The Warby Parker store in Studio City is the perfect sized store. It's clean and feels comfortable. There are plenty of paid metered street parking on Ventura Blvd. However, I just parked behind Starbucks where there were a couple spaces available. The customer service here is remarkable. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I found what I wanted and was processed and the transaction was completed in a timely manner. I think regular eyeglasses with prescription is kind of a steal, but prescription sunglasses are kind of a scam, in my opinion. I bought with my heart and not my wallet this time. There was an irate w**te lady that complained and got the red carpet rolled out for her, which is so typical to cater to Karens. Nothing for a regular client or consumer, which is so sad. This is a review both for this location as well as my recent experience w/ WP the business. I came in about 3 times before picking the frame I wanted since I normally keep the same frame for years so I wanted to be sure I was a fan. I was advertised that it would cost $100 with my insurance for the frame + lens I needed (high index refractive since I have a high prescription). To start off; this was more than $100, it was nearly double and I was already annoyed by this point but just tried to push through and focus on my new glasses. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive my new pair which is why I purposefully ordered them prior to leaving on vacation so by the time I would return, I would have just a few days left of waiting. I ordered a pair on Oct 8th and did not receive my glasses until nearly a month later on late November 6th. I received no communication about this delay until I called W{ to check in on what exactly was going on with my glasses. This was when I learned that they had finished making my pair sometime around the late Oct 20s and made them defective, requiring them to be sent to another facility and be remade. I honestly think this speaks to the quality of glasses that WP is selling if this is the case with glasses they are producing. This was my second pair from WP and it will be my last. Sad to see that this company has gone downhill from when I last ordered from here pre-COVID. read more

I had an appointment with this company on Saturday at 9:45am. Got there around 9:30 and it was closed. So I waited until 9:40 to walk back to the door and they are still closed. The door said store is open from 10 to 7, so I'm confused on why would they give me an appointment at 9:45. So I waited until 9:45 I went back to the door. The girls in the store saw me...now this is for the second time at 9:45. Still nothing. No one came to the door to open or to greet me. So I waited until 10:00. The girl finally came to the door at 10:00 and she still refuse to let me in. I told her I had an appointment at 9:45 but you guys were closed. She said oh yeah well you missed your appointment...so I would have to reschedule. I'm like no I didn't. I was here. You saw me at the door both times. She said oh well I thought you were a customer. I'm like exactly...I'm a customer waiting for my 9:45 appointment. (I knew I was going to have issues when they texted me about Allen's 10:05 appointment the day before.) So I said...If your store doesn't open until 10:00am why would you schedule me and see me come to the door twice if you knew you scheduled appointments before you actually open up your store. So now I'm extremely upset...so I asked to speak to her manager she tells me she's the supervisor. At this point the other employee walks over to de-escalate the problem. I told her if you guys know you don't open until 10:00am, then why would you schedule an appointment before that time and why wouldn't you let the customer know that if they have an early appointment, just wait at the door until someone opens it? She agreed and said it's a situation and problem that the store needs to work on. She was really nice because she knew I was really upset. The supervisor however needs to find a new job because handling situations and people skills are not her forte. They lost a sale and a good customer. I will never forget how that supervisor made me feel. So I took my business to Lens Crafters and they made a $900 sale. I will be calling corporate to make a complaint about the supervisor. This review is based on getting contacts for my daughter. I took her into the opthamologist, who said she had a very complicated perscription, and contacts would take 3 weeks to get the perscription. Turns out, it would have taken SIX weeks. No communication by the store, and I never received the perscription until I complained to corporate and asked for a refund. They refused to refund me until I escalated the situation. If you have a "basic" perscription they are fine for glasses, but anything beyond a -2, go elsewhere. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Nareh Keshishyan. She fit me in for a last-minute appointment, and I immediately felt I was in caring and capable hands. During the exam, she noticed something concerning and didn't hesitate to act--she insisted I stay and fit me in around other patients so she could dilate my eyes and continue a more thorough exam. What stood out most was how seriously she took my case. She stayed after hours, personally calling multiple retinal specialists until she secured an appointment for me in the evening because my case had become emergent. I have had my last several pairs of glasses made by LensCrafters. I just always assumed that there was something wrong with me. Then, a Warby Parker store opened near me. I took my prescription... from LensCrafters, BTW... to Warby Parker,, and in less than 15 minutes, they had processed my order and made me feel very welcome. My glasses arrived within seven days. I must tell you, that I have a very complicated prescription, and they got it completely right, which LensCrafters never did. I mean, who doesn't love amazing/kind customer service and a wide array of frames/lenses at an insanely cheap price for what they are? However, this review is primarily aimed at Chad, who adjusted my Warby Parker frames that kept creaking. Other Warby Parker stores did their best to reduce the creaking and made substantial improvements, but Chad made my glasses nearly silent without any added tools -- strictly by hand in barely any time at all. I walked into Warby Parker today looking for new sunglass frames and I was helped by Maddy. She was extremely helpful and she even offered to clean my current prescription glasses. She noticed how scratched they were and I told her I recently got them but I dropped them and they got pretty scratched. She asked if it had been over six months since I last purchased them and I told her I wasn't sure she went online and checked for me and it turned out it hadn't been 6 months. I've exclusively worn Warby glasses for many years and always been happy with the level of service, reasonable pricing, selection of styles, quality of the lenses - - and the one-for-one donation policy. But when I walked into this store on Saturday, I was in need of an extreme adjustment on frames that took a beating when I tripped in a parking lot and the frame/bow corner prevented my head from slamming even harder onto the concrete. Neither of us came away unscathed. The frames were scratched, the bow was sprung out at a 45 degree angle - and I required stitches. Somehow the lenses were intact and when Emily declared the frames to be beyond repair, she located another pair, popped the lenses in, adjusted to fit - and sent me on my way...at no cost! To be honest, I wasn't going to come in at first due to the negative reviews. I went to another store down the street before. However, their doctor wasn't going to be available until a few days later and I needed to get prescription glasses asap. So I took my chances, walked in and asked if they accepted walk-ins for exams. Lucky me, the doctor was available to see me right away. The exam was quick and easy. I found Dr. Cohen to be very pleasant and understanding of my situation. Knowing that I needed the glasses asap, she said they could have them expedited or I could take the prescription and go somewhere else. I browsed the store and found a lot of styles I liked. Hugo, the general manager, was extremely helpful and recommended a pair I would not have thought to try on myself. I ended up liking those the most and going with 'em! Now, having gone to some great private practice optometrists in the past, I found this experience to be very positive and a lot more affordable (especially because I don't have vision insurance). Thank you, Dr. Cohen and Hugo! I'm looking forward to receiving my new Keiko glasses in the mail in a few days 8) *UPDATE* Pleased to report that I received my new Keikos within 3 days. As we enter Q4 of the year it's the perfect time for a WP shoutout! This is my home store but I order everything online or through their app. If I have remaining HSA funds at the end of the year I'll usually buy another pair of glasses and I like to stop in here to try everything on in person and see how they look on, with hair up, hair down, in a hat, etc. I know some people love the look of glasses for fashion, or even blue light lenses but my needs are a wee bit different. I mainly wear contacts but I'm basically legally blind with a very high rx so I'm a rare one who actually wears glasses nowadays because I actually need them, and not just for fashion. I always op for the add on with my lenses since they are generally pretty thick due to my script. I go single vision, classic but add on the option for the thinner lenses since I'm a -7.50. Warby Parker has had the cutest frames for a long time, always coming out with something new and different and while I primarily wear my contact lenses and probably don't need FIVE pairs of different frames ;) I can't keep myself from purchasing new pairs. I own the Laurel in Tea Rose fade, the Tansley's in tortoise shell, the Faye's in layered Rose Quartz and TWO pairs of the Alston's because they are so adorable, one in Champagne and the other which was significantly more in cost, the Poblano due to the gold accents but made in Italy so totally worth it. All of my pairs have held up year in and year out. I absolutely love this company! They make ordering glasses a seamless process that I can do on a whim in about 2minutes or less if I'm clicking quick enough. I still visit my regular optometrist annually for contacts but always get my glasses Rx to keep on file with WP. If you have VSP you can also submit for reimbursement if you order from here, I've used my benefit in that way before but really VSP is just better for my contact lenses at this point. When I wander in to try on new frames I've seen online or just want to check out what's new in stock, service is always friendly! I'd highly recommend Warby Parker. read more

What a miserable experience.! Wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered glasses from this location on July 27, 2025. Finally, on August 13, 2025, I receive a notification that my glasses had arrived and were delivered to my mailbox. I wait a day, and still no glasses. Then I find out they had the glasses delivered to an address that I have never been associated with, about 15 miles from my residence. I call Warby Parker and they want me to wait at least 12 days to get glasses delivered to my correct address, when I have already waited 16 days. They outright refused to overnight the glasses to me. Now I have to wait for a refund. I will never do business with Warby Parker again. They don't know what they are doing. read more

I am shopping area for prescription sunglasses so I decided to give Warby Parker in Studio City a try. My first time in one of their store, I have heard and read good things and wanted to see if they have good deals as they are known for. Customer service was very good, I was welcomed in and helped right away. The place is clean, not too big, their decor - well, not my things, books are meant for decorating, I am a book worm so.... Covid protocol in place, hand sanitizer everywhere. Every pair you try, you place on a tray for them to clean afterwards. And boy did I try, but their style doesn't go well with my face, so it was a no in terms of choices. Prices $95 and up! Not for me, my style, but I would be open for another visit at some point since customer service was decent. read more

I ended up with 3 and was checked out easily and quickly. Very grateful they take FSA but the parking sucked. Meter parking along Ventura Blvd and some meters were broken which made things a little more difficult. Totally with it though and i love their warranty! I've gotten my last two pairs of glasses here and I've been content with the design and quality. They're not the best frames, but you get what you pay for. As far as this specific location goes, I kinda dread walking in because as soon as you enter, about five different employees all stop and stare at you. It's especially awkward when they don't greet you, they just look at you until you decide which one you'll approach. Management--please strategize on how to provide your customer service. You can have one person designated to greet people at the door, who knows. Just stop making people feel so awkward. read more

The visually impaired portion of my family is all in with Warby Parker. There's eclectic colors and designs, 1 year free lens replacement, plus the in store customer service is top notch. Shout out to GARY-what a wonderful human being (with a voice on the same level as Morgan Freeman's!). There was a lengthy issue processing my mom's order from weeks prior and he went above and beyond to close it out. When he had to put me on hold he checked in frequently so I wouldn't feel forgotten. When he knew the length of time would make elevator music live in my head for days, he let me know he'd follow up via email in 15 minutes-and true to his word he did. I came to this store in March and was unfortunate enough to be examined by Dr Kim Cohen. She has many bad reviews here on Yelp but I honestly hadn't read them first. She was very rude and plain incompetent. She examined my eyes for glasses and the tests seemed rudimentary at best. She then told me the skin on my upper eyelid was coming down over my eyes impeding my vision which I knew was blatantly untrue. She also said I had cataracts. It took a few months of waiting for an appointment with an ophthalmologist to confirm this was also untrue. The worst thing she did was to tell me a benign cyst on the outer corner of my right eye was cancer. Yep. She used the C word. She gave me a piece of paper to see an ophthalmologist who is in my network (they weren't - they gave me another referral) and I left the office after ordering my glasses and paying for expedited shipping in tears. I was frantic that there were so many things wrong with my eyes. She also messed up my prescriptions after all that. I had to go back for the tests to be redone - but gone a different doctor - and wait weeks for my glasses to arrive. I went to see two different doctors and had the cyst removed - benign - and there is no loose skin or cataracts. She should not be allowed near actual patients with her limited skills and poor communication with patients. Terrible, terrible experience. read more

(I had to spend over an hour on the phone with one of their representatives, who was very kind at least, to find my order.) My eye exam was covered by my insurance plan, and Warby Parker is, indeed, partners with my insurance company, but their system made me pay out of pocket. Now I have to go through the hassle of mailing in my receipts to insurance. I would rather gouge my eyes out then try and get glasses and an eye exam with Warby Parker again. Having to wear my glasses my entire life, it's nice to know there's a spot where I can walk out with a new pair of glasses for under $100 (if you have an active prescription). Since I'm fortunate enough to have good insurance I usually get my free prescription from my doctor then go to Warby Parker to get my frames and lenses. I told her I wanted to SEE THE STARS better for my photography and she TOOK THE TIME to break down my prescription in finite detail LIKE NO OTHER OPTOMETRIST HAS EVER ATTEMPTED TO DO FOR ME And got me the prescription so I can ACTUALLY see the stars now!! She was truly great at keeping a conversation while she got my prescription. Every single staff member on shift LAUGHED at my jokes (they didn't have to) and they all pitched in their opinion on my NEW FRAMES! The Roosevelt frames! LOVE THEM. Now let's talk DESIGN of the shelve display for glasses!! DUDE THEY ARE DESIGNED with all the same shape frames in one area and even designed from medium width to extra wide so you can find your size and shape of frame!!? SO EASY?!!! I Found the perfect frames in less than 6 minutes! No offense to Costco but why doesn't everyone do this?????? LOL so smart. Also the glasses get sent directly from prescription filler to MY HOME!
