With the septic system completely backed up, we couldn't even run the dishwasher. To make matters worse, it was during a snowstorm and on a weekend. We called that morning, hoping someone might be able to help, and this company absolutely delivered. By 1 PM they already had a crew at our house servicing the septic tank. Considering the conditions and that it was an emergency weekend call, the price was incredibly reasonable. The two technicians who came out were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They handled a stressful situation with calm confidence and had everything working again much faster than we expected. A special thank you as well to the owner, Mario, who made sure we were taken care of even though it happened to be his birthday. That level of dedication to customers really says a lot about a company. If you ever need septic service, I would highly recommend them without hesitation. They've officially earned a permanent spot on my emergency homeowner contact list.

But then, within the hour, they figured out a way to get the last of their guys who was still out in the field over to my place for a diagnosis. Guy was here in under an hour. What's more, to make sure everything was well and truly addressed, the boss himself stopped by on his way to a birthday party to offer a little oversight, hands-on assistance, and some on-the-job staff training. Sterling ended up pumping my tanks, which was fine, but there was no charge for the extra service call, which was even better, and everything was resolved by 6:00 PM.
