Then, possibly noticing the hesitation on my face, he said, "You know what? Give the girl at the front desk your number -- I'm just going to build it myself. She'll call you tomorrow." I was honestly stunned. I had forgotten this level of customer service still existed. Not only did Rick custom-build the trellis for me in a single day, but he charged me an incredibly fair price that didn't begin to reflect the time, care, and craftsmanship he put into it. This experience was such a powerful reminder of why shopping local matters. You can order supplies from Amazon, but you will never get this kind of personalized service, generosity, and genuine human kindness. Businesses like this are worth supporting.

They directed us to Traeger and that was just an entire joke. This issue has been going on for two months, but Brittany the Manager at Ace refused to give up on us. In a world with terrible service, Brittany was truly a star. She tracked down the Traeger Representative multiple times. When they were non responsive, she escalated to Ace's ownership and pleasantly surprised us. Not only did she drive all the way to Whitemarsh to get us a replacement unit, she also delivered it to our house with a new bag of pellets and a gift card.
