If you knew me, you would know my two pugs are my absolute world; so when it comes to getting the closest thing to perfect for them, I do it. My mom has brought her dogs to places like Petco before who would make her dogs deathly ill - it was terrifying. It scared me to trust anyone with handling my two babies without my supervision to the point where it would literally cause me anxiety even thinking about. Once I moved to this area, I said to myself it's time for me to try and trust somewhere to bathe them for my sake and their sake. Finally, after doing some hard core research I came across this place and reached out to the owners via Facebook. They were so nice to me, quick at responding and clearly cared about the dogs well beings! I was SO happy with the first time they got groomed and I knew I'd be returning again. Well, today was time for their baths and they look STUNNING! They smell amazing, nails clipped perfectly, and ADORABLE FALL BANDANAS!! I can't even express how happy I am with their services. I am so thrilled I can take my pugs somewhere knowing they are handled with care. Thank you, 4 Paws Only!!!!!!

On more than one occasion, the shop was closed on the day of their scheduled appointment, with only excuses afterward. Even worse, they have been known to shave dogs without the owner's approval, which is completely unacceptable. They also charge $100 or more and insist on cash only, which feels unprofessional and questionable. I've had multiple warnings from other dog owners not to go there -- and now I understand why. The name "My Loyal Pup" is misleading. If you love your dog, stay away from this place

This groomer came well recommended.and I liked that she's nearby and fairly easy to book. My dog had been 4weeks since a full session and I stated short cut with bangs. His hair will grow back of course and he can wear a t-shirt, but it will take a or longer to rebuild his spirit I was so stunned at pick-up that I let my husband pay the bill and left. We won't go here and and advise against this groomer.

The woman was complaining that she is 60 years old and that she can't kneel to give my dog a trim. She wanted to charge me a 50 dollar minimum TO ONLY TRIM HIS NAILS AND CLEAN HIS EARS. Over the phone when I initially made the appointment. She told me she would be able to give my dog a haircut as well. When I said that price for that is ridiculous, she said she is 60 and needs the money. When I refused to pay 50 dollars for her to only cut my dogs nails and clean his ears, she rudely told me that she was busy and to take my dog elsewhere because my dog was not welcome here. I am shocked and upset that this woman was so rude to me and my dog. I will never come back here, and you are better off taking your dog to PetSmart to get groomed.

The Spotted Dog actually started out as a trial for me because I knew that I had some travel plans and I needed to know that I had someone trustworthy to care for my Morkie named Mia. Unfortunately, she does have anxiety so that presented with its own set of issues. The staff went above and beyond to always make sure that she was well taken care of, and that I was always kept in the loop, especially when she was there overnight. They knew I was worried but they went out of their way to put my mind at ease. It didn't take long for me to realize that having her try daycare here and there may not be a bad idea! Although it's not every day, it definitely works in a pinch. My schedule changes frequently and they are amazing! They are very flexible and accommodating, and as soon as Mia walks through those doors, she doesn't even look back! She is so happy and well cared for! The staff is loving and sweet and I know that I have nothing to worry about. As if that's not enough...my girl also gets groomed there and looks absolutely adorable. Even though her ears are a bit oversized for her little body, the groomer knows just how to shape them so they look perfect! I explained to her exactly what I wanted and it is exactly what we got! The prices are fair and if you're looking for daycare, they have excellent package deals. The Spotted Dog is like Mia's second home where she always gets lots of love!!!
