I saw Dr. Rodriguez for my eye exam, and I honestly wouldn't trust anybody else with my eye health. He was fantastic. I also saved a lot of money with their current promotion on two pairs of glasses, one that's just eyeglasses one that's prescription sunglasses. I also talked to Dr. Rodriguez about contact lenses, and he gave me great advice on how to maximize my budget. America's Best is my favorite local office for regular eye doctor visits. Dr. Rodriguez was such a welcoming presence, and a thorough medical professional. If you're looking for an optometrist that you can rely on, I would highly recommend him.

They were very kind when I brought the online glasses in for adjustments. Yes, I had the excellent and free eyewear adjustment. Two years ago I had an annual exam at their Old Country Road address, and that was for reading glasses. I returned to their storefront very recently, I'm still waiting for my new eyewear to come in , and that was for my exam. Now their eye exam is the next level with new and up to date examination technology and a friendly examination tech. So they get five stars for being so close and for representing the exam with an efficacy above average standards.

Charged me $935 for the frame, lenses, and coating. I asked them to hold the order and went home and verified their information about my vision insurance. Called vision insurance company and they sent me an email with the coverage info and yes, those items were covered. I was responsible for a $10 co-pay which was paid. When I went back with the information and spoke with the optical young girl that worked with me., she became enraged that I had proof. I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund plus co-pay. The young, snobby girl yelled at me telling me to get better vision insurance. As I left, I heard her say to her co-workers that she was enraged since she wasn't earning her commission on the sale since she was counting on a hefty commission check, and she doesn't like smart, mature customers like me that verify information. The others agreed.

Recently visited Sound Vision for swelling around my right eye. Saw the elder or "Sr."…read moreoptometrist. He prescribed drops, which helped but did not completely clear up the problem. He said it was probably a staph infection or allergies. Was scheduled to see "Jr." less than a week later. As usual, waited over two hours. When I finally saw the younger optometrist, he looked at my eyes briefly, made some notes on the computer and got me a moist compress for the remaining swelling saying, "We usually charge $25 for this, but I'll give it to you." I thanked him. I saw the same product on Amazon for under $18, which means he gets for even less. Anyway, I casually mentioned earlier I had been there since 11 AM and he said, "Thanks for your understanding." Next day, both eyes were swollen, I call and get an answering machine general mailbox. Leave a message. No call back all day and the next day. I went to an Ophthalmologist. Diagnosed with blocked ducts in both eyes, not staph infection or allergies. Given two prescriptions, moist heat compress regimen, new eye cleansing products for eyes, and a follow up appointment before I left. Patients beware.

I don't think H&M is even a factory store in Tanger Outlets. I just come here for Saks Fifth Off, J Crew, Calvin Klein, and Ann Taylor factory stores. They always have 50% off in the store. Many good deals and steals that you cannot find anywhere else. Also if you're a Triple A member then you can go into Customer Services to get a free coupon book on the house. Some of the stores don't accept the coupons though from the book if the whole store is going on a big sale. I also come here for Express factory and the store got so many clothes in a bright store that looks like a warehouse. It does not even look pretty at all. The store got so many bright lights. The food court is like nothing. I don't even remember it having food. I remember I was starving and the place got no variety of food. The Calvin Klein store is really good here when you need dress pants. They got so many styles. Their store is also very hip and trendy with nice music in the background.

So I have to start all over half a year later! & they have only one dentist in the whole facility in Riverhead so they need to hire more but they told me that months ago now & still no change.
