The receptionist, McKenzie, was rude on the phone from the outset. Snarky, disagreeable, decidedly, intentionally UNhelpful. My appointment turned out not to be with Dr Parker as I'd expected, but with Debra Kakaris, a licensed optician. The glasses were ordered on December 21st. I was told I could pick them up on December 28, which I did. Neither Debra nor Dr Parker made any attempt to fit them to me! They were just going to hand them to me and be done with it! WHAT? For $265. (lenses only) I should think there'd be better follow-up than that! I have never had glasses just handed to me. Dr Parker finally gave a cursory check and I paid the balance (by cc) and left. I've just received a BILL for the balance! I made the mistake of calling the office and got the world's most unpleasant receptionist, McKenzie, again who told me I could call the number on the bill to work it out. There was no answer at that number. Nor have they called me back. I called twice - the second time to say I had the cc receipt from the payment. An ugly transaction. I will never go there again and I'll tell everyone I know not to either.

Life saver. After being mauled by a dog and suffering severe stress and chronic stress /…read moreinflammation I started noticing my eye sight seemed off and not as sharp as it was. Chronic stress can do a lot to the eyes , and I never really pursued the situation until my eyes kept wandering causing massive migraines , vomiting and even inability to see light on phones or even dark to light - I went in for a routine eye exam, which then turned into a very thorough exam, which made me feel really taken care of , we discussed every single one of my concerns, and she didn't rush me at all, and because she didn't rush me, funny enough a lot of my symptoms fit perfectly into the new neurolenses - I trusted her, even though the price was quite high, and I am my first week wearing glasses for the first time in my life, and I can't even believe how I was living without these. If anyone's reading this, definitely get your eyes checked because if I didn't, I probably would've done further damage to my eyes
