, they asked us what our problem was. Sewer odor in our restrooms. They immediately went to work. We are a busy truck stop type business so they had to work around truck traffic with meant them having to move their septic service truck numerous times but they were so pleasant and didn't inconvenience our customers at all. They opened up all of our septic tanks and took their time to show me what the issue was. Basically our first tank had too much sludge from heavy toilet paper usage. The sludge build up was extreme and it was apparent to me that our previous service company didn't clean it out as they claimed. It took them close to an hour and half to clean out all the sludge and gray water. After they cleaned out the first two tanks they showed me how clean they were. They also cleaned out the filters and checked pump operations. They thoroughly explained to me how septic system works and showed me each component. They advised that I schedule a more frequent 6 month service of the system instead of once a year. When they gave me the invoice, that was the second surprise... a pleasant surprise. They showed me what it costs them to dump the sewage waste and charged me a very reasonable labor rate for far less time than they spent. The bill was close to half of what my previous contractor charged. They both explained that while they did spend extra time, they didn't want me to pay extra for the mistakes of our previous service company. They instead want to do a honest job and earn my repeat business. Which they now have.

He was very responsive, communicated his ETA clearly, and is obviously very knowledgeable about septic systems. He explained everything in simple terms and didn't make me feel overwhelmed. Pricing was similar to other companies I've used, but I got way more value from the service. My experience with Eduardo (Septico) was completely different from a previous company I hired, who made me feel judged instead of actually helping. Eduardo showed up with the intent to diagnose and fix the issue, and even handles repairs, which was a big plus. Highly recommend! He's honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Seth and Noah worked through the system methodically, locating and clearing trouble areas until it was working properly. With the septic system completely backed up, we couldn't even run the dishwasher. To make matters worse, it was during a snowstorm and on a weekend. We called that morning, hoping someone might be able to help, and this company absolutely delivered. By 1 PM they already had a crew at our house servicing the septic tank. Considering the conditions and that it was an emergency weekend call, the price was incredibly reasonable. The two technicians who came out were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They handled a stressful situation with calm confidence and had everything working again much faster than we expected. A special thank you as well to the owner, Mario, who made sure we were taken care of even though it happened to be his birthday. I contacted hemleys during October 27th for a full septic tank that appeared to be failing. On Oct…read more27th they came out replaced a burned out pump and stated there was drawdown issues on our lateral lines. The 29th they came out again to try and diagnose/fix the issue. Eventually while we were at work they left, I got no phone call or communication and the massive hole in our yard filled back in destroying the landscape. I eventually reached someone by phone requesting an update, thinking our septic was resolved. One of the tehcs told us our DRAINFIELD has failed and they tried a temporary fix, but until it can be rectified pooling will occur in the yard if too much water used in the home. I was told on the phone by the tech that unfortunately this could be close to a 30k fix and it was left at that, with no guidance on what to do or where to go. I paid my bills right away to hemleys that week for the work they did complete. This process ended up taking Nov until February to rectify due to the misdiagnosis from hemleys. I had to pay $5000 to a drainfield designer pay numerous fees to the County for inspection which all took time. Meanwhile we had pooling in our yard and could not fully use our water and appliances in a house hold of 4. A massive 8ft by 8ft deep hole was in the center of our backyard all this time from testing by designer and county. Eventually, I found a very reputable septic company to complete the design work from the designer. Within hrs of the septic company starting the job and doing some basic diligence they discovered 2 of the 4 lines had valves closed/broken and that was all that needed to be replaced. Fortunately, this company was honest and came forward with the information. However, hemleys cost my family nearly 8k in unnecessary work hiring a designer, other fees all due to this misdiagnosed failing drain field. On April 22, 2026 I respectfully asked for a manager or owner of Hemleys to discuss this issue. I was told to provide the documents from the last company and they reviewed county records. I supplied this within minutes. I then never received a single phone call or update as I called daily until 4/30/26. I was consistently told the owner and or manager are not available on several days. And then the manager after 2 days of that stated the owner has not reviewed this yet. This was an extreme inconvenience to our household and costly due to the negligence that made for several months of an inoperable septic tank when this issue could have been resolved in a few hours like our newly hired company completed. At this time we have been blown off by this company we had used and recommended for years. Based on the data and information we have we will continue escalating this in the necessary manner legally as we have the emails sent to our designer from Hemleys supporting them diagnosing failing drain field, that in fact was no where near failing.

He called back within an hour and we were set for service today (Friday morning). I was pretty impressed because I've been calling and filling out webforms for contact with other companies. Jamie is honest, open, and publishes pricing online. He honor the pricing (no up-charging). He is friendly and professional. He confirmed the appointment for 10am and he was here on the dot. We didn't know when the last pump/cleaning was done on the system, so he went above and beyond and texted us the King County Health Dept report on the Septic Transfer which we should have gotten in the purchase of the home.
